BlendJet

I ordered a BlendJet May 16th as a birthday present and choose the colour specifically as the website stated it would be dispatched NO LATER than May 31st. May 31st came and went, no sign of my order being dispatched. I got in touch with customer care and they advised me that I would receive an email when my order has been dispatched... well no sh*t, I should have already had the email and the order should on it’s way by now. A member of staff contacted me on June 7th to let me know it was dispatched. At this stage the birthday had been and gone, I thought okay should be here soon (how wrong I was). DHL tracking shows my BlendJet arrived in its destination country about a week ago and states “tracking complete, delivery shortly”. What use is that? Tracking stops when it arrives in the destination country!?! At the time of writing (June 25th) a MONTH AND A HALF after placing my order, still no BlendJet. The really infuriating thing is the amount of promotional sh*t emailed on an almost daily basis, this doesn’t help me, it just reminds me of how horrendous your service is! Do yourself a favour if your thinking of buying a portable blender and just go on Amazon!

I have only owned my blend jet for appox 1 week I have used it at least twice everyday it's an awesome product

Not only did I order months ago, I have to pay £17 on top for customs charge!!! Nothing displayed on their website whatsoever,

Scam company avoid at all cost

I’ve had my BlendJet for about 2 months now and already it’s stopped working.

I’ve fully charged it and the blades just aren’t turning. When I push the button nothing happens not even the light above it comes on.

The only time the light comes on is when the charger is plugged in.

I’m not usually one to moan about a product but I really am not happy with my BlendJet!

I love mine so much, I bought 6 more for Christmas gifts...BlendJets for everyone!!!!!

Buyer Beware....Like many others, I ordered from this company based on their statement that it would be processed within 24 hours if ordered Monday-Friday. My product was supposed to ship on 6/05 and I was to receive a tracking number. On 6/10, I emailed them asking for a tracking number. The agent responded and told me my order had not shipped yet but was set to ship "in the next few days". That was at 10:30 am. At 11:54 I emailed them back and told them to cancel my order (ordering from Amazon would have been the better choice!). I received a response at 12:31 and they told me that my order had shipped so they could not cancel. I responded and said that they had just told me my items had not shipped, but if they had please give me the tracking number. Their response was that "their shipping department has that so they could not give it to me and that I would get it when the shipping department sent me the email. So in my language, they are lying. Then I emailed them again today asking for the shipping number and now no response. PLEASE BEWARE!! I did the due diligence I should have done before. Go to QVC and look at the honest reviews of when they sold on there! This was the only source I could find that they cannot delete the honest reviews.
