I recieved my LEDs in a timely fashion. They came nicely packaged and have worked great so far. Very happy with the light output(35w). My brother didnt like the price, so he bought $15 Ebay LEDs. Claiming to have same wattage and color. The color was different and the lights barely put out a 5th of the light produced by the XenonPro lights. Two weeks later they both burned out simultaneously. Currently convincing him to get the XenonPro headlights. Excellent product.

A little pricey for me. Especially when you can get a different brand for a fraction of the price, with more color and same brightness. Glass sleeve around led had a small crack in it. Color wasn't as blue as I thought. More of a normal white led color. Overall brightness is solid. Fit was good. Gave it a 3 star over all. Drop the price some, give it a little more color, and I'd give it a 5 star for sure.

I bought as a xmas present and then it didn't fit. I pulled the piece based on their website recommendations. I called and they asked for pictures and video. I was told to send in an email. Never got a response. When I call back now they say it's over 30 days and I'm out of luck. The chat person (Dale) was extremely rude and I'm sure this would not be tolerated by a reputable business.

- Very user friendly. Informative. Able to checkout without any issue. - Update: had to chat for questions regarding installation. Very inconvenient and time consuming vs speaking on the phone to an actual person. Requested better install diagrams and was never provided only additional chat. Installation manual should be in larger print, use spell check and provide better and clearer diagrams or pictures. Haven't completed install yet so conclusion is TBD. - So far I like the product and would buy again but waiting to complete install.

One of the glass cover was broken, but I couldn't tell if it was a temporary protector or something that needed to stay, the instructions were rather vague. Overall I am throughly impressed with the products performance, price was not a factor so I really didn't care too much about the price. The color is great, we'll see how long they last. As I had issues with the halogen bulbs in the past.

LED headlights came with broken glass around LEDs. Carefully removed it and decided to try them anyway. Awful brightness/beam pattern, and despite saying it was for my vehicle, had to remove headlight assembly (with requires front bumper removal) to get it in/out because it was too long to fit otherwise. Lights were damaged during initial removal attempts, so I can't even return them for a refund. I will NEVER any product from this site ever again.

Didn't know that I needed two sets of lights for my truck, when you plug in the type of vehicle you have, you should tell the customer that they need the appropriate amount of lights for there vehicle. I tried using a discount code and didn't work. The lights are bright and were easy to install, hopefully they last a long time, also shipping was fast..

I'm a returning customer and my new order was absolutely perfect. Originally, I purchased HID headlights for my old truck and recently purchased LED headlights and fog lights for my new truck. There was a concern with the order when received and XenonPro alleviated the concern in rapid succession. They really went above and beyond. Highly recommend their products.

I have recently upgraded my headlights and my halogens suck. Looked everywhere for led conversion kits. So far this company is only one that came close what i want for my product. And i thank them for having what i expected to get for my vehicle. Cant wait to do more business..... Great Bulbs.Definetly can tell a differnce with them

very pleased with the products I have ordered products through XenonPro before for my other vehicle, little disappointed returning customers don't receive a little better deal then someone who just orders once in their lifetime and the slow response time once order is placed to the time they actually send the order out,other then that great products.

the purchase, purchase price, and shipping time was very good. As for the head lamp products themselves, there are some things people should know. I bought your LED head lamps for my 2018 Ford F150 XLT Lariat 4X4. 1st) the brights are on the bottom and the install was relatively easy. The problem I had was it took a little bit of testing to get them to work once the new led lamps were plugged in. What i mean by this is that you would presume that all connections would be such that the locking part of the mated plugs should be the same, but they were not. the connection between the lamp and the flashing preventer was normal, but the connection between the flashing preventer and the factory headlamp connector had to be rotated 180 degrees for the lamp to come on when the lights were on. thus the plugs would not lock into place after pushing them together. 2nd) the dim lamps are the upper sockets and are a bit tougher to get to. The problem I had with these are that the new led lamps are much much larger than the factory lamps, and you now have to stuff all the extra items associated with the led lamps into the headlamp housing. there is barely enough room to do this. The biggest problem I had was that the new led lamps are so much bigger that due to the factory housing lamp socket hole being slightly offset to the housing entrance hole that i was barely and with great efforet able to get the new led lamps installed, and I was not able to get the factory dust caps back on again after I had the new lamps installed due do the new lamps riding very tightly against the inside edge of the housing entrance hole where the dust cap goes on. Also make note that if you buy these led lamps, you should probably have some super glue on hand because when you are inserting and twisting them into place, chances are pretty good that you will separate the lamp from the mounting ring. The mounting ring is where the little tabs are that locks the lamp into place. I like the lamps so far, but it makes me wonder about not being able to get the factory dust prevention caps back on the dim sockets.

The site is easy to navigate and full of information. I will return after I receive the product! Update: These lamps are fantastic. Installation was a bit of a pain on my vehicle, but not due to the product itself. Access to my headlights are through the wheel well. I am satisfied with my purchase though. When I decide to upgrade my high beams, it will be done through XenonPro.

The teleconference that I tried did not work, but there was plenty of info on the website to answer my inquiry So far so good the lights came in and I have yet to install but all looks to be well and in tact.

I Like lifetime warranty. The LED low beam lights working good, but Xenon cancelers doesn't works with my Vovlvo xc90. I bought different cancelers from Ebay both working good, no more error message.

Well just had a very pleasant chat with Dale from support. Very happy to see that you guys stand behind your product. Had a warranty processed and it was easy and painless. I was so impressed with the speed and efficacy of the service provided that I ordered another kit for my motorhome.

Website was nice and easy to use. Found what I needed Pretty easily and even got a coupon for my purchase! My order shipped pretty quickly as well, and my headlights are great! They're super bright and look really nice!

Horrible experience with A DIFFERENT company, excited to see how XenonPro matches up! EDIT** got my lights in just a few business days, WAY EARLIER than anticipated! Very happy with my experience. My only complaint is that they claimed my car required the warning cancellers which in fact it didn't, so didn't need to buy those after all. But I was prompted with an unexpected 10% discount at checkout so in my eyes, these offset! Would recommend XenonPro to EVERYONE looking to upgrade to HID's!

Great pricing product packaging was nice I kept the box mainly coz I'm a pack rat and thought it was nice lol but really bright clear white light got here in days I ordered my high beams from a different company who's name I'm not going to say and I still have not gotten them in yet A bit pricey on the cost side

Very nice packaging for the bulbs, and very nice product too! Easy to install, definitely plug and play, no problems. Prices are much more reasonable than the auto parts store prices!!! I'm super happy, I can see SO much better at night :)
