I approached 365 Business Finance after my current provider withdrew their lending product. Within 4 days everything was sorted. Harry was a great help, he guided me through the whole process step by step and kept me informed at every stage. I would not hesitate to recommend Business 365.

I had a call on Tuesday PM to say that my loan was all approved and funds would be in my account first this Wednesday as the transfer window for Tuesday had already closed. Nothing appeared in my account so I sent an email to chase and was told that the loan had been withdrawn due to government statements.

However after being told that the funds would be in my account the next morning I preceded to pay bills and order stock. Now that the funding has been withdrawn I am in an even worse situation that I was before.

Communication has been poor and response sporadic.

I would not recommend this company one bit.

Contacted 365 to enquire about a cash advance for my business, firstly their claim of a quick turnaround is untrue, it took from Nov 12th until Dec 3rd to get an offer, now for the actual offer you'd be better off speaking to a loan shark they offered £20,000 but they wanted it paying back within 11 months plus £5000 worth of interest, they also wanted a personal guarantee so that i was personally responsible for the loan which basically might as well be a personal loan.

When i pointed out that I could just go and get a personal loan for £20,000 over 5 years only paying back £1,500 worth of interest from a high street lender they did not like it, they have no interest in investing in your business to help it grow, we explained the strategy and what the money was going to be used for and that to expect it to be paid back in 11 months plus £5000 worth of interest was a bad deal and unreasonable.

They were not interested in how the money was going to be used to benefit the business, to be used carefully and safely to take the business onto the next level which would quite obviously take longer than 11 months, they simply wanted a quick smash and grab and to earn £5000 off an 11 month loan, you'd get better rates with a payday lender.

Instead of choosing to negotiate with us over the terms the person who i was dealing with Nathan Stewart simply chose to stop responding to emails, I called into the office twice to speak to him to be told surprise surprise hes not at his desk and the promised callback never came.

Shocking service and a shocking way to end over a months worth of back and forth communications they have completely wasted our time, I would strongly advise you to contact a legitimate lender who will be able to offer you money at a good rate under terms that are fair.

I have recently used 365 Business Finance and I would highly recommend them. The process was straight forward and with excellent communication. Stuart Dawson was very knowledgable and I can honestly say they are a ‘5 star’ company.

Well i decided to go with 365 because of Matt Lopez he look after me from start to finish. He made it all so easy thanks Matt. I will be using you again in the future.
