After browsing 3 or 4 stores, there was only 1 or 2 dresses that I "liked" but didn't Love. So my Matron of Honor set me up to call Winnie Couture. I was skeptical only thinking, it's so far away(not really) only 1 hour 30 mins. I was just feeling bummed about not finding The One. Well me and the ladies set out on a "girls day" in Atlanta. When I walked into the boutique we were greeted with smiles. I instantly felt warmed by their hospitality. My bridal atelier Ashley was super awesome from the start. The first thing she said after greeting me was that she assured me that I will find "The Dress" there. I told her "I hope so" and she said, " I know so"!! Well after trying on about 6 or 7 dresses, attempting to fall in one of them while showing it off..... And looking at more almost attempting to "settle" I put on the 2nd to last dress and I was elated!!! I couldn't stop smiling and I shed a couple tears. I knew right then, I had found my dress!!! Thank you Ashley and Winnie Couture. If you want to find "The One" (dress) go to Winnie Couture, your are garuntee doing to find your dress for your special day!!

I loved my experience at Winnie's. The ladies were attentive to details and had my room ready with the dress styles I liked. Very warm staff. I felt like a princess and most importantly their range of pricing was reasonable and could fit any budget.

I found my dress the first day I started dress shopping - all thanks to Caitlin (she is such a rock star). I always imagined I would wear a ball gown or a-line dress because I am pear shaped, however the dresses I tried on just didn't have that 'wow' factor. Caitlin suggested I try on a trumpet dress the store had just received from their 2016 line and she told me she believed that it would be 'the' dress for me. I tried it on and, needless to say, I wasn't very confident this was 'the dress' (even though it was an almost perfect fit) because it hugged my curves. Caitlin and my friend insisted that I looked hot and my curves were made to be shown (hahaha). The more I looked in the mirror and walked around I began to see what they saw - I did look hot (lol)! I felt beautiful and most importantly I was extremely comfortable. My Winnie dress is everything and more - I totally did not expect to find my dress the first day I started dress shopping, but I did and the price was super amaze too. Massive thanks to Caitlin I said yes to my Winnie dress :)

i had caitlin as a my bridal stylist and she was very helpful. she was patient with me and she was very knowledgeable. she was able to help me pick out my perfect dress and i appreciate her for all she did for me.

I cant say enough good things about my experience at Winnie Couture Atlanta. Winer was my consultant and was wonderful from the beginning. I had some idea of what I wanted, but she was sure to put me into a few of various styles before trying one that she seemed to know from the beginning would be the one. The appointment took up a fair amount of time, deciding on petticoats, veils, and the like, and I did not feel rushed or pressured one bit. I felt that the salon had the perfect amount of inventory also. It was not overwhelming, but there were tons of options over a good price range too. I'm grateful to be a Winnie Bride, and very much love my dress.

I wasn't planning on finding a gown that day but the moment I put it on I just knew it was the one I would walk down the aisle in! I don't have a wedding date and a lot of the details are very TBD but the girls at Winnie talked me through every detail and helped me realize it was ok to have the gown before anything else was planned. We came up with a theme for the wedding and everything (NYE inspired!), just based off of the gown! My stylist, Winer helped me find the perfect accessories for my gown and even cried with me when I had my unexpected bridal moment. The Winnie girls are the sweetest and I can tell they genuinely care about every single bride that walks in the door. It was such an unexpectedly wonderful experience and I wouldn't have wanted to share it with anyone else but them! Thank you Winnie Couture and the Atlanta team for helping me find the one and for being there during my bridal moment! You guys are the best!!

I had such a wonderful experience at Winnie Couture in Atlanta. From the very first encounter of trying on wedding dresses the first time, finally making the decision on what dress to wear on the big day, and even through the purchasing and pick up process- I was treated with such a genuine attitude and friendliness. Alexa was my consultant, and she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable, which was possibly a difficult task! I'm so happy that she was a part of my experience as well. I highly recommend Winnie Couture Atlanta to any bride to be.

Stylist was friendly and helpful and most importantly, she stayed within my budget! When I had a special request, she even called Winnie on the phone!!! Wow?!?! That's customer service!

I loved Winnie Couture in Houston the boutique was beautiful and clean all the girls were helpful and so nice I did not feel rushed or stressed while shopping for my wedding dress thank you Winnie Couture ! Ps I love the extra touch of champagne made me feel really special

I'm not a girly girl, and I'm not the kind of person who splurges on something like a wedding dress that you only wear for one day. I came into Winnie Couture after trying on several gowns at another shop in Charlotte and walked out not really loving anything I tried on. I'm a year and 5 months out from my wedding so I didn't expect to even get close to buying a dress the day I went in - just wanted the experience with my Mom and to get some ideas flowing since I only had a vague idea of what I was going for.

