This company is the bait and switch type. A week after I purchased and days after the product was already supposed to be received, they called requiring more money for the purchase. Companies like this just try to put you in a position to where you need your order and therefore they believe you will just pay extra as they ask. I cancelled my order and who know when or if I will receive my refund. Avoid them like the plague as they are completely unethical.

Please shop somewhere else unless you do not value your time or money.


I purchased three scooter batteries from Battery Jack Inc., two did not fit and one was a leaker.


I used the sites pull down menu to order the batteries.


Per their site and in the documentation received with the batteries their number one goal is customer satisfaction (it is not, by the way).


I was told the pull down menu may not be accurate and the only way they could ensure that I ordered correctly was by talking to a salesperson ( this along is a scary thought in today’s e-commerce world).


They still owe me $47.01 and I have written dozens of emails that only replied to with misstatements and half-truths.


Please, I beg you... take your business somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your site came up in a search result for an obscure motorcycle battery; 1970 Triumph Bonneville 650. You had the perfect sized replacement. Your technical information about the Advanced AGM Technology was excellent and I felt confident that you were selling a quality product at a fair price.

Site not very user friendly for finding motorcycle choice. Batteries come damaged quite a lot due to thin and weak packaging and rough shipping handling. Battery posts get bent almost ever time in shipping. Weak and flimsy. I have ordered ALOT of your product and found issues with these items. Still great company and product. Customer service lady is very good

As far as ordering everything went very quickly and easily now waiting to get the battery. Ok received the battery and everything was just as it was supposed to be. I am very satisfied and hope too not have any issues with this battery. If so we will see just how good the warranty stands by it's promises but hope this never has too be used.

I shopped all around to find a battery that was roughly 4-1/4" wide for my arctic cat 500 that was capable of giving more amps to operate a winch and excessories in my case the 24 amp is what i need i have a 20 amp and the battery dies from the amperage draw off my 20 amp battery. Hours online i was searching and here it is .fast and easy check out , best deals i have seen so far !

As an overseas purchaser, it would be nice if shipping charges were included in the original payment rather than as a separate transaction. Perhaps this option can be added to the payment system in an update? After first shipment hiccup, goods were resent USPS Priority but, due to Coronavirus, they were delayed. They arrived, nonetheless, in working state. These special batteries were required for a military instrument which has been brought out of retirement. They are not, currently, available in the UK. Problem solved!

Great price, great delivery time, good packing. Battery charges well to 13v and seems fine. A small thing is that the battery did not seem completely new, the yellow handle was dirty and the label on top o rhe battery was damaged. Box appeared sealed and untampered with.

I called for assistance as I could not figure out some of the online information or either there just wasn't enough information. Once I spoke with the ladies taking calls, I felt safe in placing my order.

Only negative I can make is that you should put the installation instructions regarding the use of the top spacer under the battery to raise it up in a separate note, attached to the top of the battery. I removed the spacer and it's protective cover, installed the battery in our Subaru and discovered that the battery hold downs would not work because the battery was not tall enough. After researching the problem I removed the battery and used the spacer to make the installation work properly. I am a retired FAA A&E licensed technician and follow instructions religiously.

Simple and easy. I would recommend anyone in the market of purchasing a battery to definitely give bigtimebattery some consideration. I was very pleased with the ordering process, and how fast the battery was shipped to me, and the price was great.

Shopping for batteries has proven to be very confusing. While a general review of items didn't provide what I needed, a specific search did. Not sure why that would be. Got what I needed and works great.

Originally PayPal was an option. However, when checking out I was not able to get PayPal. I had to give my credit card number. I prefer PayPal. It should not appear on the site if it isn't available.

1st time with you. Could comment on the warranty more. If it is required do I have to send it back? Or as I read on another site for same item you have it tested and send in the test slip with date. For warranty.

At this moment all I can say is thanks for stocking the batteryneeded to keep mt Craftsman cordless tools running. Added to above two weeks later: the battery that arrived was defective, would not take a charge. A return ticket was sent to me immediately. Unfortunately due to the pandemic it will be some time before another battery will be available. Not the dealer's fault.

Customer service was fast and helpful. But the shipping was slow, had to call twice to find out where my order was and when it would be shipped. Never received a email with tracking number. Just a email once they got here.

placing an order shouldn't be this difficult. when I thought it was submitted, it turns out the screen telling me what to expect wasn't an order confirmation. It was an order preconfirm confirmation, and I had to click another button to submit an order. I thought I put it through, and turns out I still had to push another order confirmation button or submission button or something like that. I actually called in to ask if they saw the order, and it turns out no it wasn't. I had to submit it again. there was also price discrepancy between item description and order placement; a difference of more than $10. I still placed my order because of my past experience and hopes in product authenticity (vs ebay or amazon).

Wasn't sure where I bought my HD battery from but I contacted Big time and they looked it up threw my email and replied back that it was about 3 months from out of warranty. So what was my next step ship it back or what? They replied back to have it checked at my local parts store and send them a copy per text message,so I did it showed it was dead,after reviewing the readings they replied back that they would be sending out a full replacement at no charge. I want to thank big time for being a number one place to do business this is the kind of stuff that earns a customer for life. Thanks a lot
