This company goes by the names of Ascot Hats 4U and Fascinators 4 Weddings. I purchased my fascinator through the Ascot Hats 4U website and, on receipt, it was apparent that it was the wrong shade to go with the dress I planned to wear it with.

I was then confronted with the stringent returns policy operated by Ascot Hats 4U/Fascinators 4 Weddings. Despite fulfilling all the requirements of the returns policy - emailing to confirm the return, printing and completing an A4 returns form and paying £7:50 for the package to be returned by signed for mail - Ascot Hats 4U/Fascinators 4 Weddings consistently failed to confirm receipt of the returned item. Emails and online enquiries were responded to with “please check our returns policy on the website”. Extremely unhelpful.

Tracking information revealed the item was received and signed for by Ascot Hats 4U/Fascinators 4 Weddings on 18th January; however, I had to wait until 3rd February to receive a ‘status update’ from them confirming that I would be refunded.
