Hi, I emailed the following feedback to your info@ email on 1st May and received no response: The beers taste great but seem very flat. Even the lager is completely flat in the glass after about one minute. I have tried each of the beers ordered now. Have you had any similar reports from other customers?

Excellent service, ordered 12 beers for delivery to my son for his birthday in lockdown and all went very smoothly. I then placed an order for my husbands birthday and again excellent service. Stocked the difficult to find beers and I will use them again. Well packaged items a quick delivery in these challenging times!

Ordered a variety of beers (cans and bottles) during lockdown over a bank holiday weekend and still arrived by the Tuesday. Was very well packaged and beers were great, will definitely be shopping here again!

Sent one of your boxes as a birthday present to our son. He uses you (and asked for some at Christmas). Was very impressed :) on both occasions. Beer and the delivery was perfect. Love the inclusion of a free glass...he is building quite a collection! Will definitely use you again. Thanks :)

Loved the red fruit Delirium- very potent so no more than 2-4 bottles to be drunk at any one sitting. Having used the customer service department, I can recommend the company as they always seemed to put the customer first- will definitely be using again - thank you

Middle of the road, shame they use Parcelforce as their courier as they’re not the best, they paid for 24 hour shipping (as I spent over £50), went out on Thursday before good Friday, spent 4 days in a delivery depot before being delivered, so can only imagine they overpay on postage regularly. 1 bottle missing from the order no replacement or explanation either. But in these strange times it is what it is. May use again in the future.

I bought the German beer box as a gift for my husband, as we couldn’t get away to Germany this year for our wedding anniversary. He absolutely loved the choice of beers, especially the dark beer. To top it off we got a free pint glass which was nice too! Definitely buying from these guys again. Cheers!

Problem with my first order, but nothing to do with Beer Merchants, because Parcel Force managed to break at least one bottle, so didn't deliver and didn't reveal this on their tracking page. I discovered it only when I rang them. But Beer Merchants were very helpful and quick to respond when I e-mailed them about it, and quickly repeated the order, which didn't take long to arrive. I shall certainly order from them again.

This was a present delivered to my brother who lives 160 miles from me. Have not had the opportunity to share a beer with him, sadly. Delivery took longer than I would normally expect but that's how it is during lockdown.

The beer case was poor: ten beers, and four of them were duplicated. The choices were also very pedestrian and available in Sainsbury’s.

Easy to order the beers online, arrived 7 days after placing the order. Only disappointment was quite a number of beers were out of stock but don’t let that stop you from trying some excellent tasting beer!

Beer was and is excellent delivery time was good but was held up by parcel force for 48 hours after boasting it was there express 24 hour service. I will buy again

I ordered 8 beers, only 6 came, without explanation. I contacted beer merchant, so they refunded me. But still, they didn't explain. So 3 stars. Would have been 4 if they explained. Would have been 5, if they gave me a voucher for next time I order (and I would have!).
