Beach Audio

I have ordered from Beach Audio twice in the last 2 weeks and both times the product was exactly as shown on the website. I needed overnight delivery and the second order was placed after 2:30 pdt yet I still received the product the next day. I have been completely happy with my transactions with Beach Audio. I have called and been able to speak to a representative and he was courteous and helpful. I can recommend this company with no reservations. I have never had to return anything I purchased from Beach Audio.

My boyfriend bought me a video game for Christmas and they jacked the price on it at last minute. Well I ended up getting two of the same game for Christmas and when I went to return it we did not get a full refund. He thought he bought through Walmart and turns out it was third party person. We had to pay the shipping back plus a restocking fee! We ended losing $20! It was the worst experience ever! I called Walmart corporate and they could not do anything but say I should not have paid shipping and get a full refund. Then after everything was said and done they told me to read the return policy and hung up on me! I am so done! What a rip off! I will never ever order from this company again!

i orderd a Cobra 29lxle 50th Anniversary Limited Edition 40-channel Cb Radio and it shipped the next day so i would highly recommend that you shop a beach audio i also received my package 2 days early very excellent company

I purchased a set of speaker stands , which i didn't receive no hrdware and missing parts , and the stuff i got was chipped , when i contacted beach audio , i was given the run around ,then was promised that a new item would be shipped out the same day , that was the last time i talked to them , did not receive a email with a confrontation that the new stands was sent , customers service sucks , not a good company to do business with , waist of time and money , money gone !

Beach Audio shipped my order immediately and I had it in two days. I was extremely surprised I received it so soon....and the order was accurate too!! Thanks Beach Audio for superb service!

I love the scanner,and the service what great.I ordered the scanner and it literally came the next day.Awesome company!!

Ordered 75' hoses, received 50' hoses. Perhaps the unusually low price was bait? Beach sent email with instructions to return the item "that did not meet my needs/expectations" for a refund, then reorder to get the correct product. Based on the reviews here I will keep what was sent, the customer service reputation doesn't warrant taking the risk of losing everything when at least now I have something. This was purchased through Rakuten. Rakuten no longer intervenes in disputes with its vendors. I will inform Rakuten of this experience so that they might reconsider associating with Beach. Rakuten will not back up your order, so essentially you are on your own when ordering through Rakuten with an indenpendent vendor.

I placed an overnight express order at 8:30am their time on Tuesday. They had told me that if I placed an order before 11am there time it would go out same day. I called them back within an hour and asked If I could cancel the order (I had read a lot of bad reviews after the order). They said yes they would cancel it. They told me if it had already gone out, I could refuse it, if not I'd be refunded at the end of the day. It was a $580 order. I have called them every day for the 4 days. I don't have the order and they have not provided a refund. I get told a different story each day. I did not realize they were a drop-ship company - they don't actually process any orders. They told me they couldn't get a response from the drop-shipper. Stay Away.

On Nov. 14, 2010, Beach Audio listed a Panasonic Viera Tc-p42c2 42" Plasma Tv Atsc - Ntsc - 16:9 - 1024 X 768 - Surround (tcp42c2) plasma tv forsale for $202.72. I ordered 2 and my father ordered 3. I went out bought 5 tv stands and put them together. I checked my e-mail that evening and all 5 orders were canceled. I called the next day and was told they were canceled because the had a glitch. They do not carry that tv and I was stuck with 5 tv stands. I was also told they would look into maybe another deal or coupons, but that was over a week ago and no replied e-mails. DO NOT SHOP OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU DON NOT KNOW IF THE ITEMS THEY HAVE ARE EVEN IN STOCK AND THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHOP AT YOUR LOCAL ELECTRONICS STORE THEY WILL SERVE YOU BETTER AND THE MONEY WILL STAY IN YOUR COMMUNITY. BEACH AUDIO OFFERS 100% SATISFACTION AND A GREAT WEBSITE BUYING EXPERIENCE WHICH IS NOT TRUE. STAY AWAY FROM BEACH AUDIO!!!!

