They want your money but if something goes wrong they will not return it never again will I order from them, I emailed them 6 times and always got the same email from them I order 3 sets of flowers and only 2 arrived after a month of waiting I said cancel The 3 rd ones because it's useless now the occasion is over nope what did they do not cancel it and sent me a 10% discount for my next purchase trust me you do not want to order from these people.

Amazing, professional and fast service! I've been using Bloomex to send flower gifts to my love ones and Bloomex has the lowest price with beautiful flowers to offer. Not only that, they offer a variety of gifts such as edible gift baskets and teddy bears, chocolates and wine! I love their service, as they are available in different places as well

International delivery worried me because I had never done this before, but Bloomex contacted me within several hours of placing the order to confirm everything. The flowers were delivered on time and reportedly, were beautiful. Thank you!

The prices are so reasonable and I have used Bloomex for the second time now, both as gifts. My first one was delivered and my great friend loved them.

I'm only giving 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars. I ordered two bouquets for Mother's Day. One was delivered at 10:30 pm after my mother-in-law had gone to bed. Neither delivery was anything like the picture. Basically the pictures online are pointless as the company will send whatever flowers they want to. The picture will have roses, lilies and hydrangea and be beautifully arranged but the company will send carnations and daisies smushed together. And that's if you're lucky enough to have flowers actually delivered. Talking to customer service is pointless as they refuse to help. They just take your money. Google reviews for this company. DO NOT order from this company.

I received a bouquet delivered while I was not home on May 27th. It was left between the screen and front doors. Even though the florist had my phone number, I did not receive a call about the delivery. I’ve had flowers delivered several times before from various florists and if I was not home, they were left at a neighbours. Anyway this bouquet looked beautiful and had a lovely array of flowers and colors. Two days later one Gerber was dead. The next day which was three days after delivery, the roses and greenery were drying up. I contacted Bloomex and was told to send pictures which I did. Five days later my son who sent the flowers received an email informing how to care for the flowers upon delivery. I had done all this when I brought the bouquet into the house. The sponge that the flower stems were in was still wet so the flowers had not dried out before I got to them. I again sent an email to Bloomex to request a refund to my son. To date neither of us has received any further correspondence nor did anyone from the company ever speak with me. All communication was done electronically.
It appears to me that this company only wants the business and does not care about customer satisfaction. If I had the option, I would have given a rating of ZERO stars!
I will never use or recommend Bloomex to anyone.

Bloomex have been our flower delivery provider of choice for a number of years now. Always efficient, never lost anything and giftees have always been extremely happy with the flowers and goods provided. Strongly recommend anyone use these people.

I ordered a sympathy basket last May 16 to be delivered on May 20. May 20 came so I called them to confirm if it was already delivered and told me that they have to use a different courier and they will deliver them on Thursday. Thursday came, they still haven't delivered. I called them and they told me that they will deliver next week on a Wednesday or I will get my money back. Wednesday the following week came, I called them, they hang up on me. I chat with them and emailed them, still haven't delivered them. Finally, I beg them to communicate with me or I will have to get my money back. Friday came, they finally decided to refund my money. They haven't prepared it for 10 days or scheduled it for shipping. I cannot understand why these people just refuse to communicate with customers. I called 2x a day, emailed 2x and chat 2x but they refuse to answer me back, they only answered back because they were so sick and tired of hearing from me. Never order from this company ever. Avoid them by all means.

My son ordered flowers for my husband for me for Mothers Day, as he was working away from home. They arrived and had rotten leaves. The next day they looked like they were a week old. I was so disappointed, as I could have had him send flowers to where we live and had curbside pickup. I left numerous messages, and it was a random reply, and I called left many messages. The lesson is, when its a special occasion, which is when I get flowers and get so excited, never again will I have anyone in my family or I know use your service. Such a disappointment to get rotten flowers for Mothers Day. I even sent many pictures. I didn't know my son was the on who had ordered, until I spoke with him.

I have used this company twice now to send flowers to my mother in law in Canada (I am in the United States). On both occasions my mother in law has been overwhelmed by the quality of the flowers she received. Booking flowers is easy, if you have questions the people are pleasant and could not be more helpful. It is always a risk when you order flowers online, but so far this company has not disappointed. At this point in time I would not even consider using another florist.

It was great, but i did spell something wrong on the card and tried to get help to fix it like five minutes after I placed the order and they said it was to late

Flowers were not sent even though I ordered 2 weeks in advance and then I could get no response from their customer service live chat/phone. This is a horrible way to treat your customers.
