I ordered place mats from this company. They have two sizes listed, small and large. There are dimensions listed, but I assumed large would fit a standard plate. When they arrived they were too small for even a small plate to fit. The plate went over the edge of the mat. I contacted the company for support to either remake them in a usable size or issue a refund. They were unwilling to do either. They offered me $10 for my $170 order. This is a real buyer beware company. Do not order from this company!!

I order a beach towel and a flak with a personalized photo. The items were expensive but I wanted my husbands "boys trip" to be fun and festive with these two personalized items stowed away in his suitcase. The photo on the flask was faded out and hard to see, nothing at all like the image they showed when ordering the item. The beach towel had the opposite problem, it was way too dark and there were white splotches showing through. Very disappointed, neither item will be going on the trip.

Before you pay your order check the TOTAL amount FIRST....When I placed my order it wasn’t show the additional remote delivery which is way too much. I cancelled my order just few minutes after I saw the total amount I paid. According to their policy you can cancel your order with in 30 minutes after you place your order. But they obviously ignore my cancellation they get my money and still send the items. costumer service not very helpful.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY I ordered these Photo blocks for Father’s Day Presents! I Paid extra for the fast postage (next day). There online system said the item were in stock . They took my payments. They emailed me saying they were out of stock. I replied straight away and no reply. I emailed them several Times and they ignored me. They put my order on hold . There was no way to change the order online . 4 days later they replied! I Paid extra for them to reorder my purchase, they promised the order would be with me yesterday or today . Nothing! I could of purchased the same items at a Tesco photo service for half the price! STAY AWAY! There scammers! There customer service is rubbish!

Customer service was terrible. I placed an order and it was a larger item and they got back right away. When I went to purchase a smaller item, there was a glitch in the basket and I was overcharged for an item. I addressed it immediately in several weeks went by without a response or after I had reached out numerous times. I finally got a reply and they said they would look into it it has now been another two weeks and my credit card was charged and no response. I won’t order again!

I had a canvas made of a wedding photo, taken by a professional photographer. I added text via Bags of Love’s platform on their website. The finished product was so dark, you can barely make out the image. The drop shadow on the text almost non-existent, making the text not legible beyond six feet The finished product looks NOTHING like the image I edited on their website. When brought to Bags of Love’s attention, this was their reply: I have forwarded the image and the concern to the production team for a review and received an update from them. “They have informed me that the design supplied was dark therefore the printed result is dark.” No offer to correct the problem, just an offer for me to re-purchase the same canvas at a 30% discount. Why on earth would I pay again (70%) for another canvas I can’t hang?! Anniversary present fail.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I placed an order with screenshots that show it will be completed and dispatched within 24 hours. I even spoke with somebody via their chat and paid £8 to ensure next day delivery. The item has not arrived, it hasn't even been completed, and they refuse to provide an ETA Photobox are way more reliable, I just wanted to use an independent company, this has really backfires. Their service is terrible. Chats do not get answered unless it's regarding a sale not yet placed. Email responses provide no information.

I complained about the poor quality of a some prints. The resolution had been signifcantly reduced and I was sent very low res grainy prints. Several emails backwards & forwards. They agreed to refund my order if I returned the prints to them, which I have done. (Note they offered this as well asking me to delete my other negative feedback). I have still not had the refund and they are not answering emails.

well after ordering a photo print vest i looked on their website again for something else to buy as such good service is not the norm, and i wanted to make a repeat purchase. again i was very pleased with the handholding and assurances i got and they delivered again! quick and smile inducing result! well done and thanks, i won't supply pics as both purchases are photo gifts and i don't want my granddaughter's on here but believe me when i say they did great 2 thumbs up ????

The actually pieces on the puzzle were great quality but the image was terrible, blurry, I'm a graphic designer and uploaded a beautiful high resolution image and the puzzle image was not acceptable and all I got was a runaround from the company.

Do not get anything printed at this site! I had zippo lighter printed for my brother's birthday. The printing was terrible quality, had an awful blue outline around the image and looked like a 5 year old had done it. It cost £50 and they said they wouldn't refund it and would give me a £5 voucher to spend in the store. Needless to say I would have no use for that as I wouldn't dream of ever having anything printed here again.

The image is badly aligned missing (not half a cm) but 3 cm towards the the top of the image. The width of the curtain is longer at the bottom, until it gets to the middle and width becomes smaller and smaller eradicating the image and the alignment ignoring the image completely. the vertical lines do not marry up and extremely far apart. The hemming is missing and fraid in places. It's too embarrassing to put up. I paid £89.00 for it. I paid for another curtain so they could be seen together. Without the reprint it makes no sense. I have been robbed a £150.00 as these curtains can not be used in the event I have planned. I have sent pictures and I am being ignored. The company is quick to take money but not quick in resolving problems. Most companies would be apologetic and do a reprint straight away. But not these guys. 4 days of silent treatment I need the reprint curtain by the 3rd of August 2020. Why can't they own up to their mistake and rectify. If I ordered this in a shop face to face I would refuse to pay for this substandard product, I doubt that the shop would show me such a mess. They shouldn't have sent me out that fudged product. Apparently it had been quality checked? LOL. (I never use lol but its appropiate here) Their phone lines are also dead. Using covid-19 as an excuse for bad customer service. If you want to be robbed and left with a poo on your bed go with these guys.

The masks adult size medium that we ordered don’t even fit my 11 year old son. The personalized images on the masks are very bad quality. For 60 dollars not what we expected. Theyre unwearable garbage and no exchange or refund is proposed.

I cant even begin to tell you how much this photo pillow case meant, my friend is terminally ill and I cant see him at the moment because of lock down and its breaking my heart so I wanted to do something nice for him that was full of his friends , family and animals and you made this possible! Blankets ordered were gorgeous, colours vibrant, quality very good, my husband died this year and the rose was planted in memory of him, they arrived within four days, ordered for Xmas presents, everyone who has seen them thinks they're lovely and asked where I got them.

I ordered a personalized China cup. I was pleasantly surprised by its quality. I did not look like a sticker was placed, but rather a lovely little cup with a design. It was packaged well and very quickly produced. I ordered ten more just like it for gifts.
