DO NOT !!!!!! Order Any product from the BOWLERSTORE.COM I have had nothing but problems with them, I had my sister-in-law order me a bowling ball with a year warranty it cracked all the way around the thumbhole before the warranty was up And they refused to send me a replacement ball which is all I wanted , I sent them everything they asked for, pictures and the serial number on the ball. And That wasn’t good enough So after spending the Money on a black widow spare blue/orange/smoke ball they had me mail the ball back to them which cost me $33 which they refused to reimburse for . So I called the ball manufacturer which is ebonite And they told me never to order from the bowler store again to order it from your local pro shop which I’ve had good luck with. If you read there reviews you will find numerous people have had the same problem with them So until they send me a 15lb ball replacement of MY choice you WILL see this review all over the Web ,spread the word my friends 🎳

The only problem I had was the tab that said if you like us on facebook, you get an instant $5 coupon on your order. I didn't get the coupon and chatted with an operator and was told it's only on $69+ orders, but the tab didn't state that, so I unliked you on facebook.

I was kind of shocked at how easy it was. I had to recheck it like 6 times before submitting to make sure I didn't miss anything because I didn't believe it was so easy! I love this site so far. If everything comes out nicely I will be shopping here for EVERYTHING related.

So far good. Only complaint is I'm a left handed bowler and the item I purchased says for left handed but the description of the item describes a right handed bowler. Hope it is the right shoe for me.

My only complaint is that I ordered size 7.5 Wide and received size 7.5 Medium. Consequently, the shoes are very tight. I am going to keep them, however, because I know they'll stretch. Other than that, I'm happy with the experience. :-).

your page shows $5.00 if you like facebook Which I didn't over 5 times, your customer svc rep said the same but when I put code she gave me it didn't work. whats up with that, they said 69.95 but your page said over 50.00

website is very slow to respond/update customizations on orders. once item was in cart and i attempted to update that item, the site would not save changes i made. i had to remove the item and re-add it with the changes i intended to make in order for it to reflect correctly in the cart.

so far ok, but no phone number to call and ask questions. I am not doing that lengthy form for a simple question; I rather call. So, I just placed the order in hopes it comes and is what I needed for my gift.

Previously ordered through Amazon for this same bag. My youngest son wants the same bag as he now has 2 balls for his league bowling. When I returned to Amazon it stated out of stock and not back in stock till July 30th. So glad I went directly to your website where it shows in stock before I continued searching on Amazon for a different bag.

I think you need to post much clearer information on what the shoe size protection plan consists of. Specifically, it was unclear to me if the plan only waives restock and shipping fees if it was an exchange, although I chatted and learned it also waives for returns. I had to search for clarification on your website. I think the policy should be written more clearly right where you add it to your cart when buying a shoe. Thank you, and I do appreciate that you have the policy at all. I just think it needs to be clearer.

I think the websight does what it supposed to do. I also think it could look a little more modern and its product organization could be more simplified. But other than I received my shoes as required and I appreciated all updates of my shipments progress!

I was unable to access the $5 coupon for liking your page on facebook. Then I was unable to get a question answered about shipping. Shipping indicates free 1-3 days over $50 not business days, but the guaranteed date is not until March 27th. I needed the item by Sunday 22nd of which i was willing to pay extra for, however by the time i just decided to check out that was no longer an option ... sooo that was frustrating

Ball is perfect. The delivery time was a total mess. NOT... I repeat...NOT Bowlerstores fault. The ball sat in the USPS regional site in St Louis for 5 days before I received it. But now, all is good.
