Misrepresents what you're being charged for; excessive charges for the small amount of packing materials they used; tells you their people are experienced and fast but sends inexperienced, very slow people; argues with you on the phone; charged labor while the sit in truck driving, drive time, and gas charges totalling about $300 for an hour, military discount is barely noticed through the ridiculous charges. DON'T USE THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE!!!

I was Extremely Disappointed with this company moving consultant Madeline Carpenter! After entering my beautiful home" Madeline informs me all quotes are started upstairs." I responded what difference does it make, I need a quote for every room? "Madeline states this company just moved Cardi B into her mansion!" I firmly told her I'm not a fan and don't reference me to another black person, simply because I'm black! "Madeline states inside my home is larger than it looks outside!" I respond, never judge a book by its cover! Madeline shows me my moving quote. I informed this unprofessional individual, that I will let her know if I want to move forward with this company. Madeline then responds," be honest if you're not going to choose our company; there's no need for me to email it!" I quickly showed this ignorant girl the door! I spoke with Mr. Jermaine Watts the Operation Manager about this employees behavior. Mr. Watts was Professional, Proficient, Caring and Extremely Apologetic for Madeline Carpenter Nasty Disposition! All My Sons Moving & Storage company lost me as a potential client and many others thanks to Madeline Carpenter horrible energy, biased, rude disposition and un-professionalism! Her next assignment should be The Golden Rule!!!

August 2019 We called Tucson "All My Sons" for a 250 mile move.
They under estimated load size but was guaranteed to fit (IT DID NOT). Needed a second 25ft. Truck for remainder of our goods. (Bar B Q Grill, Smoker, Dinner set, Swing, Tools, Fridge Dollie, Jack, Bedframe & Saw.)
Which was in transit ( SO WE WERE TOLD) Driver showed up few weeks later with Someone else's goods. We were told to file a claim w/ Receipts & attach pictures (seriously) this was years of goods passed down from family & gifts we cherished from family. " NO RECEIPTS AVAILABLE
ALL MY SONS."

BTW: 2ND DELIVERY DRIVER TELLS US AND I QUOTE " I remember seeing your stuff in our warehouse"

So keep doing shady business with your clients!

Several years ago had All My Sons do a move from Dallas to Houston. Their packers stole over $10,000 of my wife's jewelry that were set aside in a "do not move" pile. AMS refused responsibility and made me sign a release before they would unpack our goods. We spent over $8000 with them and they were unhelpful.
We had to file a police report. Three of the packers had criminal convictions and one had a felony conviction according to the police. Didn't get all of the jewelry back though we made multiple trips to Dallas to go to Pawn shops that the police had identified. Check out their hundreds of 1 star ratings on YELP and other sites before you work with them. Also don't trust BBB ratings. The company will post a happy response to a complaint but not follow up.

For the third year in a row All my sons moving and storage Franklin park has transported shoe box gifts for Operation Christmas child. They send out a team each year in a timely fashion move the gifts efficiently to the next destination with any cost. Thank you once again Franklin park branch, esp Lawerence who worked so hard yesterday.

I moved from a flat apartment to a townhouse on May 15, 2020. My experience was awesome!! Brandon was at my apartment promptly and professional. They were extremely professional and friendly. Not for one minute did they make me feel uncomfortable. The moved at a steady pace and did not lag around. I would highly recommend All My Sons to anyone planning a move.

I used All My Sons Moving on May 8th, 2020. My boyfriend & I received a call at 8:15AM that they would arrive at our apartment in 30-45 minutes. They arrived & they were fast at moving everything out..but they were unprofessional & didn't stay focused. Travis & his coworker just wanted to talk about their multiple wives & how often they drink. I am all for talking to your customers, but this is not the way that I want to be talked to. I ultimately hired them to move my belongings. The moving process didn't take too long (especially since we were moving out of 2 different apartments). All together, it probably took 2 1/2 hours.

HOWEVER - I did find out that one of the movers was LATE and ON TOP OF IT, HE PUT A HOLE IN MY NEW WALL!!!! They keep telling me that "someone will come out to fix it", yet it has almost been 3 WEEKS AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED!! Their excuse is "Carlos is a private contractor & he's set back with COVID-19. He will eventually reach out to you". There was NO responsibility taken (I spoke to a two guys - one was named Matt - & Jessica) and no one has reached out to me - I have had to call them 3 times. They did not give me a time frame of when to expect it to be fixed. I am beyond frustrated at the lack of professionalism & the fact that I am more than likely going to have to fix a big ass hole in my wall. I wish I would have used the first moving company that I hired - I would have rather paid the extra $250 than deal with this crap.

I'm not one to go out of my way to bash a company, but for the disaster All My Sons Moving & Storage caused my family & I yesterday, I feel it is extremely important to share my experience to ensure not another family goes through the unprofessionalism that I had.

