Could not fault the service, the driver was so helpful,offered to take the very heavy court cupboard to the upstairs room,something I could never have been able to do without him.

You said you'd be with me between 4 and 7 and arrived 3.55 but waited. Your driver was very helpful, pleasant and personable. I left the chair wrapped as it is moving again but wrap seemed robust at corners.

I was impressed with rapid collection of my garden set, however, 3 days later and no sign of my goods yet being delivered. I was told it would be delivered next day...and now, noone answering phones...

I paid for wrapping and two-man collection and delivery of a mattress. I had photos of a clean mattress awaiting collection. When it arrived it was filthy, one whole side was as dirty as if it had been dragged unwrapped along a lorry floor. Company took no responsibility for this.

Booked a budget delivery from Falmouth to Bristol. It took over five weeks to be delivered despite several phone calls. The good were found to be damaged on delivery, the driver acknowledged the damage and took several pictures sending them to the office straight away. To date have received no communication regarding my claim. In all a very poor service with no customer care. Would advise NOT to use this service.

DO NOT USE......4 weeks now and still waiting for collection and delivery. I have emailed and not been replied too, I have called over 8 times and reassured it would be scheduled within the week... they were happy to take the deposit off us without any problems!!!!!

I had a sofa and a glass fronted book case delivered Cornwall to London. Both items were wrapped to within an inch of their lives and were delivered without a scratch. The timing of delivery and all communication with the company were excellent.

Item arrived without any damage and the driver was very courteous if you are prepared to wait a few days before collection and again before delivery this is an excellent way to have goods delivered to you without massive costs would recommend using xpert delivery any time

The company's collection was organised by the buyer, not myself, although I received all e-mails of messages sent back and forth via the company and the buyer. Collection was within the timescale agreed but I didn't receive a phone call ahead to warn me an hour before as was stated, anyway I was home. The driver was nice and polite and the buyer has now received the item, undamaged.

Item of furniture delivered within the 3 hour time slot and was informed half an hour before delivery time of expected time. Driver was friendly and helpful and took a photo of the two items when they were inside the house. No damage but then items were extremely well packed by the furniture maker.

On Monday I got a message to say that my bedroom fitment would be delivered on Wednesday 17th April between 3 30 and 6 30 and nothing came not even a phone call to say what had happened. I emailed them this morning and was told that delivery had been cancelled because they didn't have a 2 men van in the area yesterday. I paid a extra £49 two weeks ago to have this service and have ended up with nothing. Was told this morning would have to wait for another delivery slot which is not good enough for me a phone call would have been nice. I have now been in touch with homedone to cancel the order and I want the money from both parties put back into my account. So through this happening homedone have lost my order and a customer

I have used Xpertdelivery twice in the last week to collect large pieces of antique furniture from across the UK. The collection service is very easy to arrange on line. The items were collected quickly and were professionally wrapped and most importantly arrived undamaged. Their courier rates are extremely competitive which was crucial.

Extremely poor customer communication (phone always goes through to answerphone) and failed attempt of collection and delivery - was still waiting after 3 weeks and then called to cancel delivery. .

I was kept informed of my shipping arrangements,prompt collection and next day delivery. It arrived on schedule and was protectively wrapped for safe transit. Very good service from Xpert couriers and Shiply. Many thanks, Cowan in Deal.
