Bespoke Bathing

We had a superb bathroom fitted just over twelve months ago by Bespoke. Recently there was a problem with a defective tap on one of the sinks. Bespoke sent out an engineer, Kostos, who fitted a new tap at no cost to us. The engineer was very professional and left the bathroom in the same clean condition that he found it. Good morning I am writing this review about my experience about this special time we are having about social distances we are having are bathroom changed to a wet room now we had the people come out before looked and payed the deposit then this epidemic happen. We got a phone call saying that we could get are bathroom done there will be a 2 man team coming there name will be Richard & Warren my wife and I discussed the possibility for the work to Commence ... they are working in one place so we could keep are self in the front room so we would be fine ... the second question was these people work together and during locked they are living together in the same house so that fine ... so we said yes to have the job done . People would be nervous because of the time we are living at this moment in time but you have to consider the people are loosening there jobs, company’s are folding because people are worried about covid-19 but if you keep your distance wash your hands do what you are told there is no risk ... so if you have order you bathroom from this company and you are debating to have it done during this special time I know that they have 2 teams working one in the north and one in the south You have to way up the situation I am glad that we have had the work done they are friendly people clean as they do the work advise us what they are doing daily so I would give them a 5 star rating

We contracted bespoke bathing to renovate our 1950s bathroom in a Victorian house and make it accessible for my wife, who is disabled. Bespoke bathing gave a reasonable quote and made good suggestions about the design. The work was done by Warren and Richard who were very adaptable and helpful, consulting on every detail as they went along. Even more important, the quality of the workmanship was the best I have seen – having had several bathrooms fitted over the years. The job was not straightforward, having to interface with an old house and an outdated plumbing system, but the result is superb. The organisation was excellent with materials and fittings being delivered as required, minimising the disruption to our house. Many thanks.

What a great team,from office staff to delivery guy they could not have been more helpful.What makes it work so well is that they operate as a team with excellent interpartmental communication.The engineers are outstanding and the transformation is far above our expectations.I really cannot praise them enough, they have made my wife a much happier person because she feels safe and better able to control her showering experience.Thank you all at Bespoke Bathing Company.

I recently engaged the services of Bespoke Bathing Company Ltd (Worcestershire) and after an initial assessment and quote, Richard & Warren (Welsh Wizards) were tasked to do the job. Great pair of lads excellent at their job, very professional, fast, skilled and I would certainly recommend the lads to anyone to do any bathroom work.

Wanted my bath replacing with a shower enclosure, Bespoke Bathing Company sent Warren and Richard to do the job and boy did they do a good job, they are first class top lads and I would recommend them to anybody.

The 5 stars are for the quality of the engineer & the goods supplied. Kostas was amazing, his knowledge & professional skills are brilliant. He also communicated with us & didn't just bash on, he also advised us if he thought there was a better way. I would recommend him any time. The quality of the goods supplied was great also. The thing that let the contract down was communication form the office prior to the work starting, I had to phone to get news it wasn't always communicated, also we had a delivery of the goods which we knew nothing about. This improved after the wok started due to a problem which was sorted smoothly & quickly

Joe and Peter were the fitters sent to completely renovate my 93 year old fathers bathroom by taking out the bath and replacing with a walk-in shower, installing new toilet, washbasin etc etc. We were consulted at every stage of the installation with grab rails, seat etc being put in the right place for dad. I cannot thank these two guys enough for their courtesy and professionalism throughout the five days. They stayed late on the Friday evening to complete the project. I highly recommend the company, fitters and Tilly in the office who co-ordinated the project. Many thanks for a job well done and dad is delighted with his new bathroom.

Update in answer to this companies complaint we did mention the issues to the operations manager on the second visit. My husband told him all about the issues. Regarding the first visit we did not see anyone as we were at a drs appointment and only our son was home. So no we didnt tell him as we weren't home and he left as we pulled up in our car when returning from the doctors. We signed to say things were ok because the builder said we had to but we wrote some of our complaints on the form. The builders were the only ones in contact with us at the time and we told them our complaints. I feel very wronged by this company and i also have proof



I had a very bad experience with this company. My new shower room is looking great however we did not get what we paid for. Both the salesman and the surveyor told us we could have our shower tray fitted ground level which would help me as im disabled. But the builders said it couldn't be done so we had to settle for an above ground level one, which wouldnt be too bad had they moved the toilet as they told us they would. Now its so close to the shower tray that i fear falling over the shower tray. I suffer from severe Arthritis in both my knees which give way a lot and i now feel unsafe in my shower room. Also we chose a square tap for the sink which was about £120 but they put in a cheap £20 one. Also the shower pressure is really bad, they offered to put in a pump at their expense however we paid for it in the first place. They did not follow our wishes for the walls. We wanted sparkle on 2 walls and marble on 2 walls, yet we got 1 and a half sparkle and 2 and a half marble. Plus we had no toilet to use for 8 days in the day time as the toilet was taken outside daily plus 1 night we had to pay for a hotel as we couldnt use the bathroom for 24 hours. Had we been warned about this we could've made arrangements. The builders were very friendly and did a great job but the plans they were given were not what we had agreed to. The company were not willing to discuss all these issues with us or come to any agreement. We are very disappointed with everything and so would never reccomend this company. So many issues that we had have put us off . Shame as we wouldve used them for our new kitchen had they not conned us

Warren & richard are great hard working poilte gentlemen working long 12hour days to get things finished & they clean up after them selfs over all very pleased with the work

Spent 10000 and rune all tile take nearly six month still waiting for work they did not finish I have call someone to do and send invoice nothing happen till now

Warren and Richard, the dream team who have become part of the family now were just amazing at creating the second wetroom. They’re extremely efficient and and hard working. Thank you so much for creating a fantastic room for us

Had bespoke bathing company put in a shower unit into my 96 year old mothers retirement flat, They came and recommend what shower should be put in, and the cost was reasonable,
The sent there engineer colin, who was very knowledgeable,
And advise us to a few changes to make the water flow better,
He did a magnificent job, and my mother is very please with the results, Would very much recommend this company,

A big thank you to Jason and Ben, the “A team” from Bespoke Bathing Ltd. They did a cracking job on Dad’s bathroom refurbishment. This was a 5 day programme which they completed on time and with top quality workmanship. They protected Dad’s house from dust and debris, always cleared up at the end of days work and made sure there was water and heating on before they left for the day. They even made Dad a cuppa when they had a brew ! Well done guys. I have no hesitation in recommending this team for your bathroom refurbishment.
