Bought this bird bath in February but put it together in May, since I had little use for it in mid winter. Solar light didn’t work. Contacted customer service and was told the 60 day window to return/replace it was over. A whole 60 day guarantee...wow! I should have read the fine print. Lousy product, lousy customer service.

Purchased a ten tier shoe rack. The price was low so I expected it would be all plastic. Was pleasantly surprised to find out the frame poles were aluminium which made for a seriously lightweight yet very sturdy rack. I was so happy with it ordered another the moment I finished assembling the first one. Just like the first time, I received a notification WITHIN AN HOUR that the product was shipped. I will DEFINITELY order from BCP again.

Bought Air Fryer on March 25, 2020, Air fryer worked great until it SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING on May 28, 2020, with no prior issues. It was ONLY 3 days past the 60 days warranty and the agent advised me there was nothing they could do as the warranty was expired. I asked her was there nothing they could do due to extenuating circumstances (i.e., Covid 19, for which my husband was sick for over a month due to Covid). After a lengthy convo with the agent, she finally offered to reach back out to me IF/WHEN the air fryer came back in stock and offer a resolution at that time. I also asked her if the item is not in stock, could they send me a smaller/less costly replacement & she stated she could not. First time buying from a lesser known company & probably won't again. Super annoyed customer that will never by from this company again, unless this situation is rectified, especially during a worldwide crisis.

I have been trying for two months to return the item I purchased which did not work when received. They do not answer the phone although they are open for business. I am getting the run around via email. Now the email is full and their request to supply the same info previously supplied in two emails cannot be submitted again. It appears this company is a scam which is endorsed by Walmart who I actually ordered the item from and paid. Please beware before purchasing anything from this company.

I bought an offset umbrella from walmart.com when I received it was broken so walmart said I would have to contact best choice to get a new one or refund. I sent the product back almost a month ago. I have had to do live chat to request a refund that should have been here last week still nothing.

I received a new Wicker Fire Pit Table and the glass wind guard blew up after 2 hours of the fire turned on low. Luckily no one was killed.

I chatted with BCP 4 1/2 days ago. I was told by the BCP agent on the chat I would receive a call from BCP within 48 hours. It has been over 96 hours. I have chatted 2 times since the first chat and the BCP agents state the exact same thing (it's all pre-written script). Plus, there are no functioning phone numbers.

BCP provides ZERO Customer Service.

I am stopping payment on my CC. I am also looking at other measures of action to bring against BCP.

I have ordered 4 items since May 2020 and have been 100% satisfied with each of them. I ordered a set of zero gravity chairs, 2 solar powered bird baths and a canopy tent. Each item came quickly and were great quality. I would recommend this company to everyone!!

terrible customer service when trying to return a damaged item...it should not take 4 months

On 4/28/20, I purchased a 7 piece patio furniture set from Best Choice Products. On 5/11/20, one box was delivered. A couple days later, a second box was delivered. I waited a few more days and on 5/17/20, I emailed the company asking where my missing box was. April S emailed me the next day saying how sorry they were- the 3rd box was in the warehouse ready to be shipped, but the carrier was unable to pick it up. She asked for the codes from the boxes I did receive. After hearing this, I figured, OK- they'll ship it... so I unpacked the puzzle like boxes and had a house FULL of stuff. So I disposed of the HUGE boxes. I assemble the few pieces that I had the parts for- which was a nightmare in and of itself! I continued to email the company every couple days- checking on my order. I never heard back from them. On 6/4/20, I finally was able to get through on the web pages chat- and spoke with a "Mary"- she now tells me that the set is out of stock, so they can't send me my missing pieces. She did offer a 15% discount if I just wanted to keep what I had, or I'd have to send the (2)70lb boxes back to get a refund. I paid $700 for this set- a $100 refund isn't enough to "make it right" when I have only a 3 piece set- not even the 2 corner chairs that would be the most expensive pieces. She cut our chat short telling me she'd have an 'escalations team member" contact me. I wasn't happy with my results, so I tried chat again. This time chatting with a "Charolette"- more of the same, no answers, but a promise that they will follow up. Still have heard nothing!!!

I purchased, from Walmart online, 2 sky2383(?) Rectangular Elevated Wood Planter Boxes.Put them together per your instructions, put them outside, filled them with garden soil, planted our garden.Two days later it rained and the corners came apart and both units collapsed. The connection at the Legs and Long & Short Panels simply pulled apart and both units fell over dumping soil and plants. I liked the design, but you used very cheap wood. I decided to reassemble both boxes and reinforce the corners myself, or lose $100 worth of plants and time. If you're interested, I'll send pictures.
