Ordered a sympathy fruit basket for $75.00. So disappointed. Only 10 pieces of fruit! That's $7.50 a piece. Complete rip off.

Do not do business with these people. On 12/19 I ordered a basket, their website kept getting stuck during the ordering process and I had to back out and re do parts of the order. The next day I logged into my account and they had charged me THREE times for THREE orders of the exact same thing to be delivered to the same person. I emailed the company at the address they had on their website - no answer for 2 days. Today I called them after no return email from this company. They said they WILL NOT CANCEL the two extra orders that I didn't order despite the fact that it hasn't shipped, it is not in transit yet, etc - I can see the order status progress on my account page of their website. Their website triple charged my credit card and they expect me to pay for their website error. The customer service rep wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor, she told me the supervisor was "busy" and she is not allowed to cancel any orders. If customer service can't cancel orders that their own website generated in error, then who can? These people are theives.

I ordered a velvet cheesecake through 1-800-Baskets and was emailed that my order would arrive on my son's birthday. At 6:30, on the specified date, it had not arrived. I called customer service. The representative I talked looked up my order and said that it was in transit. She said she would call Fed X to find out what happened to my order and to stay on the line. I sat on the line for 30 minutes and then was cut off on my phone. I returned the call and then talked to Jack. He assured me the order was in transit and would be the by 8:00 PM. When it had not arrived by 8:15, I again called customer service. This time I talked to Christian. He said the order was in transit, but the order would not be coming on the date that I had asked for it to arrive. He offered to have it shipped a week later, as well as giving me a voucher for $20.00 for another order. I told him that this unacceptable since it would be a week after my son's birthday. He never answered my question as to what would happen to the cake in transit, why it could not arrive the following day.
I am so angry and disappointed with this company. They have completely lost my business, and I will also advice my friends and family not to use them.

I placed an order on 4/1/20 for a delivery of Easter Cupcakes on 4/10/20. NEVER DELIVERED... I never received any notification that it wouldn't be delivered, I sent 2 emails that went unanswered. It wasn't until they sent me an email asking me to "rate my gift"... and while they responded to the bad review, I spent 30 mins on the first phone call with the "specialist" telling me that they tried to contact me and that a refund had been issued.
IT IS A LIE! I then, on my 2nd call, was put on hold for more than an hour while they were "getting a supervisor" on the phone.... then I was disconnected.
I am contacting PayPal (which is the payment route I used) to see if they can get my money returned.

Basket was delivered one week later than the requested date. This was a Mother's Day gift. The order page asks when the basket should be delivered. If they were not able to meet that date, I should have been notified at the time of the order. It is no wonder they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau! I will never use them again.

I ordered the Congratulations Popcorn Sampler on Wednesday, 1/10/18 to be delivered to one of my friends on Friday, 1/12/2018. I place the order get the confirmation and everything seems fine. I check my email throughout the day and around 10 pm notice I got an email at 915 pm saying they tried to call me and my order can't be delivered on the date I wanted . So I call and confirm with the woman the phone number they have for me because I got absolutely NO phone call. She then proceeds to tell me the florist is closed and she can't do anything till tomorrow...well I'm sure they were closed at 915 aka the first time I was notified of an issue but ok whatever. (Side note I questioned her asking if they had the right order because she said they were using a florist since I ordered a popcorn basket but she assured me that's who they use) The next day (Thursday) I call and speak with a man named John who said he would work on finding a new florist to deliver it. Unfortunately, I had to hang up while on hold because I was at work but was happy (and grateful) when he called me back letting me know he found a new florist and it was set to be delivered on Friday. I made CERTAIN he said it would be delivered otherwise I wouldn't have hung up until he got someone who would make the delivery on the day I wanted. So a couple days go by and my friend hasn't said anything to me and as much as I didn't want to I had to ask her if she received the basket to which I was told no. This was on TUESDAY. I call 1800 baskets screaming and they tell me that its now apparently a FedEx delivery from the Popcorn Factory and they would have to transfer me to them .... uhhh so what about the two separate employees that told me it was coming from a florist even when I questioned it?? Why tell a customer something if you don't know if what you're saying is correct. (I know florists use FedEx HOWEVER they never said anything about it coming from the Popcorn Factory) I even told him he could pull up my call with John when I was told it would be delivered by a florist on Friday. The guy from the Popcorn Factory told me that my order was "stuck in the system" and not processed to which I laughed and told him I'll send him my bank statement since I was CHARGED for it. I told him the situation needs to be rectified and I expect a full refund and my basket to be delivered since we're almost a week late here. It is now Wednesday and I'm waiting for a member of management to call me back. From start to finish this was a horrible experience. Do not bother.

I placed an order and chose a delivery date when I would be home (NOT when I was out of town for a week with freezing weather). But it arrived days early, and was frozen solid and ruined, when I returned. I am on my FOURTH time contacting them to try to get this fixed. I was immediately promised a re-order, arriving the next day. Nothing. Then it was promised on the 12th. Nothing. Then the 15th. Nothing. Now they say the 16th, which is today. I was going to hold off on writing a review until I actually received the order, but who knows when that will be and so here it is.

I WON'T BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!

