I needed to change my billing and shipping addresses and it was not clear how to do this. The "edit address book" (?) option is confusing. It would be clearer if it said "edit billing address" or if there were just one link to edit account information, with options then to change/update billing and/or shipping address.

Even though I was logged in I had to re-log in to check out. The change of shipping address didn't register so I had to enter the information again. Ended up having to enter the credit card information 3 times. I know that's for security reasons, but mildly annoying. It seems odd to have to log in when you are already logged in. Other than that, everything was easy.

The products were great. It was the delivery time that I didn't care for. The items were mailed from Alameda on August 1st. I received my order on August 9th. That is way too long. It should have been two days at the most.

Your ordering/adding to cart is very cumbersome and not user friendly at all. I was ordering chain. I found what I wanted, indicated the amount, but there was no way to add it to the cart. I finally.figured put that I actually had to go into item to add it to the cart. Why couldn't I add it from the first page it's shown on? Either that or remove the selected quantity on the screen

I was very glad that the MOP Rose beads that I needed the most were still available, but was disappointed that there were not many other MOP beads--and two that I wanted were almost gone or already out of stock.

Going direct to PayPal didn't allow for choosing store pickup. I went to checkout, then chose shipping method and PayPal to pay. I'm using an Android phone. Feel free to contact me for more details! Thought you might like to know that it's not quite straightforward!

It's a little difficult to navigate all of the products on your website. Perhaps consider another way of organizing the different categories? I know that you must have a huge inventory, so that may be easier said than done.

everything is super easy to find but i wish you had instructions to more of your designs. they are great but need to know how to make them. Delivery times are excellent and variety of products are great.. i will order from you again.

My shopping experience was wonderful, except for the fact that some of the items I wanted were no longer available. I was very happy to see that some of the "larger image" images actually WERE larger! Details of items are very important for me to see, especially as there is only one viewpoint for each product unless there is a photo of a piece of jewelry that has been created with that product. Also, I looked at the LillyPilly (I may have spelled that incorrectly) pieces but photos were too dark to make out details.
