I have already provided substantial feedback on my purchase of a VW Polo from Breeze Volkswagen Services. Anymore because something of an intrusion on my timme and effort. However, I will restate that my experience was excellent and the support of Breeze staff outstanding. I have no regrets whatsoever.

Ordered new car early March, was told it should arrive in May or maybe June. Didn't arrive until mid September. Tracking app seemed pretty poor, would send me a progress update then send same again a few weeks later then again and again, then the app updated and the settings changed so updates weren't sent. Other than that everything was good at showroom.

I booked the van in for an engine water leak they had the van for a considerable amount of time only to be told after a few days they cant find a leak
i told the receptionist I'm always topping the coolant level up so where's the water going he seemed lost for words and couldn't answer my question (strange i thought your a main dealer)
anyway i got the van back only after they had damage the drivers door paintwork a chip against there ramp i would think

Guess what its still loosing water??

I was really impressed with the whole service I received from Breeze, right the way from my first visit to the day I picked up the keys. I never felt like I was having a heavy sell, which is really refreshing. I had communication right the way through the process of buying a brand new car, via personalised videos (great touch!) without being overwhelmed with notifications. Overall, I would definitely recommend Breeze to anyone and would be more than happy to use them again for my next car.

Simon, Rob and Calvin at the Portsmouth Branch of Breeze Van Centre were excellent in their customer service, help and support in helping me buy my new VW van. I would definitely recommend the Portsmouth Branch of Breeze Van Centres to anyone when buying a new or used VW Van or Camper.