I recently purchased a laptop computer from beach audio with the guarantee of having it in by December 23rd to give to my boyfriend as a christmas gift. After seeing that the computer still hadn't arrived on the 23rd, i frantically called Beach Audio only to learn that first, they didn't even have anything in their database that said i purchased anything from them at all, and when they finally found my invoice, told me that they no longer had it in stock and would be back ordered until mid january, long after christmas, and when i was already back to school and would not even be able to give him the gift personally. words can not describe how angry i am about this whole situation, not to mention that i have to shop for a new computer on christmas eve and hope by the grace of god that i can find another similar computer to give to him. I also learned that it takes them days to put the money i gave them for the computer back onto my credit card after having to cancel my order. i am severely angry at this shipping company, and would never use them again. I would not recommend them to anyone after the inconvenience this has caused me, especially after hearing customer service had no solution except for to tell me to "cancel my order," which i most certainly did.

Order 3 small toothbrush heads for $28.86 & they charged me $31.86 for shipping and no I did not received them the next day took a week. Beware of this site.

I purchased a tablet from this company, when I received it, it wouldn't activate on my carrier, I took it to my carrier and they said it did not contain software to activate it and you cannot purchase software, its something built into the product, so it was useless, I sent it back as defective and they only credited me with partial credit, I'm in dispute with paypal and Walmart at this time, don't buy from this company

I had ordered two Canon Vixia HFM300 camcorders from Beach Audio on Dec. 18 and paid for UPS 2-day shipping. Not that it was Beach Audios fault, but UPS failed to deliver my order on the 23rd as paid for. This resulted in my missing the opportunity to test and use the new camcorders over the Christmas Holiday when I was out of town.

I did communicate with Beach Audio and UPS about the shipping issue and received fast communications from both.

After returning home, I received my order only to discover there was only one of the two camcorders shipped with a packing slip that indicated two camcorders in the package.

I immediated contact Beach Audio and they quickly verified the shipping error and shipped my second unit out with 2-Day express shipping. I received my second camcorder as promised in 2 days and Beach Audio refunded the original express shipping charge as well.

Great service. This was the first time I ordered from Beach Audio and would not hesitate to order from them again.

Got the range igniter today that I waited a week and a half for, and it came with a smashed up box and the igniter element is broke. It looks like it was used.

I ordered an Esata card from Beach Audio through Amazon for what looked like a great price - there was 1 left according to Amazon. Surprise! I received a form email a few hours later saying the item was sold out with the following text: "While the item you ordered may have shown availability at the time you ordered, we can not allocate inventory for orders until your billing information has been verified and manually reviewed by our staff." Huh? Their staff MANUALLY REVIEWS BILLING INFORMATION? How many orders do you think they get? They must have an enormous staff... Or... This is just an excuse for a little bait and switch. i.e. List something at a great price and then if anyone tries to buy it, politely back out and hope they buy something else instead. This seems to me to be one of those scam places that will sell you a camera cheap and then tell you you have to pay extra for the camera strap and batteries in order to more than make up the difference. BTW, customer service did respond to my complaint email - with a completely different reason for the product not being available - seems Amazon delayed sending them the info. Gosh, you'd think Amazon would have that worked out by now - since they have with every other vender. I won't trust these folks again. Oh, and ask yourself why most of their 5 star reviews are just one line. Could it be employees churning out 5 star reviews in order to improve the overall rating?

After purchasing item #390482184494 (tool set) the company sent out 1 tool.
I contacted them directly and was told "to bad" the item must have been listed incorrectly and the couldn't/wouldn't do anything about it.
I went through approx 500 of the companies listings on Ebay and found 10 more incorrect listings.
Beware of your purchase.

This was my second order.the first I had to cancel due to a duplicate by someone else. They were more than understanding and refunded right away. This order was shipped the day I ordered it and arrived exactly as predicted. The item (computer) is as advertised and arrived well packaged. I would defintely shop there again

Just received my Toshiba LED 55 inch TV yesterday. Came within a weeks time!! Great price..Great customer service and Great company to buy from.

Terrific...product arrived in three days and was a great bargain. Would highly endorse these guys.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH Beach Audio --- we ordered a product from them (they are a WALMART merchant/partner). The item came damaged. They said to return it only after receiving an AR (Authorized Return) Number, which they would send to us in 3-4 business days. W ehave been unable to contact them again by phone. We, at this point have no AR # and they won't accept the return or return our money because we need the shipping/packing invoice which WAS NOT included in the package.
