I have been renting an apartment in Horsham with Brock Taylor for 3 years. Kerry Humphreys and Terri Brand have been extremely helpful when I have needed help. I am very happy with the service I have received and would highly recommend Brock Taylor.

Overall we had a good experience with Brock Taylor and it was pleasure to deal with Terri, who was always friendly and helpful. Also Kerry and Sam were nice to deal with. We didn't have as good customer experience with Suzanna, who could be quite rude and belittling.

There were communication issues with the landlord in particular with the waste collection (lack of recycling), sale of the building and renewal of the lease.

Myself and my partner are currently using Brock Taylor to purchase our first home together, a brand new apartment within Holmes Park.

From the offset, we’ve both received exceptional service and support. This has been via means of form filling, H2B support, personal recommendations for services as well as a genuine desire to take onboard and share our stresses.

Personally we have dealt predominantly with Craig, he’s gone above and beyond to assist with obstacles we’ve faced, set backs and unexpected delays with the property. I honestly feel in the safest of hands with Craig, most people say buying a house is stressful but this has been an exciting adventure thanks to the fantastic support from Brock Taylor and Craig.

Craig was sensational, a real credit to Brock Taylor. He personalised the service to me and very quickly got to know what i was looking for and ensured he gave me the best service. I felt very comfortable to make a nig decision on purchasing a flat from him, having looked at a number of properties in recent months Craig was by far the most knowledgable and accomodating to my needs given the decison in hand and im forever grateful. I cant thank him enough for making my decison to easy coming from someone who cant even decide on dinner, and then to go above and beyond getting quotes from compaines to make my life less painful around a super stressful time. Thanks a million Craig, your service is outstanding :)

Top quality service from the moment I enquired about a house with Craig, the first viewing was very informative and Yvonne who showed us round was excellent and knowledgeable about the property. Once we had a buyer we immediately had a second viewing with plenty of time at the property to make a decision. Making an offer was quick and efficient, the house was marked as sold by Brock Taylor within an hour! We have been sent a very thorough confirmation letter and think having a specific sales progressor sounds great. Thank you Craig (and Yvonne) for a friendly, efficient and professional service.

Following the departure of our Brock Taylor found excellent tenant after 4 years, I asked for them to re market. After 3 false starts (2 pulled out and 1 failed the credit checks and couldn't come up with a guarantor) a new tenant was found. At the end of the day, despite all this, I was only without a tenant for 2 weeks. This was largely due to the work put in by Suzanna Evershed, a great asset to their company!
I would certainly recommend Brock Taylor to anyone

The communication between ourselves and Brock Taylor, more specifically Lindy Cunningham, was excellent. Lindy gave us regular updates and every possible assistance in completing our sale in what turned out to be record time!

Many thanks to her, she did a superb job, particularly as we were out of the country for most of the proceedings.

Moving 300 miles across the country can be a stressful experience for anyone, Brock Taylor, specifically Suzanna and Sam in Lettings, made my experience of finding a new place to live so stress free that I can't say enough good things about them. I had called numerous lettings agencies in Horsham and explained my situation, how I was moving down to Horsham for work, how I needed a place somewhat quickly. I was met by a lot of unhelpful replies and seemingly a lack of understanding to my situation. However, when I first called Brock Taylor and spoke to Suzanna she instantly understood, asked me questions like "When is best for you?" and also filled me in on all the different options and properties available in my budget. She booked some viewings for me with Sam, for when I could finally make my way back down to Horsham, and after my phone call I felt like I had a true professional experience that helped alleviate my stress from moving. Almost 2 weeks later I was finally back down in Horsham and I met Sam to view some properties. Sam was knowledgeable, understanding and calmly showed me around a number of properties which did end with me finding a perfect place for me to live in Horsham. I then went to the Brock Taylor offices and began the paperwork and often complicated experience of getting a rental property, however Suzanna made this all seem easy. She answered all my questions and took all the information she needed from me to begin the process of the property I chose becoming my new place to live. Over the next week or so I was kept up to date via email and any further questions I asked were answered proficiently.

Overall, my experience with letting a property with Brock Taylor has been seamless and most of all for me, relaxing. I wasn't stressed or worried, I was understood, informed and professionally dealt with at every stage of the process. Not only would I recommend them for anyone looking for properties in the Horsham area, I would say they're the best choice... the only choice you should make.

When selecting an estate agent it is so important to find one that is pro-active at getting your house sold and the team at Brock Taylor sold our home in under a month! They were very courteous, professional, and informative with the sell of our home and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or let their house.

I had difficulties with my solicitor and they helped me understand missing information and support me throughout the whole process!

As a first time landlord I have at times had a number of questions, some of which I got the answers from the internet and not from Brock Taylor. However, these have been minor queries about current household bills and when to stop them.
At one point we had thought about employing another agent but once viewings started everything seem to happen really quickly.
Overall though the service has been pretty good. The team have been in contact at every stage culminating in some happy tenants. We/I would have no issues recommending Brock Taylor
