Handling from wool over was very good but the parcel is still in Sydney since 2 weeks and is waiting for international delivery - hence I did not receive the parcel yet-May be a different courrier would be more efficient

They resolved all issues re a dupluicate order even though it took some time (about 2 weeks). The garments ordered fitted perfectly and I would buy from them again. Barbara

I liked the blue cable knit and the two hoodie zip tops. They are well made, a very nice knitted cotton top.
Didn't like the block coloured Jumper. The colour was kack. Wanted a bright red got a sickly cherry red instead. Ordered a large, my size, but this jumper was like a shapeless sack.So sent it back which cost me $9.40 in postage! Ouch!! Then I get an email offer from Woolover - 20% off my next purchase!! I would have liked 20% off my first purchase. I doubt I will buy anything from them again because if it doesn't fit or i don't like it, I DO not want to have to pay for return postage .
From the Woolover Website I did get a strong impression that Woolover was a British Company and therefore I assumed the Jumpers would be made in the UK. WRONG! Silly me. Made in China.
I am trying to avoid buying things made in China.
I think it's tricky buying clothing on line: i need to see it, feel it and be able to try it on before i am prepared to hand out my cash. This said in light of the returns policy of Woolover.

I bought a lovely merino jumper for a girlfriend’s birthday to be delivered to her home. It arrived on time and was exactly what I ordered. Lovely!

Placing my first order with Woolovers was such a great experience, it shipped on the same day I ordered and both the pants and cardigan were awesome. So soft and feel like really good quality. I'm already thinking about my next order.

I loved the first purchase with excellent sizing as per the website guide. Perfect fit, super warm and soft.

However, I ordered more colours in the same jumper but the sizing appears wrong compared to what we received in our first order. I have emailed them with photos and used a measuring tape to show the discrepancies. It appears that the medium sized jumpers are incorrectly labelled and have the dimensions of a small jumper according to the website sizing chart. I've also noted that the first delivery had labels that stated "made in China" (correct size) and the second delivery has labels that state "made in Italy" (incorrect sizing with possible incorrect labels).

I'm still waiting to hear back from the company, as I'd like the jumpers replaced with the correct sizing but don't have confidence that the same issue won't occur when they are delivered again.

However, I just want to say that I love the colours! I wish there weren't any issues as I'd like to wear them right away.

I have been buying jumpers and cardigans for many years from WoolOver and this’ll jumper is by far my favourite. It washes beautifully, fits perfectly and is the warmest jumper I’ve ever owned. The service from WoolOver’s is brilliant. Prices are great and delivery prompt. Thankyou WoolOver I can’t wait to choose my next purchase.

Was amazed that our pullovers arrived within 2 days. The deliveryman also buzzed at the front gate and brought the parcel up to our front door. I love my merino and cashmere polo neck - am now on my third one: my first cream one has eventually worn out at the elbows and I will now put leather patches on the elbows so I can keep on wearing it.

I have made four separate purchases from WoolOvers in the past seven months totaling 16 items altogether. I have found that all items are exactly as described, as is their size guide.
At all stages I have been promptly notified of receipt of order, usually within an hour of ordering. WoolOvers have also notified me of dispatch and delivery tracking. I live in rural Victoria where our local mail takes up to 11 business days to be delivered so I have been delighted that all my WoolOvers orders have been received at my home address within one week of me placing my order. I shall thoroughly recommend WoolOvers.

I purchased a cardigan online from the Australian site and it arrived within 4 days! I had to return it as it was to big and ordered a smaller size, with the same excellent arrival date.

I never give 5 stars... no-one is perfect. But I was happy with the service I got. Things arrived in good time. The pink wasn't quite what I was expecting... but I think it'll be OK. And the cream is excellent. AND they fit - above the waist, anyway, but since they are going to be worn like shirts, they're covered up below the waist (by a jumper or overshirt) and it doesn't matter. Nothing fits over my big tummy.

I wish Woolovers would sell in Australia the lovely cable knit half zipper jumper that you sold a year or two ago. I bought 3 5 years ago and they are starting to wear out. They are perfect for the cold SE Aust winters.

I bought two jumpers for my husband. One had a small flaw in the wool and was also really big. I returned it. As yet we have had NO communication from them nor have we had a replacement. Very disappointed with the service.
