They have a huge range of products, which I use frequently for nail art supplies. They do take a while to arrive, but as these are coming from abroad, it is not a problem for me. The items are very good quality and I am very happy with everything I have ordered.

Took over a month to get here. I can't say they deserve a one star but I've seen better products. My daughter did enjoy some of the stuff but a couple of things had leaked during shipping. Think I'll stick to the U.S. store if she needs something desperately but I'll more than likely buy some place else when it comes to holographic. It took forever for me to be able to track my package. I was getting really frustrated by the end and my package sat at one place forever, but then it showed up on my door step. I like to be able to track my package no problem when I order stuff online. So with some of the stuff leaking and some of the products worthless and the lack of tracking, I'm giving them 3 stars. Good luck to anyone that orders from them.

I ordered some things for my nails from here hoping to wear it to an event. The website said they ship within 24 hours so I had no doubt it would be here in time. Come to find out they didn't even ship my order until the day of the event. (About 3 weeks later). Absolutely ridiculous. I would have never bought anything from them had I known it would be such a hassle to receive my order.

I tried to pay for my order with a Visa gift card. Short story, they claim to but don't accept Visa gift cards and likely won't in the future. Long story, I contacted about the issue, was given the run around, and asked to screenshot my process ordering. The tone was astonishingly blaming - did you enter your information correctly? Other customers have paid with gift cards. You shouldn't have a problem. I attempted the order six to eight times before I was asked to screenshot and surrendered. I ordered with PayPal for the sense of closure. Their customer support is genuinely not supportive. They made no effort to apologize for my difficulties, let alone right an issue with their ordering system or alert future customers that that form of payment is not supported. It surprised me that there was nothing but insistence that I was the problem, refusal to investigate/apologize, and long wait times for response. My issue was a simple fix that was not resolved. I do not recommend.

I've ordered from Born Pretty once. It took about a little over a month to have my package arrive in Canada. Package came intact, nothing spilled and everything came! When it comes price it's great and quality not bad! So then why not splurge some more?! I'm currently on my 2nd purchase, I checked out and paid for my items and found out 2 days later I received an email from a customer service rep named Sophia. Wouldn't you think that a company would use their diligence to go back to my previous purchase and match me info etc.? You think anyone will feel secure to send a picture of their Id and credit card to a country overseas?! LOL I am speechless. The bottom line is that this company is very inconsistent! The whole structure of their company has to be redone! Don't take their BS about "how the company is growing fast and not able to keep up blah blah" that's BS a good business will know how to know manage that!

Wouldn't respond after ~a month of waiting. All I wanted to know was if there was a problem because the order hadn't been updated. Not asking for a refund or anything. They didn't get back to me until I escalated it with paypal. Then, sent the items in 2 different order, which they didn't tell me about. I had to wait another couple of weeks after asking why half of my order was missing. The second half arrived before they got back to me. Missed 2 items. I asked if they could re-send the items, or issue me a refund so I could order them myself. Several emails later about how they apparently hadn't missed any items, they finally admit they did miss them. BUT, they want a picture of the items and packaging I received so I can prove it. At this point, it has been ~3 weeks since the second package came, and ~1.5 months since the first. I obviously don't have the packaging they came in any more. All this over 2 items worth less than $5 together, which I was just going to reorder with the refund anyway. In sum, don't bother. Go with a company that won't give you the run-around. I'm willing to take the loss at this point just so I can move on.

I love BPS's product. i really do. It's a decent quality for the price. I've ordered from them many times, usually just small orders, and I would receive them usually in about 15 business days (I live in Canada). I never bothered to add tracking, since they were always small purchases. So recently I got brave, and even after reading bad reviews, I figured I would chance it by making a slightly bigger order than usual. it ended up being around $20.00 CAD, and I was really excited. Same story as everyone else. 4 business days went by, and my shipping status never changed. So I messaged them. They told me my package was sent, and that the information would update soon. That was over 50 business days ago. So, my gripe is that yes, I do love bornpretty's product, but honestly, it's not worth the hassle. You can't even get a refund, because when you ask for one, they constantly try to make you either wait, or they offer to resend the order (like I want to wait another 2 months!).

I placed 3 orders over 2 months ago and began inquiring about them after 1 month. I was told that 2 were on the way and 1 had been delivered but I got nothing so I waited a few more weeks and still nothing. I asked again this time they said 2 were delivered and to look for it as in go to the post office and door to door in my neighborhood. After going back and forth with them being rude for at least 3 weeks I got fed up and told them to resend my stuff or refund me. Another week goes by and they offered no help except telling me to go look for them. They attempted to refund me only after I threatened to show their rude emails of them not helping me and report them as fraud to my bank. But the refunds went to 2 separate PayPal accounts and only one of them is mine with my cancelled debit card linked to it and nothing shows up on my bank account. Not sure if its because the card is cancelled or because its through PayPal. I guess I won't be getting my other refund because that isn't my account and it has my old email address on it so I still don't have my money. I will never order directly from them again. This has been the worst experience and I don't think they ever sent anything because the chances of 3 separate orders getting lost is very slim

I purchased several items in December last year and even paid a little extra to be able to track it..DO NOT DO THAT! Their tracking doesn't even work! Then on top of that I haven't received anything even though it says it all shipped in December and it is now almost February! I have tried contacting them several times and still havent even heard anything from them! I am very unsatisfied! Don't let them steal your money it wasn't just me this happened to, read the other comments too!

