I travel a lot and have dealt with several agents at ASAP Tickets and none of them have disappointed me. Usually, the price I get is below the ones offered by the airlines and still... this is not the main reason why I'm choosing ASAP. I love them for the personalised approach and the ability to take the stress out of my routine travels.

Do NOT trust this company. They are the biggest dissapointment. My flight got cancelled and the airline refunded the money. The problem is they refunded the money to ASAPTickets’ account in APRIL. It has been 5 months and no one replies my calls/emails and I don’t think I will ever get my money from the company. Total scam! After posting reviews online, the company reached out saying that they CANNOT refund the ticket since it was non-refundable. The funny thing is, the airline had already refunded my ticket money back to ASAPTicket bank account and I was confirmed through an email. The fact that they hold on to my money, and tell me that I cannot get it back after 5 months of stalling is nothing but a money-centric and a greedy culture that the company base its values on. Do not trust your money with this company, as they will never care at the end....

Very impressed with my first booking and a great price, I was a bit sceptical at first but Amber the travel agent was so helpful reassuring me and got me the flights that suited my timetable and dates, she was very professional and not at all pushy. It was so easy to make the payment and I had my E-tickets from American Airlines the next day. You can also check your trip on line. Highly recommend the agent Amber Sanders and I will be booking through ASAP again.

Great help across the board and the inclusive in the ticket price - hotel stay for 3 nights was a mega bonus as it is 5 mins from where my event is being held. I have used asap twice this year and will be using them again. Thank you Marge.

I was a little wary at first, but excellent service from Rosie who was extremely patient, not pushy at all, and delivered a quick and cost effective service. Would certainly recommend them to anyone.

ASAP are advertising flights to Ghana for £195, closing date for tickets is 12th december 2018. No where on the web page did it mention these flights are only available in 2019.
I found this totally misleading and dishonest of this web site to advertise in a way which stated flights could be gotten for this price for Dec 2018.

They say they are a member of ABTA yet when I searched on ABTA no search resutls for this company could be found. I suspect they are a bogus company running scams. Beware!!

I bought a return from ASAP in London 16 march to 21st April and alsoITN flight protection which covers refund if flight is cancelled. I had no contact from them via email or text when 21st may my virgin flight was cancelled fro Boston to London. I phoned them- they do not answer the phone now I may have been blocked. They said they would call me back and promised to get me a return flight. They didn't,t call back and I was stuck and confused. I need to get back to uk and they will not give me a return . I have emailed them many times and they just say to contact my ASAP agent. Sometimes my agent is on holiday, or at home on his mobile and I can hear the children in the background. ok it is a virus and I appreciate we work from home but he is not find ing me a flight and he says he needs to talk to his supervisor. I also contact the London office but unless it is because it is a weekend no calls from my Skype are being answered. They were before but I maybe blocked by them now . I just like my return as there are still flights to London form Boston and it is in their policy to get me home.
Also at the very beginning the agent didn't,t even mention about getting an esta visa which I had to apply for at the airport at 5.30 a.m I arrived at 3.30 a.m . I also sent the agent an email asking about visa ..he spoke very fast on the phone and his op up was for a tip which stressed me as I could not see some of the applications on the page concerning my passport information (poss the visa info also as I remember seeing something to the left of the passport which I wanted to go back to to check on but the form completed itself and wasn't,t checked by the agent .

Cost of flights which are 7 months away was £920 BT travel a company used for clearing payments for which we were charged 2% (£18.40) fee without being asked or advised by Asap. Our travel advisor said would get removed but they tried to take payments twice after discussing again including fee. I cancelled flights because Halifax stopped payment as it looked suspect, so was able to stop and have the £18.40 removed.
The flight deal and price was good couldn't get match elsewhere inc. seats meals n baggage.
All I would say is this is an American company this office is in Latvia despite UK 0203 number and 0800 free number , so remember they will charge without saying fees for credit card, which is not ASAP Tickets themselves but the money clearing agent that charges your account. Spent a lot of time on phone to get this settled and wasn't the best of experiences hence 2 stars.A form is sent to you by email to input your card detail which is then passed to agent to debit, so you have no control over what they may charge,
