My partner and I had a bit of bad luck with my engagement ring from a high street jeweller, in terms of quality and customer service. Because my ring was on sale they tried to charge me to resize it and when I noticed an inclusion in my diamond that you shouldnt be able to see with the naked eye they confessed I had the wrong GIA cert and it would cost extra to change the diamond.
I had seen my ring on 77 Diamonds over a year ago and loved it, but my partner was sceptical about using an online jeweller, after the issue we had he thought why not try 77 Diamonds... and omg am I glad we did.

1) you get to pick your own diamond and can take as long as you want. They have such a long list of diamonds!
2) the girls on the phone are fab and answered all my million calls and questions and were so patient and helpful, even searching the system for diamonds for me and sending links. They even told me that the 1st diamond I picked had high florescence and so wont be the quality I want...it wasnt to up sell as they found me a diamond cheaper and better quality!!! They also educated me on diamond colour and clarity... I feel like an expert now Haha.
3) my ring arrived on time and was packed beautifully with a nice wooden box, not those cardboard types.
4) the ring is as pictured online, if not better and it's so sparkly and fits perfect!

This ring from a high street jewellers would cost double, and I'm only talking regarding the design, for the diamond quality it would be more!

I can not recommend this company enough! I have a stunning GIA certified diamond ring in a unique design and I'm so in love with it. Dont let the fact they are online put you off. Get more for your money!

Working with 77 Diamonds on the stressful purchase of buying a engagement ring was made super easy by their helpful and knowledgeable staff! I worked with one of their representatives through email and over the phone to complete the purchase. Them guiding me every step of the way into making the best purchase possible for my budget. I was traveling to London for work and was able to get everything ready prior to visit and then I collected at their London show room. Staff was very helpful and I can't thank them enough for their help and support. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a custom buy at a great price!

Although we have no questions about the quality of the ring and diamonds, we've had not the best experience at their office in London where we came to get a free resize. People couldn't get the right size ring and didn't help with the right choice, basically saying "it's up to you which size to pick up". And in the end, the ring is still very loose.

A Fantastic Experience. I designed my Fiancé’s ring in outline and decided , after considerable research to task 77 Diamonds to refine my ideas and produce the ring. I couldn’t have a better choice. I met Anna, Head of Bespoke, and over the next few weeks my sketches were turned into professional drawings until we ended with CAD images of the final design. Then into production with 3 Grade D, excellent cut flawless diamonds , which I chose.

The end result was a ring of breathtaking beauty and one very very happy lady who wears it now !

We chose a solitaire and Chloe explained in detail all the characteristics and features of diamonds. The ring is beautiful and the price very competitive. Also, the service is excellent. They answered promptly to any request and the ring arrived few days before than expected.

Chloe, Anna, and the rest of the team at 77 Diamonds are gems! We were able to custom design our engagement ring (they put together CAD drawings and worked with us until they were perfect), they found the perfect diamonds, and we ended up with something really special. Thanks again!

All I can say is brilliant, just brilliant. From my initial email with a simple query to purchasing my now Fianceé's beautful engagement ring the experience in total has been great, customer service is second to none. High quality diamonds and craftsmanship to cater for every taste and budget. We initially found a ring locally with a diamond of lesser quality on the high street, with 77Diamonds however, we got a bigger diamond with superior quality for a LOT cheaper. We also had to get our ring resized which was an easy process considering we live in Ireland.
