Have just purchased a recliner/riser settee and chair. Richard gave very useful advice so that they addressed my needs. The items are very comfortable and of good quality. They arrived on time and were quickly set up by the engineer. All the staff were helpful and friendly and I will have no hesitation in using them again.

Just to say we had 3 lifting chairs serviced yesterday and was done with no problems at all, we had to keep 2 free in case we needed them at any one time and the two men that was doing the work were nothing less than professional and patient throughout. Thank you again.

Very prompt online service but I was disappointed that the Knaresborough showroom is not open on Saturdays which is the most convenient day for those still working Monday-Friday to come in and actually view larger equipment and items before deciding to purchase or not.

My powered chair was serviced by Robert and he did an excellent thorough job, what a credit to the company. He also modified a wheelchair that I had bought recently and nothing was too much trouble to ensure it worked well for me and was safe. He is very knowledgeable and technically skilled. If it were possible to award six stars Yorkshire Care would be the first in Line. I cannot speak (or write) highly enough of this Company. The standard of equipment is astonishingly high and the wheelchair custom made for my disabled daughter has changed her life. John Hulbert, whose charm and,for want of a better analogy, "bedside manner" is exceptional and I shall ever remember his kindness and encouragement to someone in a vulnerable situation. This will be part of the experience of the acquisition of what is now a life line for my daughter. I have contacted the Grand Lodge of England whose charitable arm funded the wheelchair and expressed my eternal gratitude both for the financial support but also to comment on the high quality of both product, performance and efficiency of administration of Yorkshire Care. Their response? "We know"! I have a grandson who is a spina bifida little fellow and am engaging with Grand Lodge to fund the provision of a custom made car seat at an estimated £1,200.00 plus. Of course, there can only be one supplier. It's always the right thing to choose the best.