I tried on all kinds of dresses with Lindsay (she's awesome BTW), over the course of a couple hours on a Sunday. YES, they're open on Sundays - hallelujah! I had this idea of a form fitting dress and loved so many of the dresses I tried on. Then I saw another bride-to-be across the room find a her dress and she looked so incredibly beautiful! The style she tried on was the opposite of what I had in mind for myself, but I decided to try something similar just so I would know for sure that I could rule it out in my mind. I tried on their Elianna dress and felt COMPLETELY different in it! It was fun and flowy and lacy and incredibly unique. Lindsay really helped me focus on how I FELT in the dress and even let me try on a couple others again that I said I liked just for comparison. She helped me with pictures and really took her time with me.

All the girls working at Winnie that night really help you make an experience out of finding your perfect gown and lucky for me it only took a few hours!! The dress is worth every penny and I cannot wait to wear it on my big day! Again I'm not a girly girl so I couldn't really picture myself on my wedding day and wasn't that excited about how I would look and feel in my dress. Now I'm unbelievably excited and have a clear vision to help with the rest of my planning! Highly recommend this store to anyone!

My consultant Lauren in Atlanta was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and special trying on my very first wedding gown. She even had an amazing dress picked out from just speaking with me on the phone. When I first saw the dress I didn't think ot would be one I would like but I was open because I had never tried on dresses before. The first dress and the one Lauren choose was the dress I purchased. The entire staff and my family were filled with tears of joy once I had on the whole attire with the dress and made me feel like a beautiful bride. I cannot wait to see my future husband to be face when he sees me in that gown.

I found out about Winnie Couture on Google due to their amazing rating and it did not disappoint. The store is absolutely amazing and the staff was more than accommodating to all my needs. Needless to say, I found my prefect dress the first day I went in. Not only was the dress prefect but I was also able to add a few personalized touches to make it unique without any difficulty. The staff was eager to help and was very polite. The store had an immense number of dresses to choose from each more beautiful than the last. I highly recommend this store to any bride who wants a unique yet amazing dress.

I was disappointed that I was not alerted to the 20% off event that was happening just 3 days after I purchased my dress. This could have saved me $90..
Otherwise the experience itself was top notch.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Winnie Couture Atlanta. I walked in sick and not feeling well at all. My consultant Winer was simply amazing. Her energy was contagious and brought up my spirits during such an important time in my life. After showing the picture of my dream dress from a Pinterest board, i found myself in the dress after 5 minutes and in tears. I wouldnt trade my experience for the world. Thanks a million.

I purchased my gown (March, 2016) before deciding on a date but informed them i would need the gown prior to October 2016. In the process I was charged a 1 month rush fee to receive the gown by Sept. 26. In between time life situations occurred requiring me to need my gown 1 month sooner. I called Winnie Atlanta in (End of May) spoke with my consultant and the manager. I was told there was nothing they could do as my order was already in processing. They stated there was no one in processing they could physically speak with to rush my order. I was even willing to pay an additional fee to have my gown sooner. This begin to make me think my gown is being made in China and not the US. I was more outraged that no effort or communication attempt was made to contact the processing/production center. The manager simply stated we have never been in a situation when someone needed their gown sooner. The answer to my question simply stopped with the manager at the Atlanta location. ( as she annoyingly recited the policy over and over) No individual of higher order was even informed about the situation.

During my time of picking out my gown my consultant was nice, pleasant and very focused on MY wants and needs. However, my family thoughts is important to me and I noticed toward the end she displayed an attitude toward my family through nonverbals. There was even a brief dispute as I wanted a copy of my signed contract and she stated she could not provided that.

This was the second bridal shop I visited and I wish I would have visited others. I do take partial responsibility as I should not have purchased a gown before having a set date we knew we wanted to get married before the end of 2016 and the high pressure was on and I do love the gown I chose.

I continue to have some regret and feelings of disappointment in customer service and resolving technical issues. Winnie was recommended to me by a friend. However, I will not be recommending them to others.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with my consultant (Danielle). She was very helpful, stuck to my price point, very flexible and really included my mom and brother in the process of selecting my gown. I'll recommend Winnie to any bride.

I went to Winnie as my first wedding dress shopping experience. Of course I was worried I wouldn't find the one, as all bride's are, but Haley was such an amazing consultant, she new exactly what dresses to pull for me, what would look best on my body and what styles I would love! She made me feel comfortable from the second I walked into the store, during my entire fitting and helped me find my dream dress!
Winnie is also so accommodating for any changes you want to make to the dress, additions to the dress, it is incredible. You really do get to have a one of a kind dress!
