I returned items I ordered from the website and received confirmation from Belk that they received the return and would send the refund. It has been a month and no refund has been received. Can't get customer service on the phone nor do they reply to messages. They have the returned items but kept my money.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and kept tracking it, the entire time it was still in the store in NC. I called, emailed, chatted with online customer service person and finally one night she must have hit submit and my order miraculously got picked up by FedEx. Now have to wait another two weeks before order gets to me. Blamed FedEx of course and gave me no discount on shipping charges. Horrible service, horrible experience, this is why they went out of business in Va. Never will order from them again!

Took 7 days for the shoes i ordered to ship after being "processed" and given a UPS label. Two weeks after the original purchase date my shoes came the box completely distroyed because they were shipped in a plastic parcel pouch.

I waste too much time trying to figure out why almost every coupon for 20 or 25% is not valid for what I am trying to buy online. The small print exception is a mile long and confusing. I am done with them.

Just wanted to let it be known that I placed a order with Belk thinking I was gone receive it by my birthday, I placed the order 3 weeks ahead of the date I was needing it for and after tracking the package for 2 weeks it never started to travel well I called Belk and they issued the package out again because the first order never left the warehouse. Well I'm still disappointed with the service because the second time they issued the order it was for 2 day delivery and guess what I gave it a week and this time I called fedex and they didn't have the package in their possession. I called Belk and the only thing they had to say was well I'm sorry but I can reissue the order again, I'm sorry but no thanks after 2 tries I think I'm done with them. I placed a order from Macy's for the same product and I received my order in 3 days, thank you Macy's for helping me out.

Ordered a camo hat ,got a blue one called customer service had to replace order the hat paid for it again git it over nighted because I needed for the weekend they sent the same blue hat again, customer service employees are terrible they don't know what their doing and the female managers hmmanagers have terrible attitudes, I'm out 64 dollars and don't even have the hat I wanted,now they want me to send the hats bback before I get my money I don't know if this company is even real or not I have 3 kids can't afford to get robbed!

I placed an order a few days ago and went to check the order status to figure out what's going on as it hasn't shipped yet. I call customer service who told me one of the items was out of stock so they cancelled the entire order. I asked why the entire order would be cancelled if its just one item and upon looking on the website it's still showing available. I was told it was probably just their site hasn't been updated so I place an order for the remaining 2 items. 10 minutes later that order is cancelled. I call belk back to figure wtf was going on. This time spoke w/ a lady who said that my bank is declining the transaction so I call my bank and ask what's going on. Turns out belk was repeatedly charging my card over and over again back to back which locked the card. After unlocking the card we call belk to try to replace the order thinking maybe third times a charm. The order was then cancelled again because the exact same thing happened. At this point I am beyond **** as my card was charged $359 seven times. The customer service reps at belk are basically useless and have no answers anything. They love to tell you they will call you back and never do. Just avoid at all cost. Not worth the hassle or stress. Half the items they say are in stock are sold out and just not updated on their website.

okay so I had placed an order online for a pair of shoes, and when I hit confirm order, it told me that I have my card information all wrong, so Irene put it information again thinking that I possibly may have put my information wrong, and I did it again and then it gave me the same letters and bright red that my card information was wrong again and then I got to check my bank account and two payments were pending for Belk oh, so I had called and I asked the lady to please scratch one of the payments that I don't need two pairs of shoes that all I need is one pair to go ahead and refund one of the payments, she said that's fine no problem this that and the other and I and then she told me three to five business days that I would have my money back, welcome to find out I had called yesterday, being Thursday, just to get an update on if my money is in transit or anything like that, well I check my bank account again and there still two payments pending, and I was like oh my goodness really, I have ordered things from Japan and I get to email immediately stating that the payment has been confirmed, then the next day I get an email from the same Japanese companies that they have either sent out my package or that it's being packed up and ready to go. Belk had done nothing concerning the double charge, so I had to call and again make sure that they cancelled the order, they couldn't even find my card information, they had my case number which I had given them but they just couldn't find my card number or the purchase that was made. So needless to say this pretty much infuriated me to the point where I said you know what cancel the first order to, I don't want anything from you guys at all, if you cannot even have the decency to send me an email to tell me hey we got your payment or hey your shoes are on the way, in a company that's on the other side of the world can do this efficiently, and we can't do this here in the United States in the very same Nation that I'm ordering a product from, this is just absolutely ridiculous and I will never advise anyone to use Belk again. The sad part is is that I used to love shopping from Belk until I have have encountered this problem. I don't know whoever is in charge now, but this is from me to you, stop messing things up, and get back on the ball like it used to be. Or resign.

Belk has always been my number one shopping store at Pinnacle Trussville, Al. Belk closed their Home Store and combined several departments in one store. It is so junky and can not find anything. Even a couple of the sales clerks committed to me it was bad. I shopped three hours and came out with 2 items. Jc penny has the same brands and their store is neat. I know where I’m going to shop.

Ordered a Christmas present for my daughter. After waiting a week, received an e-mail informing me it had been cancelled. Called customer service and they explained that they did not have enough stock to cover what was ordered. So, they were selling an item they did not have. This has actually happened on 2 different orders. I will not order on line from them again because I am now afraid the item doesn't exist.