I signed up for the free shipping deal for a year, then went to order 6 arrangements for family members for the holidays. I spent 40 minutes making my selections, adding the addresses in, adding in payment information only to get rejected for some stupid delivery error, which it wouldn't tell me which one was the problem. I spent another 10 minutes "chatting" with their help desk only to learn that guy had no idea how to fix the problem. I figured it out myself. Corrected the delivery issue, tried placing the order again and it just goes in loops. It doesn't complete my order. It won't even tell me now what is wrong. Here I'm trying to give this company over $300 in business and their website is jacked up. 60 minutes later, I'm done. Moving on to a company that can complete the order.

I originally wanted to cancel because they mis-advertised (email from them promoted a coupon code for free shipping until next week but they said it had expired yesterday -NOT TRUE, i have the email to prove it). They would not let me cancel even though I contacted them within 2 minutes of ordering (I only ordered because they kept assuring me they'll refund the difference manually once I place the order). Talked to 2 different reps about getting the refund and no help. They even went to lengths to make me wait 1 hour only to not help. No integrity.

I ordered a beautiful Mother's Day basket about a week before Mother's Day and paid extra to guarantee delivery the day before Mother's Day on Saturday. Not only did not arrive Saturday or Sunday on Mother's Day it arrived Monday afternoon, 2 days late!! I've contacted customer service numerous times about a partial refund or some type of compensation/credit. They ignore you and do not respond.

I ordered the dozen mini Easter cupcakes on 4/4 for delivery in 4/10 for my daughters family since we can’t be together due to the pandemic. I have 4 grandkids and this was my gift for them. The cupcakes were not delivered on the 10th and I received no notification from 1800 Basket. On 4/11, after being on hold an hour due to high volume, was advised the order was cancelled as the cupcakes were no longer available. NO EMAIL OR NOTIFICATION WAS SENT TO ME ADVISING THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED. I HAD TO WAIT ON HOLD AN HOUR TO FIND THIS OUT!!!! Do not order from this company. They ran out of cupcakes?? I ordered them 6 days prior to delivery. What a scam company.

I ordered 6 truffle unicorn birthday cupcakes for my granddaughters 5th birthday--I placed the order on May 4th, paid $15.98 for expedited shipping by 5/8/2020 and today is May 11th--I still do not have the cupcakes, I have emailed and called-- plus they show the order was confirmed, they took my money but there is no shipping information---the order number I have does not work with online tracking system,but it is the order number they gave me in an email---right now I have been on hold for 51 minutes with this terrible company and I am very upset--they stole $49.19 from me--they do not respond to emails or phone calls but had the nerve to send me an email today asking me to buy more products from them. They are THIEVES not to mention that my poor little granddaughter did not have the cupcakes I promised her--how do I get my money back? I am a retired widow and $50 is a lot of money to me. This is just horrible and this company should be put out of business

I placed my order on 4/3/18 around 11pm. I called customer service on 4/4, to ask if the recipient had to sign for the package and I was told NO the package will be dropped off. However, that was not the case. It appears that a signature is needed and in result Fedex took the package back. I'm sure the person I spoke to didnt know the correct answer to my question. It is obvious your call center represantives lack adequate customer service training. I am very upset that I paid an extra $15 for overnight shipping and the package wasnt delivered. I decided to give the call center a call on 4/5 around 4pm and explain the situation. In addition, to inform them that I rather have the recipient pick up the package. Well the person I spoke to, told me he was going to call Fedex himself and give me a call back. An hour later, and I still dont recieve a call back so I call your call center AGAIN. I spoke to someone named Kris and she gave me an address to a Fedex location. She assured me the package will be there on 4/6 for pickup. The recipient went to the location and I guess its a Walgreens with a Fedex onsite. However, the recipient was told they didn't know anything about the package. The recipient wasted his time trying to pick up the package and theres no package. This is PATHETIC. Never in my life have I experienced HORRIBLE customer service. I am upset because I paid $79 for a stupid pie and its no where to be found. If I'm paying that much money, I shouldn't have to deal with any bullshit. I will let everyone know about my negative experience.
P.S. I suggest having a call center in the U.S. not in some third world country.

I did purchase this item on 2/12 and selected the delivery date to be 2/15, I paid an additional 14.00 for the Saturday 2/15 delivery, when I called after getting the confirmation and it showed a delivery date of 2/22 I called to cancel, they did not cancel the transaction, I called 3 times on 2/12 and they stalled my cancelation and finally the 3rd person said I had to call back on the next day, So I called back on 2/13 and again was told they could not cancel because I paid through pay pal and so my cancelation needed to go through paypal. 
Not only did you NOT deliver on the correct date of 2/15 Nor did you refund my purchase but then on the WRONG date of 2/22 you STILL DID NOT DELIVER the product and when I called you told me so sorry for the computer issue we can expedite the order for you and deliver it in yet ANOTHER Week.. WOW what a hoseshit company, you are Liars and Thieves !! I will NEVER EVER EVER recommend your company, products, services etc. It will be a mission to let people know on every social media network out there just how horrible you are !

We ordered a sympathy basket called "The Grande" with next day delivery, tax and the cost of the basket was nearly $200. The basket that was delivered was an embarrassment, nothing like we ordered, I complained and they sent out a replacement, excluding the next day delivery. The replacement was as bad as the original. I wish they would allow pictures here, I would show what we ordered and what we received, totally two different pictures...Not even close. I wished I read ALL these 1 star reviews before I ordered the original. BEWARE, THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY, THEY DELIVER JUNK. BUYER BEWARE.
