I ordered a sweater April 18, and it has been stuck at Langley since April 26. This is the second order to do this. It might be due to the virus, but it seems like a long time to get an order. That said, I love the two U.K. items I have received and could be a more frequent customer if shipping times get better.

Have purchased sweaters from Woolovers for about five years. They never disappoint. The quality of the yarn and the expert carftsmanship are above all expectations. Keep up the good work.

Wore my green flowered skirt and sweater from WoolOvers for the first time today at church and got compliments all over the place - it's so comfortable, well made, and SUPER cute. Love that it's from Ireland :-)!

I purchased two sweaters for my spouse. He loved them! They were so soft and luxurious. I'm glad that we somehow received their catalog in the mail. Otherwise, we would have never know this wonderful company!

I had to return both products from my current order because the shoes fit well heel to toe, but were too much too wide, and the colors in the blouse weren't as they appeared in the catalog (blues and peaches). Instead they were green and rust - terrible colors for me. My main concern, though, is with the returns. I used your portal to return the shoes, but was unable to use it to return the blouse. Your website kept telling me I had nothing else to return. I decided to use your prepaid return label for this, but there was no tracking number with it, so I have no way of following it back to you. Even my local Post Office wondered about this. All in all, I think your return process is very confusing, at least for someone living outside the UK. I've been happy with the products ordered previously, but if sending them back is this difficult, I'm not sure it's worth ordering from you again. I'm sorry.

My experience with Woolovers was great, with one caveat... It is based in UK and the shipping is not fast. And particularly the one return I had to make- it took 6 weeks to get back to Woolovers- not sure how much the pandemic had to do with it, but I imagine it was a large factor. All of which I can't fault Woolovers for- they are great!

I am very pleased with the 2 sweaters I received. They are exactly what I had hoped they would be. The cardigan is perfect for these early spring days/evenings here in the PNW. The service was outstanding and reliable and efficient. I will continue to shop WoolOvers in the future.
