Customer service is non existent, I’ve sent back cigars over two months ago (tracking shows delivery complete) zero refund and deleted my purchase history. Still trying to get a hold of them with no success.
Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Bought cigars in July 2021 and to date they haven't arrived yet. They mixed the countries up and when I have emailed them they do not want to respond to my emails.

Scammed me out of $160. I sent payment via BTC. It has left my account and 100% with them. Even after 10 days they tell me they have not received even though on their website my ordered has been processed as fund received.

Awful customer service and they do not reply. The phone number goes to voice mail.

I ordered my cigars over a month ago and they still have not arrived. I have called and left emails a few times with no reply or assistance. I will be reconsidering ordering from this company again. Also, since they ship worldwide maybe they should have an idea of the customs fees customers will be charged. This was not worth my time!!!

First it’s not the best price for cigars but stuck with them because they ship internationally (Now many others do) - their service is horrible (nonexistent) they do not respond to calls emails or on IG ! Will not purchase from them again .

I have placed several orders with Absolute Cigars over the past year or so and am constantly amazed at their service . From the moment I place an order it is processed , packed and shipped almost immediately .A tracking number is supplied and the cigars have arrived in perfect condition every time . Sometimes with a special bonus of which I really appreciate. Courteous service , great pricing and a fantastic range of quality cigars and accessories . From my experience with Absolute cigars I doubt any other business could match their service , it's simply unbeatable .

I have been a regular customer of Absolute Cigars for at least 3 years now and have probably had in excess of 20 orders from them. I live in Canada where cigar prices are ridiculous at $40 to $70 a stick for a decent cigar (typically Cuban). Prices through Absolute are typically $6 to $9 a stick for a good quality cigar (90 to 94 ratings). I have tried a lot, and the free samplers give me some variety to try on subsequent orders and are much appreciated. I email Mike, I get a reply within a day or two, they get shipped a day or two after that, and they arrive at my office a week or two later. Never had an issue. I remain a loyal and happy customer.

I have called numerous times during the month, with no answer. How is this even possible?

Finally, I sent an email via their contact screen and as of this review no response.

This makes me suspect this is not a legitimate store. I am hesitant to place an online order and provide any credit card information to an establishment that does not respond through normal channels.

So Buyer Beware

Paid for some cigars on 3rd December 2018..while browsing the site discovered they weren’t dispatched until the 12th December which concerned me as no one contacted me to tell me.
From the comments above these people are obviously drop shopping product (taking orders collecting the money financing their business).
Its the 21st Jan 2019 still no delivery of the product i paid for on the 3rd December..this is not acceptable.
Obviously this company has big issues

As an International customer I cannot recommend the guys at Absolute Cigars enough.Great communication,fast delivery across the Atlantic and well packaged sticks that always arrive in perfect condition.They have become and will remain,one of my go-to cigars retailers,and I really cannot praise them highly enough.

I live in Canada so the prices on cigars can be double to triple of that from the USA. It was difficult finding a store in the US that would ship to Canada and if I did find one, they would charge a very high price for shipping until i found Absolute Cigars.
Absolute has a great selection of cigars all reasonably priced but the kicker is they charge a very reasonable shipping rate to Canada and guarantee delivery. My orders take on average 5 business days to get to me which is fantastic compared to a place I tried once that took 22 business days to get me my order.
Absolute will add in a free cigar in your order for you to try, which in its own right is great but you can even ask them for a certain stick to try and they will send it to you. I cannot say enough about Absolute Cigars but I hope they plan to stick around for many more years...They smoke the competition..." Pun intended "

The choice of premium cigars is hard to beat and the prices are jaw-droppingly good. Their guaranteed delivery makes for a worry free experience. Since l began ordering from them l have gone from 1 humidor to 4, which are stocked with cigars which friends envy. I have recommended them on social media and have been thanked for doing so from smokers in the U.K and only today l recieved thanks from Italy. 2017 marks my 14th year as a loyal Absolute Cigars customer. I tried a couple of other vendors before choosing Absolute as sole source and have never been disappointed or overcharged. Quality is always as it should be (cheap bundles will be nothing more than cheap cigars) and Premiums are always top notch. I see some complaints about Customer Service but since I have never had anything but positive experience with Mike and company, I wouldn't pay much attention to the negatives. Certainly there are vendors who offer the same products for slightly less BUT you are going to wait months for your order, since they don't stock much of anything.
