I ordered 2 axles one for the other they said didn’t pass there qa and sent me another this part doesn’t fit as it was wrong I’ve emailed them 4 times no response don’t use these guys they’re fine good until u want to return something then no answer .....lies no calls no voice mail there response is generic response yes it was out of the 30’days but the first axle I ordered on the site was the right one and you guys redid this order because it didn’t pass your qa and then sent me the wrong axle so whatever I will never use the service again your customer service sucks for everyone reading this use car-parts.com automotix sucks

Bought an engine for a 2003 Honda with low mileage and it has performed well. Bought a low mileage transmission for a Chevy s10 and also has performed well.

I ordered the transmission in there at Feb.05.2020, but I am still waiting to get it. When I check the tracking, it still in transit. Even it isn't delivered until now. during the whole week. It already over the estimate delivery time.
They advertise free shipping, but it is really bad. I won't use it anymore.

I recently recieved used $800 transmission assembly that was damaged prior to unloading. Was told to take pictures of the damage and send in for review. Customer service pretty much told me it is what it is because they do not offer a guarantee on the oil pan cover that was received broken. Will now have to buy a new one to and charge a customer that much additional money due to the poor, unhelpful services offered by Automotix LKQ. This is even before beginning installation. It is unknown if anything else is damaged at this time.

You're tops in my book you did me a great service thank you for caring it's hard to find in today's world i hate that the first rear differential didn't work we need places like yaw to keep the shade tree rolling thank you

Got right part 1st time, a little late because of hurricane but not any fault of company. Will use company again in the future and advise others to do as well.

I was looking for a 2003 Honda Accord speedometer for some reason a 2005 was sent. I’ve been trying to return it. With the time difference and my busy schedule I have to email and no one got back to me. I’m still waiting. It cost around $85 and shipping was about half the cost????

I ordered a " front seat" for a 2007 Dodge Dakota. When it arrived, I received only the passenger side of the front seat. I needed the entire front seat and I thought that is what I ordered. On my order form it does not say passenger side front seat......so I was very disappointed. Also, the description of the condition said very good condition, but it was very dirty and stained. So I was not satisfied with that also.

I sent an email asking for more information on when my order would be delivered 2 days ago and I still haven't gotten a response. I needed to know when to expect it and I still dont know. Very upsetting

Wrong radio was delivered, I ordered one with a CD player, which was listed on the invoice, however I received one without a CD player. Currently I'm waiting on the return shipping label.

The folks I talked to were friendly and helpful

Received Turbo within two days works perfect. Can't be praised enough very good definitely most definitely will buy from again. Don't understand the bad reviews five stars here

I purchased a "remanufactured" engine control module for my 2008 outlander. The part was a used part that could not be programmed by the dealer so it could not be used. I sent email to automotive because they don't list a customer service number. If they send me a pre paid shipping label I'll return the part. I have contacted my credit card company and put a stop on the payment. Selling parts that can not be used is very unprofessional.

I ordered a transmission for my daughter's car that supposedly only had 72000 on it. It comes in and my mechanic installs it and calls me and says it slams when it goes into gear and shifts hard. I pick it up and it slams when going from park to drive but only shifts hard at high RPMs so my daughter uses it for work and it slowly gets worse and worse till it won't even let the car start. We have it towed to a shop and they put it on for diagnostic and say the transmission is junk. We call automotix and it takes over 3 days to hear back and get a form emailed to us and fill it out and send back once at the shop. Sent it in and heard nothing for almost 2 weeks. I emailed them last night about it and today I get an email back saying they will not cover it cause it had 1400 miles on it. Well the warranty is for 12000 miles. I played 850.00 for a junk trans and 300 for install 50 for diagnostic and 200 for the tow. To be told they are voiding my warranty. I will be contacting a lawyer the first of the week. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever had to deal with. I would not suggest anyone ever buy anything from this bunch of thieves. If you see a good rating anywhere about them it is cause they rated themselves. I think they are nothing but a huge scam and should be shut down. I will be contacting the BBB as well as a lawyer next week.

EMAILED COMPANY TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE AND GOT NO RESPONSE AFTER 2 WEEKS SO LOOKED AT THE AD AND IT SAYS 1986 ACCORD DRIVERS SIDE REAR VENT WINDOW WITH A PICTURE OF A NEWER 2 DOOR WITH THE BACK WINDOW CIRCLED AND ALSO STATED NOT ACTUAL PICTURE. I THINK MAYBE CANT GET A 2 DOOR 86 PIC SO I ORDER AND GET A 1986 ACCORD 4 DOOR REAR NON-VENT 1/4 WINDOW (SMALL). I COMPLAIN ON DEAF EARS AND SAY THEY MENTION NOTHING OF A 4 DOOR CAR IN THE AD AND WANT TO GET RIGHT PART OR REFUND TO THE CARD. THEY THEN SAY 20% RESTOCK FEE AND AD MY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND I AM LOSING-BEST FOR THIS COMPANY IS TO SEND PART OR FULL REFUND W-OUT SHIPPING BACK OLD PART-AUTOMOTIX.COM IS FRAUDULENT IN THE ADS AND LIE. THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY AND THINK THAT NOTHING CAN HAPPEN TO THEM--

Bought a windshield visor, took 10 days to ship, when it got here it was suppose to be tan but was grey. Called them and they don't guarantee color. So basically if you order black, you could get any color and they tell you to pack sand. Also, it looked like it was removed with greasy hands because it had grease all over it and was filthy. Horrible, dishonest company, do not buy from them! You will be throwing money in the garbage.

Not good I received a broken transmission and b4 getting a replacement I was charged $600 by the shop where my car been fixed due to holding up their lift bcos they couldn’t get the car off due to car been on the lift waiting for the new transmission to come
It toked another week for a replacement transmission without any compensation
