I had a parcel recently after the long weekend get diverted to Zoom2u instead of SHL doing final delivery

but actually had a good experience with these guys, I thought for sure I would have to wait to the following day but the driver showed up the same day DHL handed it over to them and arrived around 11am, he also rang my mobile to let him in my building as the buzzers were broken

I can't get most couriers and auspost to ring the buzzers let alone call me so I was pretty impressed, won't be scared if I ever get a parcel through these guys again

have been with the same courier service for my agency for years. However they recently changed hands and their service has gone down hill so i have been looking for a new courier service. I tried Zoom2U for the first time this week - and it will be the last. Basically I needed to get 3 packages picked up from one place and delivered to my office which was around a 10km distance. They picked it up ok...but then were unable to deliver it until around 36 hours later - and only after many calls demanding for my package! The worse part is i needed this package to take on a flight at 4pm that first day - which they knew - and didn't care. I even begged them to tell me where the courier was and I would drive to him myself and pick them up! Bottom line - never again.

Located in Brisbane - parcel was sitting at a depot in SA for a customer who was visiting from Melbourne - booked & paid online - delivered in 3 hours - love it & happy customer

Got my emergency passport from Sydney to Brisbane in 7hours. Excellent.
Would definitely use this service again.
Highly recommend, polite, professional service and kept in touch with me to advise of package where abouts

Last minute passport drama - a huge relief to track passport from Sydney to Melbourne and see it delivered when they said it would be - thanks to all concerned - stress free!

Needed a parcel couriered across Sydney within a few hours. I’ve not needed a courier before. Quick to set up the account, intuitive. Service was fast, good communication, worked really well. Good price. Very happy.

Okay i'll keep this simple for everyone who's looking for another great review from a happy customer:
- Great pricing (extremely competitive)
- Their staff is is very customer service focused
That's it, the two points above already wins first place from other courier service providers.

From the time I placed the order to tracking it through the lchat and even the courier delivering the urgent package on Friday night instead of the designated Saturday morning.

I used this company for a work courier. Very reliable and speedy service. I booked an urgent three hour service and it was delivered in time to meet the deadline.
