Do not buy from this company, absolute rip off and they also with-hold genuine product reviews. We installed a hot water boiler only 8 weeks ago & the product blew up yesterday. No replacement or engineer cover, parts only. Thankfully we saw it happen or it could have resulted in a serious fire
The item is clearly faulty and dangerous; absolutely not fit for purpose & should be replaced or refunded! Adexa are are joke, will certainly not be buying anything from them again or recommending any of their products....our first & last experience!

Sold me a faulty product and would not exchange it. Accused me of lying. Customer service very poorly trained. Initially sent me the wrong order. All round poor experience and will not be using them again.

I have bought a dishwashing machine that never worked, then they asked me to send a report to see the problem, So we had to pay a company to see the problem of the dishwasher, then they started saying that the report was not clear when it was saying exactly what the problem is, after 7 months, we have to pay a second contractor to have a look at the washing machine, and the second contractor saying the same problem PCB board issue as the first call out.
Adexa accepted the second report, and now they are requesting a picture of the PCB board, it just does not make any sense they are just losing time for the warranty to finish.
I would never recommended after 10 months they did not find any solution and the dishwasher never worked,

Absolutely appalling company , they list items on there website to make them look new then at the top of the page a tiny tiny star says they are grade B which you wouldn’t have a clue about as it isn’t in the description. When my item turned up it was absolutely disgusting packaging where it’s been re packaged . The item don’t work at all , I have tried phoning , emails was blocked , I have sent and received around 30 emails now and still getting no where after it’s being faulty when it was delivered, adexa keep coming out with rubbish about send this pic send this video etc and every time I do as proof they keep fobbing me off asking to try a different video etc . Absolutely avoid this dodgy company .

We ordered a free standing double fryer on 04/05/22. We needed it urgently so paid £31.98 for next day delivery. The order did not arrive and somehow went from Dudley past our location in Cannock and ended up in Bournemouth. We were assured we would receive it the very next day. The next day came and we had an email to say our order had been delivered but it had not. The fryer had been delivered to a different business that is not affiliated with us. We had to then collect the fryer ourselves. After this we plugged it in and immediately the fryer was faulty. The heating element did not stay on so we video recorded the faulty operation and sent to adexa and requested a refund. We were told to repackage item and send them pictures of it which we did. I have now had to purchase another fryer elsewhere which cost another £800 and adexa have just emailed us saying the they have inspected the item and yes it’s faulty but it’s been poorly maintained and not properly cleaned which it most certainly was and was only connected in our kitchen for about 30 minutes. They seem to think that because of this it can only be sold as a B grade item despite the fact that it’s faulty. So because of this are refusing to refund our money. We have been offered a coupon or a refund minus 25%. I will be seeking legal action and will also be requesting our bank take action. Please read these reviews and do not use this company as there are so many similar stories on here. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY AND WILL SEND ANY RUBBISH OUT THEN CHARGE YOU FOR THE HASSLE.

Terrible customer service - do not recommend - Avoid like the plague!!!!

We ordered a few items from them over the last few months - and no doubt would be ordering more from you as the business grows.

We reported an issue with the 2 freezers that we received from them just outside the 14-day window - stating that they are faulty as they are not keeping temperature. I Had sent in evidence that showed that this had been happening since we had received them.

The Support I was receiving from them was fine until the last email I received that stated I had to remove the top of the freezer and basically play with the wiring to the freezer.

Today I called up their support team and explained that I was not comfortable doing this as I am not a qualified electrician, and if I was to do something wrong and break the freezers I would not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. I said that the freezers are faulty and that I need replacements. to which the representative said in not so many words - tough - we've told you what to do so I'm not sure what the problem is here. if you don't want to do it then you have to pay for an engineer's report. I then asked to speak to a manager and was told that there was no manager working - which clearly was not the case. the agent became very condescending and rude to me on the phone - which as a customer I then matched his level.

Up until now, I had had very positive interactions with the company - however now I am left with a sour taste in my mouth... I currently have 2 items from them that are faulty and not working correctly - and no way to resolve the issue.

If that is how they like to deal with their customers - then I am surprised that they are still in business.

I am joining the DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY group. Item (drinks water boiler) was faulty on delivery but because it was installed 21 days after ordering it was apparently my fault. If I wanted them to do anything I would have to employ and engineer to get a report to send to them, at a cost of £100 plus. They would then (possibly) send a replacement part that I would have to have fitted at my cost! The unit was faulty on delivery, the original cost was £190 and I have to spend more than that to get it repaired. Outrageous, they should be shut down.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Through their own incompetence they could not deliver the goods I paid for. Then had the nerve to charge me £24 to re-deliver.thw customer service team are not helpful at all.
Will never use them again.

If you order anything from Adexa Direct, you better hope that it is in working order when you receive it or that you don't need to get a warranty repair. The customer service is designed to make the refund or exchange as difficult as possible and they have to be chased up each step of the way. No response to emails or phone calls. Web chat usually provides a (not very helpful or supportive) response. You will need to send a video of the item not working then chase them to look at it then chase them for a returns number then chase them for a pick up date for the return. It then took 3 weeks before they could confirm receipt of the item to their warehouse, even though my customer account showed it had been received after 3 days. Then was told I would have my refund in two weeks. Just don't do it, save yourself a world of aggravation.

Very poor customer service. Charly, in particular is awful. Sold me a damage product, then took over 2 weeks to agree to a return for a refund and later refused to collect it informing me that I should return it at my own cost. Deliberately misled and messed around for weeks. I had to eventually contact my bank to raise a chargeback request.

Wish I’d read reviews before purchasing a fridge. Terrible customer service, very damaged fridge delivered causing huge frustrations but they do not care . AVOID this company!!!!

Placed 22/04/21

Email 26/4 advising there will be a delay

Replied 27/4 asking for an update

Email 28/4 "Due to the volume of the orders, we are a little behind and these will be with you early next week."

Relied 30/4 showing damage to boxes received.

Email 30/4 "Please let me know if there are any issues with the product and I will check with the warehouse."

Replied 6/5 asking for an update

Email 6/5 "They will be with you early next week via DHL"

Replied 12/5 "Still waiting"

Email 13/5 "Everything has shipped except the Wall mounted Hand Sink Wall mounted faucet Stainless steel | Adexa HS12 Which will arrive with you Monday or Tuesday"


This is the customer service you receive from Adexa.

"Hi and kind regards go before and after their emails", that's it. No apology, no updates, products arrive in damaged cartons.

My email communications are surprisingly with a director, Kevin O'Donoghue. As you can see he has about as much customer service experience as a brick.

poor service ordered 7 days in advance so we could have it on a certain day for a unique installation and close up the entrance after delivery still paid next day delivery to insure we had it today, no show, no contact, no answered emails, no answered phone calls, nothing and to top it off when we ordered last Tuesday we asked if there was any discounts available for corvid relief / Easter holidays ect , told no nothing, then after placing our order 36 hours later we get a email saying enter Easter 10 for 10% off everything now we will have to pay to have the doors put back on then taken off again if i
