No matter what the problem or question, Zappos staff is happy to help you. Their high standard of customer service training is evident in their good natured and easy going spirit. A good example for any company!! The morale is in high gear at Zappos, obviously due to the treatment of their employees as well as a high regard for customers.

I got the shoes, but it was in a plain brown box. Inside the brown box, there's a text that said the original box was replaced because it was damaged during transit. I don't think that's true, because my order was double boxed with a Zappos outer box. I think they didn't have the original box at all. All my double boxed shoes orders elsewhere online have never had a replacement box problem. Buyer beware, If you want shoes with the original box, shop elsewhere.

I had purchased a pair of Asics sneakers in April and they were already falling apart in September. I started a live chat with Ally, who walked me through an exchange, with truly the best customer service I've gotten from an online company in a very long time. The whole exchange took about 15 minutes, and because the shoes are already falling apart, I don't even have to send them back! Ally made it super easy and I'm so relieved. I'll get a new pair of shoes and I was treated with respect and cheerfulness. Thanks Zappos and Ally! :)

I ordered shoes for work. I thought they were leather. I paid 74 dollars!!!!! They are plastic junk!!!! Work 10 bucks+!!! No return slip in box or order form!!!! Do not order from them. shoes from Korea!!!!!

I bought 147.00 worth of masks and a shirt for my son for Father’s Day 2 weeks before Father’s Day, then they informed me 3 days before an option to cancel because they where having issues. Which I did and they have refused to give me my money back on my debit ( bank) card. They even went as far to say they gave me my money back on some sight with a code number

Amazing customer service. I always thought Zappos was a gimmicky, fishy site but I was wrong after my first order. I wanted to exchange my order a day after I placed my order and customer service did it in just a few minutes. My order also arrived earlier than expected. Really nice customer service asks you about your day and such. Will be ordering more shoes from Zappos.

I love Zappos!
I have never had poor customer service. If I need to do an exchange I have never had to pay a second fee as long as you send the exchanges item in within two weeks you’re good.
Great selection of shoes I often cannot find locally. Great for people in small sizes whom can’t usually find what they need.

I've been buying shoes from Zappos for years. They offer a huge selection of quality shoes. I tell everyone I know to give them a try. I love their policy of free shipping coming and going! It allows me to try different sizes and get shoes that actually fit.

Worst delivery EVER. The next day is coming 5 days later with Amazon Logistics. Which called me today and left a25 secs blank empty voice mail. Calling them back after 25 minutes of wait, the TBA tracking number they cannot find it in their system. Called them 2 more times to talk to a smarter person. Apparently they can't deliver to the address i set, and had to give them another address. Wish me luck.

Total disaster. Ordered sneakers. Too small. Asked to return and lady asks for my zip code for security purposes. I give it to her and she says I need the extra 4 digits (not just the first 5). I said you added those I have no idea. She says well I can’t help you then and you can not return them. Have had other issues as well. Never again

I love Zappos so much!!
This companies customer service has to be one of the best I've ever come in contact with! I would have been buying shoes from them earlier if I knew about them. They are so professional, never had a dull moment, shipments are fast and free, and returns and exchange policies are so simple and easy for everyone!

I absolutely love ZAPPOS! Have been shopping with them for years. Their shipping speed is lightening fast! They back up their shoe guarantee with a 365 return policy. Additionally, returns are free! You can't really beat that policy. Whenever I purchase the wrong size on a particular shoe, ZAPPOS has a great exchange policy. They will ship you a new shoe immediately and give you some time (I believe 10 days) to return the shoe that doesn't fit.

Furthermore, every time I've contacted their customer service, I've always received the best support, friendly and helpful. Continue to do what you guys are doing and you will have lifelong customers like myself. I am completely satisfied each time I shop here.

You will NOT be disappointed! Give them a try!
