I received a 1st class service from Greg from start to finish of my purchase Greg make my purchase so easy from start to finish everything explained in full to me he listened to my needs and sorted everything out for me my car was pristine when I collected it really nice showroom friendly helpful staff nothing to much trouble I have to say the best experience I have had in buying a car I would highly recommend Brindley Kia at Tipton Thank You

Brindley Honda was a pleasure to visit because I was not treated to a 'hard sell' but was able to deal with a knowledgeable sales executive (Jack Wiggin) who knew his product and was able to honestly answer any questions I had.

Bought the Honda Jazz CVT EX, had a Honda Jazz I-shift EX before, the CVT much smoother drive, much quieter car, always in right gear, where as the I-shift wasn't sure which gear it should be in, made for a jerky ride

Handled our requirements well and in a polite manner with a touch of humour- at 75 yrs. hard sell would have put us off.
Minor body scuff only visible in bright sun - of which there hasn't been too much of lately.
When taken care of this will complete an excellent service ie. apart from the rather derisory offer for my car - but that's life- you can't win them all!!

The sales advisor Tom was very knowledgeable and made our experience of buying our dream car a pleasure,also the manager introduced himself to us shook
hands and made us feel welcome and we where offered refreshments.Also the after sales service is second to none.We would definitely recommend this dealership and buy from them again
