I have nothing but good things to say about this experience. The product arrived quickly and is absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I've been looking for ginger root treats that were low sugar and these are exceptional. I will be ordering more ginger in the next few days.

To whom it may concern, My husband and I received our order today, Friday, September 18, 2020; ORDER # 8983. We are extremely disappointed with the quality of your product and how it has been received! This is with regard to the Dark Chocolate Covered Cashews - 1 lb Bag × 1. The product arrived as 3 (three) individual 5 oz bags. The product is in a state of very poor quality that we will not be able to eat! We will not eat this product due to its condition. We would like you to send us paperwork to return the product to you for a full refund to us.

The shipping is handled very quickly, and due to proximity, I got everything in 2 business days. Important, especially since we're talking about food, here. The product I bought, other than one, were not made by this company, so I don't think it's proper to review them in this forum.

The strawberry ? and hibiscus ? is very good! The mango ? is less sweet (better) than the Southern Grove brand I buy at ALDI. No need for added sugar that will result in adverse health benefits down the road. The cost is doubled than what I normally pay for other brands, but the quality is a little better. Will probably keep buying the hibiscus ?.

I ordered the jackfruit and the product that I received did not look anything like the product online. The picture online shows that the jackfruit is a golden yellow color but the one that I received was dark brown. The quality was not good. I do not recommend buying the jackfruit from Bee Fruity & Nutty.

The shipping box came crushed with the items in a USPS shipping container. One product was missing and half of the others were smashed and not edible. I emailed multiple times and called, but never received any response. Over half my order was missing or damaged, but the company has made no attempt to give me a refund or replace the items—they won't even respond!

I placed my order on 09/20/20 and it’s now 09/30/20 and I still have not received my order (I had 1 day shipping as well). I ordered the soft ginger pieces as well as the chocolate covered ginger. They are hard to find in the store now a days and my kids NEED them for their upset tummy problems. Hope these are hit, can’t wait to try them!

Ordered two bags of chocolate covered cherries. Both bags were inedible because chocolate was off colored, white flaky outer coating, like malted milk balls. Upon further inspection, both bags expired in June. I contacted the company about a refund, and haven't gotten a response yet. Not good customer service.

I was delighted to find the young ginger as well as the candied tangerine sections--really hard to find items. Then what a surprise to have them delivered in just a couple of days! This is a great company with a wonderful product.

In July, I received my 15 carton order of the Natural Dried Pineapple Rings. The first two I opened were very dark, hard and too dry to chew. So I tried to bake with them, but that didn’t work. So after throwing the first two cartons away, I decided to contact their customer service. After about 4 No Replies, I threatened to give a bad review, and “Tal” responded promising I would get 15 cartons resent in September when they got a new shipment—no charge, he said, even after I offered to return the remaining 13 cartons of my original order. Then, in September, I sent 3-4 emails to “Tal” asking if they had received a new shipment and if I was going to be sent a replacement order as promised. Still no reply. Today is October 1st. I decided to order my 15 cartons again, since I’ve been a loyal customer and enjoy their dried ginger and pineapple. So—a fair warning that you may never hear back from “Customer Service”....

I bought a STRAWBERRY package in Costco while visiting Washington state of (16 or 18 ounces), you are NOT available in my home town of NewYork. So I googled and purchased from you directly on line. Very disappointed in the tiny quantity of (6 or 8 ounces) for the same price.

I contacted the company by email and voice mail immediately after ordering regarding a change I wished to make to my order--neither effort was ever responded to and the order shipped a couple of days later as it was originally placed. Once it arrived, the product was dried out, the chocolate covered in bloom...inedible. I threw it out. This order was a $40 loss. And I then discovered I could have just bought it at Walmart locally.

I placed an order on 3/28/20. There was no indication on the website or order confirmation email that the company was experiencing significant delays in shipping due to the coronavirus pandemic. I have reached out twice by email asking about delivery dates and whether I should just cancel the order. No reply. Have now sent a third email, and will cancel order and negotiate a refund through my credit card company if necessary if there's no response by 6/2. I understand: Covid-19 upset a lot of companies' services. But they have made their delays plain on their websites and order confirmations. Very disappointed: the quality of the product looked good.

I found dried tangerines Wedges at Costco in Bakersfield. One dried tangerine wedge, I was hooked. I drove 42 miles, (the next day) one way, back to Costco and bought 5 20 ounce Bags. Now I can’t find them in stores. I found them on line. I Only bought 1 Bag because the product is expensive and Add shipping. Super tasty, addicting. They should put those in every store there is

Had a layover in Denver Colorado and found this cute little stand in the airport with the BEST fruit and nuts!! When I got back home to Texas I had to order some! I can’t tell you enough how much we enjoy your fruit, nuts, and chips!! You guys are awesome!!!
