Well, my part has been on order for 10 days now -- the website showed it as 'In Stock' and that it would ship the next business day. The transaction cleared my bank account 9 days ago, and still, the order is 'processing'.

I've submitted 3 support tickets and received zero response from Xenon Project.

I'm hoping to get my money back, but at this point, I'm thinking that may be wishful thinking.



If you value customer support and receiving your order, avoid this place if at all possible.

I ordered 2 tanks from these guys. One was the lowest price I could find, the other was a bit more expensive, but, who wants to make two separate orders right?

Anyways, they both arrived save and sound, and quickly. I will be back for another tank for under the tree!

I ordered a new toy and they sent me a used one. This used toy is dirty and has some broken parts.

I will NOT shop here. They are not reliable. They are cheaters.

On 3 February 2015 I ordered an item that supposedly was in stock and would ship (usually) within 24 hours. As this was a gift for my grandsons birthday I paid for USPS 3 day Priority Mail. I received a e-mail the item had been shipped and my credit card had been charged. After a few days I went to the USPS tracking website and all I kept getting was " a shipping label had been created". After a few days of this and several e-mails to Xenon I called the Post Office and was told they had never received the shipment, so I called customer service at Xenon and the lady said she would cancel the order and re-order it with a new order number, this was on Friday 6 February. On checking the order status today I noticed they had the shipping address wrong-to Odessa California instead of Odessa Texas, this is on Monday 9 February. I called customer service, got a recording, left a message, and sent a e-mail telling them about the wrong address and informed them that if the situation wasn't cleared up and the item shipped by tomorrow I would cancel the order and request a refund. It is four hours and have heard nothing back from them so am waiting to see what happens. This is very poor service and will not order from them in the future.

I have been pricing RC tanks for about two weeks looking for my sons birthday gift. Xenon Project had a very competitive price and their location was relatively close to my location. After seeing their review on this site I was very apprehensive about ordering with them but due to the time frame I chose to pick up a 1:16th scale Bulldog tank. I placed the order at 10 pm on 7/21/15, the order shipped on 7/22/15 and I received it on 7/23/15. I used the least expensive shipping plan and received it 38 hours later. I ordered an extra battery and the box for the tank was carefully opened and the battery was inserted in the back of the packaging. I charged up the batteries and they worked exactly as I expected. The tank not only functioned properly. I had an excellent experience with my purchase at Xenon Project! I will be back.

What could they do as icing on the cake? Offer pdf versions of the manuals on each RC toys page for download. Requests for RC manuals are everywhere and no one has them. If the manufacturer allows it I believe it would bring a lot of extra traffic to the site.