In short, I had a move scheduled for Friday, May 22nd. 1 bedroom-- few things, easy peasy! I was awake at 6am ready to go, patiently awaiting the arrival of 2 men. The entire day passed by, and still no word from anybody. At 1:30, 3:50, and then again at 5:30, my boyfriend reached out and spoke with Patrick Swegle, who informed us that the 2 guys would not arrive to us in Stamford, CT until 7-8pm. They offered to push our move date to the following day, because their guys that were on a current move were exhausted after being told a short move turned into a days worth. EXCUSE ME-- you think you're doing me a favor by pushing my move back? I committed to you. I trusted in you all to take care of my move on a specific date.

Now here's where my problem lies-- did Patrick nor Sam understand where our frustration was coming from, no. Did they continue to blame us for not being patient, yes. Now, a professional company would have provided better customer service and at a minimum, offered a discount. But here at All My Sons, hands down the MOST unprofessional company I've ever dealt with, nothing. They'd rather lose our entire business than do what is right.

At 7pm, I gave up. I went and rented a Uhaul, and did the job myself. I truly can say I am happy I destroyed my 110lb body in the process, because I would have hated to give this disgusting company my hard earned money.

I am writing this review for the below various reasons:
1) In hopes that this "company" learns that word of mouth is everything. Poor customer service goes a long way.

2) To prevent another family from going such a horrific experience.


Before committing to All My Sons, I of course did my due diligence and spoke with a few competitors. Silly me for going with the cheapest option. I strongly regret not moving forward with Father & Son, because Chris was a gem. I sure did learn my lesson for the future!

We used "All my Sons" at the end of September 27th, 2019. It was the worst experience all around. As this review is long, the most important thing I can stress is to read the contract very carefully on what they pay for damages and negotiate before signing. Read the rest for details:

When I arranged for the move I told the All My Sons agent that I was moving from one house to another. They told the movers that they were moving one room and a basement. I also told them that I would have an extra uhaul to unload from stuff at my parent's house and they never communicated any of this to the movers. Therefore, the two movers that came expected this to be a short job and arrived at 3pm. They were completely surprised by the true size of the move and it took them several hours...not finishing until 9pm. The movers tried speeding up time by not wrapping our furniture properly and due to this our couch was ripped, and our wooden bed frame was scraped. Due to their hastiness in bringing in our furniture they bumped and broke our railing. The most important thing I can stress is to read your contract very thoroughly before signing. We were naive in thinking that if they broke anything they would make up for the damages. They pay ONLY $.60 per pound/per article. Therefore, for all the damage they only wanted to pay us $180. I had several questions about this settlement but when I tried calling my "representative" handling my claim she would not answer the phone or return my calls. It took several weeks to finally "settle" on an amount of $250 which doesn't even cover one piece of furniture they damaged. While this is long...the overall point is do NOT use them and if you do, read the contract VERY carefully and negotiate BEFORE signing.

I had All My Sons Movers move my small two bedroom apartment five miles away to my new home that took less than two hours at the extreme fee of $517 (quoted 300).
They were not very careful with my belongings. A mover came in and nonchalantly said "your wooden file cabinet broke because we forgot to secure it". When they left the did not leave the file cabinet behind so I could take pictures and turn it into the insurance I paid for.
I called customer service and said nothing could be done since I was no longer in possession of the broken furniture. They transferred me to another agent that hung up on me as I was explaining what happened.
PLEASE ALWAYS RESEARCH MOVING COMPANIES. I wish I had.

We’ve moved about 4 times in the past 5 years and I’ve never had a better experience. The 4 guys that came out to my home were respectful, diligent, and most importantly, efficient. Premium service! Thank you Jacksonville Florida for making my move effortless!!

We scheduled for them to come between 8am-10am Sunday to help us move furniture into our 1-bedroom Apartment. Sunday morning they called to say their driver called out and they wouldn't be able to come at the agreed upon time. They finally got 2 movers to our apartment over 7 hours later, with a 26-foot moving truck to move furniture for a 1 bedroom apartment. They packed up the furniture from the first apartment, and then drove to New Haven, where they sat in their truck for over an hour and did nothing because they couldn't find a place to park their 26-foot truck.
After an hour of sitting around doing nothing, they called to tell us that they could do nothing more, we had to pay full price (including the hour of them sitting in their truck), and wouldn't unload our furniture until we paid. They then unloaded our furniture onto the curb, less than a block from our apartment, and drove off.
We called back today to see if they would do anything to reconcile the situation and they would do nothing to help. Their slogan is "Let our Family Move Yours." At no point did we feel like family or that we were treated that way. Do not use this service as they do nothing to problem solve, don't hold up their end of the deal, and still charge full price when they fail.

Angel, Ty, Ra I tipped you 100.00 and you stole 2 of my husband's guns!!!! This is a horrible agency!!! Someone needs to call me back from Corporate! 2.7.2020
2/8/2020-Angel did not show up for work today! Red Flag!! Also my new neighbors have advised me that a portable fireplace was taken from beside a vehicle which was unattended for 30 seconds while the movers were on site!
I will update my review everyday until OUR guns are returned or a remedy such as replacement of guns is provided.
2.9.2020 two fire sticks with remote and google chromecast missing! I was robbed in my face and I was not even aware of what was happening.
