Why can't previous orders show actual qty ordered so I don't need to call in to find out the correct qty? This info in the history seems like a no brainer for your web programmer -- it would be for me.

ycdscc has been great for years! Accessible (and helpful) help, clear pricing and Rx options, and consistently-priced and -available brand-name drugs. I'd love to have a "Fast shipping" option though!

Though it took a very long time for the medications to arrive, every other part of the transaction was superb! I did contact customer service about the lengthy shipping. The person was kind, caring, and helpful. Five stars - *****. The cost was amazing. The medication cost well over $2,000.00 US here in Maine. My insurance would pay part of that but I still had to pay $600.00. Purchasing through your company brought the cost down to under $100.00 US, an amount that a senior citizen can afford. The instructions were excellent. Follow-up by YCDSCC is most appreciated. Thank you so much - from a Canadian citizen. :-)

I had to argue with your online forms a little but they eventually went through, and oddly, the refill came much more quickly than the original order. These are both very minor quibbles: for price, accuracy and customer service you best US pharmacies without breaking a sweat.

love the prices, Being a pharmacist when I worked for Walmart 15 years ago we were using medications from India then. I can't understand why Americans think most all drugs need to be made in America, that's plan hogwash. In the 80's I worked for Walgreens in Denver. Colorado. Mr. Blankenship came to the pharmacy on day asking if we had that new communist drug yet? He was just at a lecture at Kaiser about new medications for his wife's Parkinsonism. When we got the new drug, Eldepryl (selegiline) in for Parkinsonism i looked at the bottle label and sure enough it was manufactured in Budapest, Hungary, which was a communist country at the time. My wife another pharmacist asked me if I knew one of the active metabolites of selegiline is methamphetamine. I said no and was amazed when she showed it to me in the product literature. My mother had Parkinsonism and when given the drug she lost 30 pounds, 13.6 kilograms, I now know why she lost the weight. The metabolite is also why the drug is used for depression to make people feel better. A little history lesson for the new younger pharmacists. Have a great day and thanks for the awesome service. When something is left out of order request, the website requires that I fill most things in again. But I do like the ease of finding out where the drugs come from and the cost and amounts. Thank you.

Had an issue with microsoft edge not letting me enter the year of my birth. Switched to Chrome & it worked fine. Just a bit frustrating! Will see how ordering & receiving right prescription goes.

Overall the process was pretty easy. I wish you could take Visa but I didn't read about why it's not allowed. I liked the 2 options that displayed after I typed in the name brand of drug and strength, easy to see the prices and different sizes available.

Someone was always there to answer our phone inquiries about the long ship times and package status. We were warned by ycdscc that ship times were sometimes long. Prices were great compared to what we had to pay locally for the same medications. You folks are lifesavers (literally) for senior citizens like us on a fixed income who cannot afford ridiculous local drug prices-the only choice would have been to do without the drugs.
