Audio Vision Nation is fantastic to work with! I recently produced a skit with them and I'm so glad I chose them. They answered all my questions whenever I needed and the staff was super friendly and a joy to work with. I'm sure to go back and work with them!

So I was scrolling through the web for some technological equipments for my home and work when I stumbled upon here. I found an cameras and tv's at amazing prices. Not only was it affordable, it also fits into my budget. I would strongly recommend this site if you want to purchase some tv's and cameras at amazing prices.

Nicole was very informative and helped take my order over the phone.. we decided to upgrade to LTL freight for the 75" Samsung TV we purchased. It arrived just in time, promised with white glove delivery and still saved over $500 on retail! Highly recommended!

Prior to ordering from Audi ovideo nation, we ordered elsewhere from a different company and waited 2 months to only be disappointed with no delivery. Audio video nation was professional, very prompt on all replies to our emails, and shipment was received very quickly in perfect condition. I will recommend this store to my friends and family!

My father in law recommended this website to me after he ordered his flat panel led. He had a pleasant buying experience so I gave them a chance.

I have been in the market for a new LG OLED for quite some time now. After much research and shopping around I came across Audiovideonation.com. They are not the cheapest price advertised for the tv I was trying to buy although they came out to be the least expensive real actual price. I've literally called 10 different companies and they somehow all end up trying to upsell you or switch models or versions of the tv. Bunch of bull if you ask me with a lot of other sellers but Audiovideonation was different.

They are an honest and upfront seller. You can actually buy something at there advertised price without expecting any bait and switch or any upsell tactics. They did offer me an extended in home tv warranty which I politely declined as my budget hit the max otherwise I probably would've took them up on the offer.

My tv arrived in working order and as per advertised 6 business days after the purchase was made. I will be shopping here from now on for my electronic equipment.

I have recently purchased a Sony XBR75X940D from Audiovideonation at the best price I can find on the net. TV was delivered as described brand new in box with all mfr supplied accessories. I don't normally write reviews although since this was such a large purchase for me, I felt it's only right to show my appreciation. Great service and product.

OK so let me preface this review first by explaining I was looking for a TV that was discontinued (An LG OLED 2016 model) because for 2017 models they stopped including the 3-D feature.

I originally saw on the website that they had an E series 65" LG TV and ordered it online after I was unable to find a New TV in the similar series for an affordable price. After I ordered, I received a call within 24-48 hours that said they no longer had that model but instead had a NEW "Open Box" of the G series (signature series) that they could sell to me beating the lowest price I could find online. I believed this because I checked a dozen places looking for the same TV...

It was slightly more than the E series TV I originally wanted to purchase, but the price was fair and it was a better TV (better sound bar and better remote as well as esthetically better too). We agreed on a price and I was told the TV would have a little use as they needed to run diagnostics on it after it was returned due to a customer cancellation. I was okay with this as well as long as what was sent to me appeared to be of new quality with less than 50 hours of use.

I received a tracking number and was excited when I saw a driver was sent to pick up the TV. A driver was sent three times before the TV was ultimately cancelled by the shipping company. This is when I started to call to see what was up. I spoke to William who was incredibly friendly, he explained that the TV was in the distribution center in NJ and that the customer service office was in Hollywood, FL and that we would speak to them to have the TV sent to me ASAP. A few days went by without change and called again, spoke to William who said that the TV was missing the 3-D glasses and manual, and because of this he'd throw in a wall mount and HDMI cable. I was irritated but appreciated the honesty and after a few more days of calling and him also contacting me, he explained that the distribution center normally does not send out open box units, so he was having the TV sent to Hollywood, FL to him personally and he would then send it out to me. Again, he was very honest and apologized for the delay and sounded frustrated by the experience as well. I gave it a few more days as I know freight shipping can be slow. When I called again (just under three weeks) he said he did receive the TV and he had bad and good news, the bad news was the open box item had damage along the frame of the TV, the good news was that he'd send a NEW (not open box) unit to me for the same price. I was skeptical but saw after a day that the tracking had no longer been cancelled and a day after that the TV was picked up for delivery.

