Ordered a Contixo F24 Pro came when said it would come and didn't take long to be flying it out of the box.

Didn't take very long to be using all the functions of the drone. Bought a DJI about 2 years ago for $700 this does the all the same things but folds up into a small bag

This site has decent deals if you can handle virtually no customer service. Ordered shirts over 10 days ago and if I had zero status updates despite multiple emails. Their attitude has become you get it when you get it nothing we can do... I've had this experience on multiple purchases.

I wanted to get a cheap high-end computer because a new one would cost me an arm and a leg. I am a gamer and we all know how a gaming laptop costs much. I managed to get one from them for a very cheap price. It works just fine and I am glad.

For the fact that they sell refurbished computers I was so glad to know that the computers were so great. I mean that you cannot tell if they are new or not. They work like a charm. I got two and I a very satisfied with what I got. The computers work like brand new ones.

This is a very good store if you are in need of cheap computers. Do not let te fact that the computers are not new interfere with your choice. The one that I bought has been working perfectly for the last few months. I just wish that they had given me a better charging cable. It is not that fast at charging.

I purchased Cowin E7 Pro headphones on Woot on 11/26/2018. The product has 12 month manufacturer warranty. The headphones volume control started to malfunction recently. I wrote to the manufacturer on Friday, 8/24/19. They immediately replied and pithing a few hours told me that since I bought the product from a 3rd party I have to ask them for replacement. I wrote to Woot on Saturday, 8/25/19, and their reply was: "We're sorry, but it has been more than 270 days since you purchased the product, which means that the window on our 30-day return policy has closed." When I wrote back with the manufacturer reply they answered: "We're sorry that we haven't been able to address your concerns. We understand that this situation has been frustrating but, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer any additional help with this matter.". So basically - the manufacturer warranty is superseded by Woot's 30 day return policy and any malfunction after that - you are out of luck!

Ordered a refurbed HP 17.3 touchscreen notebook back in November for my daughter. When received, set it aside waiting for her visit. She's here now & when we started setting it up I realized I was sent a 15.6 notebook with no touchscreen! When I called, customer service rep snottily asked why I waited so long to call & there was nothing he could do now. I just wanted some type of credit. Finally he said to send it back & I could get a full refund. Which I guess would be ok, except she's leaving in a couple of days & I don't have time for this. I guess I'll just eat the mistake. I should have opened & inspected right away - my fault. But their customer service was snotty & I will never buy from them again! A $35-$50 dollar credit was all I was looking for!

I purchased a laptop and Windows 10 Pro. The laptop works fine except the Widows is an unauthorized version - not supplied with the Windows Key and can't be activated. Called 3 times and emailed multiple times. They aren't providing the Windows Key and won't refund now that I'm passed 90 days. *****Buyer be ware! Don't support this company*****

I really like this site - they would get 5 stars, except that they do sell out of their good deals. Makes sense, but I'm upset when I miss out. Lol I check their site first thing in the morning to see what the deal of the day is... and then check it with amazon or someplace else - just to see if it's a good deal or not. Sometimes yes - sometimes no. What I have ordered - I'm very happy with and they are quick to ship out. Overall... woo hoo for Woot!

Ive never used woot, but i got a call today from my credit card company saying that a 900 dollar purchase on my card was declined on this site... So someone stole my card number. This is beyond sketchy, stay away from it.

Several months ago I placed an order for reusable masks. They are a favorite at my workplace. Recently I placed an additional order. The second order was not the same quality as the first. I sent a message to customer service to let them know. I did not ask to return the items, only to let them know that the quality was not nearly as good as my first order. Their fast response was to apologize and issue a full refund (which I did not request). Way to go WOOT!

Ordered an iPhone received confirmation of the sale. Logged in acct to check status of order (shipping info), now order is showing denied. Woot says my bank would not authorize after multiple attempts. Bank says Woot never attempted to charge for the purchase. You can only email this company & it takes about 24 hrs to get a response back. Not impressed.

After reading all the bad reviews in regards to returns I was a bit skeptical of the return process. I remembered that there was a little blurb about holiday purchases of wearable items on the item page. I sent them a note and within two hours Woot responded with return verification and prepaid UPS labels. That's pretty darn sweet service. If you need to do this, go to your Woot account, click on "Stuff You Bought", login again, then scroll to the item you need to return where there will be a "I Need Help" link. Just fill out the reason for return and send them a note. Disclaimer: I do not know at this time if they will be charging a re-stocking fee (which would be ironic, because I'm returning stockings) and will update this review to reflect any changes should they come. UPDATE - no restocking fee. Returns went off without a hitch.

Placed order, confirmed, Woot charged my card, THEN cancelled order because item was "oversold!" So, tech company doesn't know how many items they have to sell when their entire site is about one day offers with "only a few. Left" tags. AND, charge your card before order ships? Followed by no answer to Customer Service calls! Deleted the Woot app.

I had no idea how to leave a review on an item that was completely useless. The website is completely confusing and when I contacted woot, I got a link to an even more nonsense, confusing, and dumb lay out. Like that was supposed to help me find out how to leave a review. I contacted them again and no response this time. I can't believe Amazon bought them.

I've made many purchases through woot.com and never had a problem. I generally buy their t-shirts from the derby. The sizing is pretty accurate and now they offer two different manufacturers of shirts so you can pick the one you want. The American Apparel tends to run a little smaller than the Standard. I have noticed, the Standard tends to draw up ever so slightly after washing, so I am more mindful of that when ordering now.

Horrible. A company owned by Amazon. Purchased a HP Deskjet 2600 All in one printer from "Woot One Day SALE" for $39.99 plus shipping. After I ordered it I was looking at tracking my package and stumbled across the SAME printer at Amazon for $24 Free Shipping. Never Again!
