Fabulous products and customer service is fantastic! Ordered by phone, quickly followed by email to confirm order and flooring arrived on time in excellent protective packaging. The staff I spoke to were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely use them again - great company. Thank you

Excellent service throughout. All the staff I spoke to were very helpful. Staff gave me advice on products available, rang me with quotes as agreed and kept me informed of delivery times. The flooring is excellent quality and arrived on the expected date. Best customer service I have received in a long time. Will definitely use again.

Very good communication with the staff, emails where sent out straight away to confirm my order and had a follow up phone call from best at flooring to confirm my order and book in a delivery slot. Delivery arrived on time, I had quite a large order of flooring and they made sure all the batch numbers where the same so it’s all to match in.

We chose Best at Flooring to buy laminate flooring because of its very competitive pricing; easy to use website and the excellent reviews from a large number of customers. It was a delight dealing with the company. Charlotte provided first class advice; ensuring that the stock was available etc. She kept us fully informed by telephone and is a credit to the company. We have no hesitation in recommending Best at Flooring to other potential customers.

Really impressed with the customer service I received from the team, especially Liam Walker who has been easy to contact (huge bonus!) and extremely efficient from my initial enquiry through to delivery. There was an unexpected fault on the flooring which was delivered, within minutes of my call Liam had arranged for the damaged goods to be picked up and replacements to be delivered the next day (which we’re in perfect condition). Exceptional service, would highly recommend and use again.

How can I even thank you enough? Charlotte was absolutely amazing! I really needed some flooring to come next day and in the middle of this awful pandemic I knew the chances would be slim, however Charlotte went above and beyond to ensure I got my product from the supplier and next day! I really can not recommend this company enough, so thank you a million times and I wish I could leave you a trillion stars!

Phoned up best at flooring Thursday morning, ordered & it was delivered the next day for free, also saved me over £200 compared to local suppliers. What more can you say, excellent. Already recommended to family who are looking at flooring options.

I ordered 49 packs of flooring. I've not managed to check them all but already i can see that two packs are damaged and unusable. The delivery driver actual said he'd sign my paperwork and then walked off so i didn't get a chance to get a copy of the paperwork let alone read through it to check what i ordered.

I ordered some flooring and wanted to add to my order, so I phoned on the Friday and I got told to phone back on Tuesday at no specific time. I phoned about half 12 on the Tuesday, they then said I'd now have to pay another £30 delivery charge. I asked if it could be there by the Friday as that was when the fitter was coming and I had actually wanted to order before this date but had been told to phone back on Tuesday. They said it would be there Friday...midday Friday I phoned to see when it was going to be delivered. It turns out it was now not coming till Monday. So I had to pay extra for delivery and extra to fitter to come back. Poor service

We needed to find some alternative flooring to the one we had originally picked with another company due to the COVID 19 situation. Liam at Best of Flooring was so helpful! He suggested an alternative based on my description and even took the time to send over photos off it with us not been able to see it in person. We love the flooring too, more than the original one we had picked! Excellent quality. Communication through out was excellent and the delivery was sorted extremely quickly. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to friends and family. Thanks Liam!

I placed the order over the Easter weekend and did not expect anything to happen for a few days. I was surprised to receive an acknowledgment straight away with a delivery date. The goods arrived on the promised date. The whole process was completed very promptly. I was delighted with the speed and efficiency of this company.
