I am an elderly computer-dumbo who has often to ask their help to submit an order and my futile questions must sometimes drive them up the wall, but their on-line helpline always has cheerfully sorted things out when I just didn't know what to do next to make this horrible device (computer) obey me. Plus when the order comes it is 100% accurate and at the time-window expected.

I love shopping at woolies because i know that i am getting value for money. We spend a fortune on food and clothing and i have no doubt that when shopping at woolies, i am getting quality. In terms of their food, its always fresh and their fruit and veg lasts longer. They always have really good discounts and the service is good.

Every week I order my groceries from here and they never disappoint, if there is anything I'm not completely happy with, they don't hesitate to refund my money but honestly that has only happened once. I always get the freshest quality product and the drivers/delivery guys are so good with instruction. They even bring all my heavy shopping up 3 flights of stairs for me, so kind and helpful. I recommend grocery shopping online with woolworths to everyone!

Thus far, my experience with Woolworths has been great. I get prompt refunds for products not delivered, points are allocated promptly to my account, the rewards app is quite handy, their support line is helpful and the unlimited delivery deal is a fantastic idea.

I frequently do my weekly shop, then receive an email telling me to "activate" the bonus rewards/points being offered that week, at which point it is too late. If I've spent the requisite amount for that week, I should receive the points, regardless of whether I've clicked on a link in an email. The card/rewards program should operate independently of me checking my spam folder.

Big rip l had $10 last year l rolled my points over for an extra year only to find in 12 months of spending $$$ in Woolworths l still have only have $10.00 ?.

I redeem my points next shop only to be told l need to spend $10 to get $10 off my shopping.

Next time l shopped at Woolworths l spent $16 only to be told l need 2,000 points to get $10 off.

From now on l will be shopping at coles. With coles what ever money you earn is yours you don't have to spend money at the supermarket to use your credits shame on you Woolworths.

Spendt 2.5 hours on the internet trying to delete my mobile phone number on my profile. Eventually had to have a operator do it for me. So much for there NEW IMPROVED IT system!!! IT system kept on locking me out for no apparent reason.

Hi i just lost one long message to you so if you do not phone me my card goes in the bin i am 74 years old and do not wish to waste anymore time on here the checkout operator should have asked me for my card or waited for me to give it to her she has told me to ring you to add my points on my card this is the first time i have had to do this which is excuse me bloody annoying especially with the system we have so if i do not get a phone call to add my points to my card the card goes in the BIN phone number 0424042736.

Spend $100 for 4 weeks and get rewards points! Doesn't matter that I spent MORE than enough to be eligible, but the fact that just because I apparently clicked the link to the deal after I did my first shop (despite being sure I clicked it before it started, and then clicking it again and shopping within the promotion period) means that I missed out. It doesn't matter that I then also spent the same for the next 2 weeks for no reason!
There is no proper way to check that you are currently using a promotion, and how much you have qualified for. I had to find my old email and click the activation link again to see if it had worked, which it didn't look to have. I then had to get onto their Help online chat to confirm that I wasn't getting this deal. The chat assistant then proceeded to check with a 'supervisor', but advised me that I wasn't eligible.

Thanks Woolies, walking into Coles and earning Flybuys just became all that much more satisfying.

I was a woolworths customer for decades until I finally had enough of the relentless spam the marketing people spewed out. The unsubscribe link never worked and in the end I binned the rewards card and ordered their staff to delete my details.

Received an email from Woolies saying if you spend over $215 in store or online you will receive a $40 voucher. I checked all the terms and conditions and then spent $228 (not including delivery fee, packaging etc etc)...
2 weeks later and nothing so I use the Live Chat facility on Woolworths Rewards website. Surprise surprise no record of the offer, then ask me to send the email I received as proof.
Honestly - does the customer have to hang on to every email received just in case Woolworths try to get out of paying the reward?
This happens with them again and again, it is pure dishonesty along with them being totally incompetent.
Although I shouldn't have been surprised to see other peoples reviews on here were so bad, it did at least give me some comfort.
Woolworths you are a DISGRACE.

I love shopping at Woolworths as they always have great weekly specials and lots of bargains instore. My Woolworths Rewards card is an added bonus allowing me to earn points just for doing my shopping as i do every week. Always sending me special offers for extra rewards points that are relevant to me. I have redeemed points many times with no problems.

I have spent $1176 in Woolworths since December 2018, however my points only total 114.
My accrued points weren’t showing on my dockets and then suddenly on my last shop they appeared again, but only totalled 114 as I mentioned above.
I logged in to my account and my spend amounts and dates were all listed as $1176, but still the points did not reflect that.
I called them, and spoke to a woman who said maybe my card was in negative.
I asked what she meant and she said maybe I had redeemed more points than I had. WHAT!
I told her I was pretty astute and kept a track of what I spend and what I redeem, anyway after a bit of backwards and forwards, blaming my card etc., she finally agreed with me and added the extra points to my card.
I was left wondering how many other unsuspecting people this happened to, and whether they realised it or were totally unaware.
Also, yes I agree with others, it takes too long to accrue the measly $10.00 and I rarely get offers.

I love the fact that I can record points simply by holding my iPhone up to the card reader - way better then Coles. However my local Woollies is a smaller supermarket and the Coles nearby is a very large supermarket so, sadly for Woollies, Coles gets most of my purchasing activity

I would do almost all my shopping at Aldi if the nearest one wasn't 85km away. I signed up for the Woolies Rewards program only because I want to get their weekly e-mail list of specials at the local store. But almost every day there's yet another "Points Offer!" e-mail from them, and I am sick of seeing them. I just click on the "Activate" link and then delete them. Aldi with no "Points" program is much cheaper than Woolies with theirs.

Activated promotion spend $65 per week for 2 weeks. Spend nearly $114.00 the first week. Pension was meant to be 21/12 now 24/12 missing cut off by one day only. Asked for extension of one day - told NO can't be done. Very unfair!!! Not for pensioners at all!!!

I alway get bouns piont offers for both woolworths and big w but the piont never ever seem to be added to my activity and they give u an email to send proof of said email or offer but they go roynd and eoynd and nothing ever gets sorted after everyrhing all the money spent the reward piont i would be intiled to over 140 dollars in points that were never added shame on u suck people in and never for fill

7 years a Woolworths rewards member, they have stopped sending any emails at all,no offers. They say nothing is wrong but its been 3 months. A sneaky way to put brakes on earning points.

I was sent a promotion offer twice, however, when I went to use it twice I was told it was only available once and it was just a 'technical glitch'. Does not seem right to not honour offers made.

I’m not working many hours at the present time so the points come in handy when I’m a bit short on cash
The ten dollars I occasionally get comes in handy
