I used Yellow Express all the time in my former job as a Receptionist in a medium to large size company. I have since moved on to another company who uses another courier service and I am making changes to the company policy as we speak so I can go back to using Yellow. They always made my job easier, they always answered my questions and took on tricky or out of the ordinary jobs. Things didn't get lost in space as they do with other companies and their customer service team is world class.

$280 to move 5 boxes from Rent-a-space Ryde to the city? Whatever you do get a confirmation email with the price from these guys. Next time I'll just rent a van and pay an extra pair of hands.

I have been using multiple courier companies over the last 15 years and I have never ever come across a company like Yellow Express. I recently discovered you guys in my new employment and all I can say is AMAZING! From the service of the gorgeous people on the phone that I have dealt with to the wonderful, friendly and helpful drivers; I have been astounded. You make my day so much easier everyday as I can actually finally rely on a courier to get my good’s delivered or picked up on time. Roman you are just amazing! So helpful and a delight to hear your voice every day. John, William, Tom (sorry if I have forgotten someone) you guys are just too good.

From the moment Operator 87 arrived, right on time, our family knew we were in 'good hands'. The two men maintained a friendly demeanour through the the day, and after the last item was in place, left us with big smile and a warm handshake! Thank you Yellow Express, and particularly the to two men in question.

incompetent from A to Z. The guy who took the call didn’t ask if there were stairs so they sent me the worst team possible and they took 4h to do a job that should have taken 2 and charged me full price.

The movers were tired and slow and I suspect that one of them were actually still drunk ...

When I called them to complain they tried to put it on me by saying that I should have tell them that there were 15 stairs ... pathetic.

4h and $650 to fill a 1,5 container of 2m cube is a disgrace.

Never gonna work with them again !

Today we used Yellow Express to move from Ashfield to Manly. Daniel and his mate couldn't do enough. They were punctual, polite, helpful and got stuck into the job and took excellent care of our property. I would highly recommend these two guys from Ghana. Thanks guys

I am very happy with the service that yellow express delivered my extra large 90 cm balloons 19 of them ,pick up at bondi and delivered to my daughter 21 st in the cbd within 50 mins thank you Steven for a great service , Thankyou also for the phone calls I spoke to a very helpful guy on the phone to ensure all details were right , he was very particular so I felt confident in yellow express ,thank you again

I have booked Yellow Express couriers to deliver and collect parcels for me in the past, as well as recently.
I am very happy with the efficiency and promptness of the service and will definitely be using it in the future.
