The service from W&B was very fast and as it came out that the designer didn’t have the item that I orders second time. W&B wrote me an email and refunded the money with no fuss

I brought two dresses on 26th April which arrived within a few days. I kept one dress and returned the other on 4th May. I am still waiting for my refund and every time I phone customer service it goes to voice mail where I have left messages but no one has phoned me back. VERY POOR !!!

I live in Canada, and the order was delivered to my door 5 days after I placed my order. The product was in perfect shape when received, and of very high quality.

I had to return the sunglasses they were like worse than a market stall pair ... i was horrified... couldn't open the stays ... not more than £2 throwaway... has not got quality

When I hadn’t received my parcel more than 2 weeks after it was dispatched I contacted DHL who told me to contact Wolf & Badger. I emailed customer service as I couldn’t get through on the telephone but was very pleased with the prompt reply and they contacted the seller. A replacement was organised straight away and it arrived a few days later. It was the first time I’d ordered from Wolf and Badger which wasn’t a good start but I would order again as they responded quickly to my query.

The courier was terrific and loved that they messaged me and gave me options to leave it in a secure box nearby which was 24/7. Such an easy way to go.

I am impressed how fast I got the delivery to Helsinki, Finland. And the dress is absolutely lovely and fits perfectly. Now I just have to wait for a party to wear the dress, so it will take a while in the midst of this coronasituation. Thank you!

Placed an order on May 23rd. June 2 the shipment wasn't moving. I sent my first email. They said they would look into it. By June 10th no response. I emailed again. Then they tell me I was given the incorrect tracking number and provide me with the correct one. The item arrives on June 14th. I ordered a covered sugar bowl for my sister. I receive the bottom of the sugar bowl with the top of a teapot. I sent an email with pictures on June 14th. June 15th they say they will look into it. June 18th-I have still received nothing. I had to email again. Then I hear they are sending me the correct top IN ANOTHER WEEK.
They have left me without a gift for my sister on her 40th birthday.
I asked to speak to a manager...to this day I have never received a phone call or email from a manager.
Horrible customer service.
This is the very last time I do business with this company.

I ordered my purchase on May 28 and it is June 19 and I still have not received it. The tracking says it was in NYC on June 10th. Never will I order from this company again.

I placed an order over a month ago (14th April now 18th May) and it has not arrived. The tracking number has said that it has been at Gatwick airport for nearly the whole of the last month. I have tried to get in touch with DHL who have passed me between numbers and have email Wolf and Badger and tried to call with no response. Hopefully a comment will work! Completely understand it is busy but I would like to have an update rather than sent emails saying 'how was our service'. More about reviews than actually delivering the product and communicating with the customer.

I bought these earrings for my daughter in law and she absolutely loves them! My son told me she has worn them every single day since she received them even though she’s in lockdown at home and not able to go anywhere at the moment. My only disappointment was they advertised them in a rose gold option but sent yellow gold instead. They’re still beautiful but I would have been happier receiving the ones that I actually wanted as my daughter in law only wears rose gold. If they had sent rose gold as advertised I would have given them 5 stars instead of 4.