After being picked up it took only a couple days to reach Wisconsin where I promptly made a delivery appointment for the next that was available.

The TV was delivered on the day and within the time frame I requested. The delivery people were professional and the TV that I received was the model agreed upon and was brand new including all accessories and indicated "0" for the number of hours of run time.

William's honesty and communication made the extended wait (a month between when I ordered and when it was delivered) bearable. I got the hard to find TV that I wanted for a price that was better than any comparable TV I could find. I would definitely do business with this company again as no one tried to upsell white glove delivery or told me I needed to pay extra for any accessories or other things. They were honest, apologetic, and friendly and ultimately delivered what was promised (and then some). The delay was the only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars.

hello there, just wanted to share my opinion ... recently dealt with these guys to get the right camera picked out for my wife...i called customer service to get recommendations on what type of camera will be best for her to move up to, and they recommended Canon Rebel. I placed an order for 2 Canon EOS 5 mark III SLR cameras. These guys had the best price online. The reps were very polite both times I called and were very helpful. The cameras arrived yesterday with ups. Everything came in great condition. Excellent seller to use and I can honestly say I will definitely be shopping here again.

I ordered a camera online here and I was worried at first because I've never purchased an electronic device (that cost half a thousand dollars) online before. The camera is a gift, and when I called to confirm that the camera had shipped, I was asked if I was aware that I had purchased a camera without the battery or charger. That would have been a disaster! The customer service rep was amazing and sold me an accessory package for less, gave me an option to purchase extra warranty for less, and even upgraded my entire package to UPS shipping. When Verizon dropped my call in the middle of all this, he even called me back. Bottom line, this is a quality business that clearly cares about the people who purchase from them. If I need any more electronics, I can honestly say that I feel safe, comfortable, and even eager to return to Audiovideonation. Great customer service! Thank you!

After doing much research and shopping comparison on different websites, I ordered a Samsung 75 inch led from audiovideonation. I spoke to many companies along this process and every other company rushed there answers and sounded very unprofessional. I found out audiovideonation's customer service was by far the best in both answering basic questions but also very knowledgeable with the products they sell. I received the shipment earlier than expected, all merchandise ordered was as stated by the rep I spoke with. I will definitely be shopping here again. Thanks!

I purchased a Samsung 75" TV and paid $175 to upgrade the shipping. The order was placed on Aug 24, 2016. Audio Video notified the shipper (Pilot) of the pickup on Sept 6th 7days after paying for the TV. The TV did not get delivered until Sept 16th over 3 weeks later. I paid for a 2 man in house delivery and to allow for unpacking and plugging in the TV. This did not happen. There was 1 guys who was in a big hurry and threatened to take the TV when we said we were not signing for it until we inspected it. I have requested a refund on the upgraded shipping but am being ignored by Audio Video Nation. I would not recommend this company.

My boyfriend is a dj and this year I really wanted to outdo his birthday. I was shopping around for dj equipment to surprise him with some upgraded equipment for his birthday. I liked audio video nation because they are one of few online sites that will call you if you send an email in. I took pics and sent them of my b f's current set up and they helped me pick out some new items for him. He couldn't believe it when I surprised him on his birthday !!!!

The Yamaha receiver I ordered was shown in stock and was to arrive in 5 days but after 8 days and no communication I tried to call customer service. They are hard to get a hold of and slow to respond. They finally explained that the wholesaler didn't actually have the item and it was never sent. (Why they didn't let me know this is disappointing). They then called back and said they found a different supplier that had the item and the would offer priority shipping so I would have in a couple days. They sent me a UPS tracking number that a label had been created (but never shipped)...but after 5 more days it never shipped and they never called or responded to my emails. They offered to reship the item a third time but I opted for a refund. They did (hopefully) refund my money and say they were sorry. I ordered from a trusted Amazon shipper and the item shipped same day. I will not order from them again.
