First, let's start by stating that I'm a Diamond-level customer. Their dispute program leans more towards the seller, you have to proof proof and proof that you are right before they refund your money. I just have an incident where I ordered an item ($100) on the 1st of the month and contacted the seller on the 6th and on the 7th he created a shipping level (old trick) to avoid being penalized by Aliexpress. On the 15 the item hadn't arrived at logistics so i contacted seller and he agree to refund but he ask for me to open a dispute. I did and even with proof (images) from the chat, AliExpress judgment was for me to wait 60 days more. THE ITEM Never shipped it was a fake label created by the seller to avoid being penalized. So I contacted PayPal..... Recommendation use PayPal they will make judgments based on proof like chats...do not use debit cards...oh and I'm Diamond Level....JAJAJA As soon as I get my other orders in I'm deactivating my account... And please before ordering check reviews based on experience and avoid any seller with 94% or less....Numbers are inflated

I ordered something from Aliexpress on March 21. It is now May 29 and it has not arrived. They took my money immediately, but no package to me. Their tracking system says it is in a "sorting center". It has been in the "sorting center" for over 2 months. It is obvious that this organization takes your money and then promises you that they will deliver at some point in the future until you finally give up. This place is nothing but organized theft. Stay away from them if you value your money.

From using Aliexpresss for over 2 years now i haven't encountered any problems. The online store is wonderful. If by any chance your product doesn't get to you, they give you your money back guaranteed

Low prices and too much propaganda are all traps ! then you discover greedy sellers that refuse to return your money, you will suffer until reaching customer care and convince them that the apparel is not working and not you are incapable of configuring it (that what's the seller will allege to waste time) ! lost 200 USD in electronics, but I am fine now as there is no dispute stress. 3 disputes in 5 buys, funny that few dollars buy works but expensive buys of electronics are big headache !

I ordered the boots with silver color on it (describe online) the seller Misalwa factory store send me the boots with gold color on it.the seller provided me return label for the item weight 13oz. and the boots weight more than 2 pounds that post office did not accept it. I keep contact the seller and the Aliexpress for almost everyday. finally they both not respond and they team up to give me no refund.

It has been six months since the site states that a refund is in progress. Yet, I have not received a refund and no customer service to reach. I find AliExpress to be a very dangerous site to shop on. I gave them 1 star as there is nothing lower than that. I would never buy anything from them and I would never advise anybody to shop there based on my experience. Beware, unless you're looking for a headache!

SCAMMED! I did not receive my item from Ali Express/Sunrise Warm Store! Ali Express is absolutely insane to deal with. Even getting to chat or email is incredibly difficult. When you do get in contact, they are not helpful at all. Multiple times, the chat representatives would say "You'll definitely get your money back", then the dispute result would come back saying "The item was delivered. You will not get your money back". I will never purchase from Ali Express again.

Many of my items have not arrived and one seller is refusing to refund me "ruida cycling store" stay away from them they say it's usps fault and have many reviews of never delivering. AliExpress has zero customer service just a blank page shows up or a bot that does nothing

So I have tried many suppliers on Aliexpress and have had the worst experience. Firstly, most of the products on there are junk. I literally threw out several products when they arrived because it was such low quality. Another big issue is that many suppliers tell you they ship from a USA warehouse but in fact when you order they ship from China like usual with a month or more wait for delivery. When you inquire about this they lie or give you fake tracking numbers. 7 our of 10 do this I'd estimate. I lost a lot of money, time, and hurt my selling reputation trying to deal with these sellers.

5 orders 3 disputes, 2 orders are electronics (doorbell and endoscope cameras) beside smartphone apps not working (see user reviews on app stores) , wifi network are open to anyone ! and seller will tell you that you are not configuring the app correctly ! one order was boot which had 20-35 days delivery and after payment seller asked for 30-60 days ! as I refused and disputed the seller my order was delivered in other state, hundred miles away !!!!!!!

I purchased something from NA style a vendor of ali express it was not as described so I contacted the seller and we agreed i would send it back for a full refund..i kept my word and returned the product I sent receipts of the return along with pictures and the the vendor id still giving me the run around its been two months now.

I ordered 100 protective goggles so that I can donate them to local hospital. The order was made on Apr 3 but I still haven't gotten them yet as of May 10. To make it worse they don't even know where the package is. Their record shows a part or full of the package is returning to seller???. Yet Aliexpress is asking me to wait until Jun 15 ( more than 70 days???) without assuring it will arrive. Are you serious? Aliexpress already created so much problem for my plan. They should refund and compensate for my loss of time. I CAN'T even move on because of this stupid limbo situation.

I purchased some masks on Mar 19,2020.and paid C$ 461.48. On Mar 16, C$65.97 for some hand sanitizer . But no delivery till now . no refund. Ali express is asking " just wait for 10 days. after that wait another 8 days." all must be delivered within 26 days because they charged me extra delivery fee ; ePacket and Aliexpress standard shipping.

Worst Online Shopping Company. That's the reason they don't use PayPal. Second, the customer service is horrible. Anything goes wrong. There are totally NO chance to get your money back! or exchange! Items didn't deliver. Contact customer service and they provide me prove of delivery with unknow recipient and diffent address(85miles away) but they just don't bother to go further investigation and close the case! Due to the items only £70 which means I'm covered by the Section 75 credit card laws

It was a great website few years ago. I bought many good things there. But now it creates a lot of problems with payments. It's very stupid when you bought something a moment ago, and not able to buy another thing using the same card. Support tells me that this is the bank decline payments, but the bank tells that it is their site does not accept payments. Due to this reason I'm using other websites at the moment.

I would strongly advise people to avoid Aliexpress you get poor quality products which are not fit for purpose and they have a very poor customer service they will only refund you 45% of your purchase price which is a joke when you received a poor quality product that you can't use so you lose 55% of your purchase price and end up with a substandard part you can't use strongly recommend not using them

I've used Aliexpress about five times. Most of the items were the same as on the picture, yet, one of them (a charger) was of a different color. I also hate the fact that you never know when the parcel will arrive - in two weeks or in two months. I'm not sure it's their issue, but I prefer to know more-less when to expect the delivery.

After waiting months for my order and eventually opening a dispute, my dispute was denied because according to them "I did receive my item". My appeal was denied and no refund. I have phoned all my local post offices and this parcel was nowhere to be found. This was my first time ordering from AliExpress and I so regret ever doing it. I will NEVER EVER buy from their site again. They have much to learn from sites as Wish and Banggood with regards to customer care and protection. Shame on you for stealing my money!

After all of the orders I've made with Aliexpress Adult Sexy Club had been by far the worst not to mention most expensive. Seller lies repetitively and processes orders despite being asked to cancel well before the item is shipped.

I ordered from 2 different sellers. Both shops estimated that my order would arrive in 12-22 days. I'm assuming that's business days. I'm okay with that. I ordered on May 5th; it's now June 5th and both orders have not even left China yet. I'd rather pay an extra few dollars for faster shipping. I don't expect to get my orders until July, if ever. I will never order from AliExpress or any sellers that are drop shipping from China for that matter.
