The only complaint is that once I had placed the order for the 2 sided tag into the cart, the info read 1-sided tag. This caused me to reverse in the browser several times to verify I had selected the correct item.

It has been 9 days and it was advertised as two-four day delivery. I needed the tags for my business for Black Friday and they did not show up! Very frustrated and disappointed!

Called the 800 number the representative was very helpful, answered my questions. Smooth ordering and that's what we like.

I was able to contact a customer service rep to get my large list enter with an excel spreadsheet and the response was within mins! very easy and quick!

Once weekly I volunteer w/a ministry for the homeless. They can come to us for a shower, a clean change of clothes, a healthy meal: they can do one small load of laundry, and on select days, get their hair cut and styled as well as have any facial hair trimmed (by the local community college's cosmetology program). Lately there's been a much greater demand for haircuts; given that most of the population is fairly illiterate and cannot legibly write or print their name, I think it's going to simplify things if I give them a numbered tag in the order of their arrival so that no disputes/arguments/fights break out as to who gets serviced first.

Super easy to create custom brass luggage tags, which I know will not fall apart, fade or tear on our bags for a trip to Africa. Can't wait to get them!

Good Lord, 9 dollars for the tags 8 dollars for shipping and handling. Won't be ordering from here again.

I couldn't enter numbers on phone number section until I delete each space one by one each time.
I don't know if it's my PC or how you set up this.

needed to order 12 tags numbered one thru 12. Mistakenly doubled up on the number 7. could find no way to go back and delete the one that was not needed as the 13 were all bundled into one item in the shopping cart. Inexpensive enough not to worry about it, but it takes too long to start start the process over. Would have been nice to copy and paste text and just change numbers
