I purchased the 'hot pink' one for my 4 year old granddaughter for a pre booked holiday in February as she had out grown her ride on, she loved it & it was well used in the airport, it made the journey to & from the plane stress free, many people asked us where we had bought it.
Packs small enough to go in the overhead locker, she even used it while on the complex.
Would definitely recommend, excellent customer service as the first one delivered had a broken zip but was replaced quickly with no problems.

We ordered a sid cyclops case for our 5 year old son, unfortunately the case arrived quite damaged with large dents to each side, scratches and the piping around the front coming away from the suitcase. I emailed customer services and got an instant respond from there team. After sending them the pics of the damage they did offer to send a new suitcase but unfortunately it won't come in time for our trip so we have an unhappy little boy. I would however order from them again as they were quick to respond to my complaint and offered to make amends as quickly as they could.

I had ordered a case for my daughters birthday, it arrived after one week and was the wrong case, they sent a postage label to return and advised the replacement would be sent next day and in time for her birthday. On checking tracking I realised it would not be on time so messaged back to be told to contact the courier myself as they had sent it out next day so it was my problem. When I advised that really this wasn’t my job and something should be done at their end I was asked if I wanted to cancel and receive a refund. The customer service is appauling and I certainly won’t be ordering or recommending to anyone

We made an orded 8844 on 6th september. It states of fedex that it has been delivered on 13 september (number 770200792652). We did not get anithing, fedex advised us over the phone that it was returned to sender. We sent a request to zinc flyte over your website on 14 September. No one got back to us! Please return money for order or send with another company. It was supposed to be a present for child on birthday. We are not able to byu another one as we do not know what is happening with this order! We do not need 2 suite cases!! Please get bach ASAP

I live in Florida.....ordered on Saturday evening and delivered on Tuesday! I was astonished and overjoyed at the excellent service and the suitcase/scooter is just as adorable in person! So happy!

Waited 7 days and no reply, not too impressed with their after sales service.
Bought a flyte 1/12/17 for my daughters xmas so was not used until late December 2017 and only used for 2 trips and has a major slash and wearing in the wheel and the seam on the case has bust so we have a hole in the case after our 2nd trip in october. I only contacted them on 21st December thinking that would be within the year warranty as it was a Xmas present. It’s now out of warranty and they don’t want to help. I was told they would post me replacement wheels but yet to see them or have any reply to my last message.
My daughter loves this, just would have expected to get more than 2 trips from it (and it’s only ever used at airports) if the case detached then the scooter could get more use!

Delivery was verrry prompt, i received my item within two days. I bought the 'panda' for my 5yr old daughter and its perfect for her. Size and quality are real good. Looking forward to 'flyte's' next/new release!
Id suggest more options though, like personalised ones, or 'make your own design' ones!

I bought this item for my 3 year old Grandson who does sleepovers at Nana's house and goes on flights abroad. He LOVES his 'scoot case'! It's bright, funky, well made and an all round winner! I had it delivered to work and all my colleagues were asking for the details !