I did a lot of research before purchasing items from this site. They seem to give free items to anyone that has a makeup blog or youtube channel. The price of items is low and the quality is hit or miss. There's quite a bit of false advertising on this site since many items aren't true to those presented on their site. Their reviews for the items are not to be trusted since they only allow the positive reviews. I tested this by posting bad, fair, and good reviews only to see the fair and good reviews were the only ones accepted into their "site approved" review boxes. The items take a very long time to ship and there is a fee for obtaining a tracking # which is suggested. Because it's hit or miss and a very long wait time to receive your order I think this site is okay.

About 2 years ago I placed my first order with this company & I never had a problem. Two months ago I decided to place another order & this time decided to read the reviews. Well, after so many negative reviews I was very skeptical & confused because I couldn't understand why so many people had such difficulty when everything went smoothly for me with my first order. I really wanted to place an order because they had such nice things & a wide selection but was afraid at the same time. Anyhow, I took the chance & I sent them an email, expressing how much I wanted to place an order but the negative reviews were preventing me. The content of their response wasn't a professional one, but I went ahead & ordered. Thank goodness the balance was only about $10, I said to myself I would rather risk losing ten bucks rather than anything more than that. It took about 2 wks to arrive which I expected based on my first experience, I received all the products which was about 4 to 5 items & they were just as pictured. What I don't like about them is that the only way to contact them is through email, I did previously raised the question of why they don't provide an 800 number. Their response was that they were in the process of opening a store in California, not sure if that's true but just have to wait and see. I do think they should provide a toll free number for customers. I don't usually place orders from sites that doesn't provide one, that right there is a red flag to me. However, I did receive my things in tact, I will probably place another order with them but will again keep the amount I spend at minimum just in case. I wish everyone luck with their disputes & hope everything works in your favor.

I warn other shoppers... DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE. I read these reviews previously and just went ahead and ordered anyways because the products were super cheap. First off, they shipped after like 2 weeks. So they lie when they say shipping is within 24 hours. Also, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER AT ALL. It's been over 3 MONTHS! So go ahead and never order from here, I lost all my money. I'm going to have to dispute with Paypal.

This is my first time ordering from Born Pretty and I was really worried because I read the reviews AFTER I placed my order. So I waited for about two weeks and still no news of my order being shipped out, so at this point I had given up all hope. Flash forward one month, MY ORDER ARRIVED! SO, if you decide to order ... order at your own risk. I may have been the few who received their order. But I do plan to order from them again. (Note: Not shipped within 24hrs, my order shipped out a week after payment was received.)

So, I finally received my package today, all but 2 things were there. I have contacted Born Pretty Store once again to see how they will handle this, since this package took FIVE MONTHS to get here! I will update again once I find out about them (one of which was probably the most expensive of the entire order).

Ordered from this website and never received my order. I tried speaking with customer service but they said it was not their fault if the package got lost and that they will not refund me because apparently it is hard for them to proceed to a refund..... I gave them money and I got nothing for it, I will never order from them again!

I love Born Pretty. I have been ordering from them for a couple of years now. Nail polish, stamping plates, stampers, stamping polishes, brushes, nail care tools, nail art items, you name it. Delivery takes anything between two to six weeks. But I have never had one problem with my orders. I even tested out ordering stamping during the rush of Christmas or Halloween and got my stuff in time. Everything is so much more affordable than any other place I know. It's absolutely worth the wait. :)

I have purchased items from this online store previously and had not have bad experiences. However, this one experience, from beginning to end has been highly unsatisfactory. Products are usually shipped within a day or two of receiving payment; my order was shipped almost 3 weeks after receiving payment. I had to reach out to find out what was going on, and the company claimed that the initial shipment was returned because one item did not clear customs; I had ordered this item before and there was never a problem. Almost two months later, I finally get my order. One item breaks within minutes, the other not only breaks but gives me a severe rash. I immediately outreached to the company again and inquired about a refund or credit for the full amount due to their poorly made products. They asked me questions about the products, asked me to send pictures, all of which I did. For over two months, I've repeatedly asked for a full refund or credit. Instead, I was offered coupons for $1, $5, and $8, and finally when I showed some frustration, a $10 coupon because according to the company, a full refund or credit would be "too expensive". It's frustrating and insulting to me that a company I've purchased from in the past is aware that I received poorly made products and yet refuses to refund or credit me the full amount of what I paid.

I've been ordering Born Pretty items for a few yrs. I love love LOVE this company!! I have a ton of stamping plates, stampers, stamping polish, vinyl stickers, 3D nail deco, etc. I've never rec'd a defective or damaged product. They have to ship from China to me in the USA & it usually takes 2-3 wks to receive, which is great. Their cust service dept is friendly & helpful. I definitely recommend this store!

Born Pretty is located in China, so of course their products are going to take a REALLY long time to get to you. Expect your order to take 4-6 weeks. A bit longer if you're ordering around Chinese New Year or another Chinese holiday. But aside from that, you're paying for nail art supplies for dirt cheap, when some of the same products (i.e. nail art brushes and dotting tools) are 10x the price at places like Sally Beauty. So is it worth the wait? Totally up to you. If you're impatient, then go to a store and get them. But if you're on a budget, then the prices are worth it. They also offer free international shipping which is great if you live somewhere where shipping is usually an arm and a leg (sometimes living in Canada sucks eh). However, don't take their product reviews seriously. The site only approves the 5 star reviews. I have a peel off latex barrier from their site that I don't like and I gave it like a 3 star review and haven't seen it posted on their site.
