The professional way that our family home was looked after whilst on the market says it all

We viewed a rental property this evening at 13 Skyline Drive, Keilor. The leasing agent was Bernadette Janka and her customer service was poor!

Firstly, there was two of us and she only greeted one of us. Secondly, the house had a strong curry odour. I asked her if there will be anything done to remove the smell. She said it was from the cooking done for the day. I corrected her and said that the vapors will continue to penetrate permeable surfaces such as walls so some proper cleaning methods would need to be done. She gave me this smirk and said it will be rented as is.

When you represent a well-known brand like Brad Teal, I would expect impeccable customer service and professional replies to any queries given by a potential customer. If you're unable to conduct yourself in a professional manner, then I would strongly suggest that management keeps such employees in the back office doing paperwork. All it takes is one bad apple to spoil the whole bunch when facing customers. Really disappointed!

She was very willing to help with our enquiry and went over and above in your approach. This was promptly followed up by Michelle from your Pascoe Vale office, Michelle too was friendly, organised and knowledgeable of the area, we look forward to listing our property soon with Brad Teal.
