Everything fine except for their carriers, Furdeco, who insisted on delivering between 0650h and 0700h and made 2 phone calls to remind me. They also sent me a wake up call by text at 0635h on the day. This really is not acceptable for delivery to a private address during lock-down.

I needed an emergency key to get into our three drawer filing cabinet as I couldn’t pick the lock... I only needed 1 key, I was forced to buy 2 at the checkout, but have been charged for 4. Plus p&p and it came to best part of £50! The key worked though...

Product still not delivered despite paying for next day delivery and now we are six days later. Chased several times but most times no one calls back.

Speedy delivery and the a4 organiser I bought is the first one I've found that's sturdy and feels good quality, perfect for decanting my facepaints!

Very clear instructions on the web site, key arrived 3 days later with the free delivery. Very useful service thank you, I work in a school and keys always get mislaid.

excellent service in these hard times with covid19 restrictions....contacted via website and was advised on colours available due to lower stocks, decided on a suitable colour for a small five drawer cabinet and within three days it was delivered. the quality was impressive so decided to get another one for work. Graeme was outstanding with his service and i would recommend these cabinets

I called 25 minutes after I placed my order to try and cancel as I ordered by accident - I was informed that they would look into it and get back to me. I received a call an hour later telling me the order was cancelled and my refund was on it's way. 3 days later the keys arrived and when I called they said it was my own fault for ordering and there was nothing they were willing to do to help.

Delivery ws at first delayed as
Fur deco were inflexible about times and bilking them

However once ebonium took over everything improved .
The gentleman who delivered was helpful and very pleasant indeed and knew what he was doing - thank you !

Customer service: Not until I had paid for the item was I then told it would be 3-4 week wait for my filing cabinet.
I had no confirmation of my order, the money had been taken from my account but still nothing.
I found out from going on their website they were shut down for a week hence the long delay on delivery.
Still no confirmation email or letters so had to phone the company myself to get this sent over.
Delivery: had a late night call and an early morning call, even though it was clear we are a business to arrange delivery, when we finally did arrange I was told I would get a call half hour before delivery, that never happened, luckily I was there. Delivery guy brought item in and un-packaged but had clearly failed to wash and left the most awful odour in our room for the next 10-15 minutes after he left (even with air freshener) I had people walk in who could clearly smell it some time after he left!
Product: After all this being said, the filing cabinet is fine!
Overall: At the price we paid for the small filing cabinet (£276) I would of expected much better service. Which has definitely put me off any further purchases with this company.

Filing cabinet arrived with all 3 drawers lopsidedly stuck inside and 2 dents to side with back corner sticking out at an angle. The 2 delivery men were very good in their communication, delivery and unpacking of the cabinet and struggled to open, never managing to open the top drawer. They then repacked it when I said it was too damaged to keep.

I gave them the wanted key number, they had them in stock I ordered them, they sent them , I recieved them by standard mail in two days, they fitted, they worked . job done

Giving two stars because the actual service was above one star for the main reason their customer support were reasonably responsive and they very professional in regards processing a refund and collection.

That said, the pedestal filing cabinet I ordered I had to wait a month for, following which there were two faults with it. The drawers were out of line and the bottom drawer wouldn't open.

I bought this direct from Bisley and would have expected a) it to be delivered quicker than a month and b) there be some quality control before packing and dispatch. Its only a filing cabinet with a few moving parts so not too complicated to identify the issues before making me wait.

I ordered a Bisley 5 drawer multi drawer. It arrived well wrapped and in a sturdy cardboard box but when I unwrapped it there was a small dent at the back and a tiny chip of paint missing. I discovered this about two days after it was delivered. I contacted Bisley with a photo and they immediately sent me a refund of part of the purchase price since the fault was not serious enough to justify returning the product. They have also offered to send a small tin of paint. The refund has already been done. This is excellent service!
