Buy Backdrop

Genuine fraud. I cant believe it. Im not someone who writes reviews, but Im here to tell anyone thats contemplating on ordering; dont. Quality is a 1/10 and not vinyl AT ALL. I wish i read the reviews before ordering.

I ordered a grey backdrop and it looks purple. The shipping took more than a month and I had to message several times to get a response. It came from China and I firmly believe their representative "Bella" isn't even a legit person.

Professional company, sales great backgrounds. We always ordered backdrops on etsy/amazon/walmart/wish etc. This seller is the best one. Great quality. Color no difference, backdrops are realistic, especial the price, it is more cheaper! We will order more items here and suggest to friends.

Shopping here was enjoyable! The delivery time is completely within the scope of the seller's commitment. It is helpful to communicate with customer service by email. Backdrop is 100% correct and the quality is good, I think it can be used many times! I uploaded my pictures on YouTube, got praises and replies. The event was successful. We will order again. Thank you very much!

The customer service experience is good, communication with Bella by emails, which is great! We received backdrops which are right size and quality extra my expectations. Although I have many requirements about our order, there is no difficulty for them so far. The vendor is so professional! It would be great if the delivery time will more faster, and overall it is good!

Do NOT order from them! We placed an order in October 2020 and as of June 2021 we have only received one of the backdrops we ordered. They keep saying the rest of the order is on its way. We have contacted them multiple times to cancel the remaining order, but are only getting auto-generated messages. We have tried to ask for a refund on the items that we never received, but they won't refund our money. Our next stop is to contact our credit card company to see if we can still dispute the charges.

It says on their site that they offer custom sizes and to contact customer service for prices which I did. They informed that the size I needed was the same price as their standard sizes, but needed to be ordered horizontally instead of vertically. I more than specified this in my order. I received my order fairly promptly, but of course it's vertical instead of horizontal. I have contacted customer service 5 times, and responded to my original email notifying me that my order has processed. It appears that the only way to get a response is to post their lack of response on here.

Purchased two backdrops. They were printed on old material so the front was peach (which i ordered) but the back had football helmets all over it which you can see right through. They were also stained and dirty, and they just told me to "wash them" and refused to give a refund. Terrible terrible company, complete scam. Worst quality products I have ever ordered online, but the customer service is somehow even WORSE.

Update: since posting this the company began sending unprofessional emails demanding I delete this review. They told me they will not ever give a refund unless I delete this first. They sent a series of 6 emails and then once I told them I won’t do that, and told them they need to Make it right first and then I’ll consider changing my review. At that point they began denying the products are even theirs. (This is after I took and provided 10 photos and videos all of which show their unique code). I am shocked with their in professionalism. Always read reviews before you purchase. Many of the bad ones get deleted because of behaviour like this...they bully customers and refuse refunds if you give a bad review even when they are fully in the wrong.

I purchased from this business two backdrops. They arrived dirty, with stains on it. Additionally, they were printed on old material so the backside had football helmets and letters that shone through the other side. I requested a refund. They denied and told me that if I cared that much I could wash them. I was astonished by that reply because obviously that is completely unprofessional. They refused to offer a refund, and even their e-mail responses were absurd. DO NOT waste your time or money. Update: after I posted this review, they told me to delete it. They advised they will only return my money after I delete the review. I explained I won't do that and for my review to change they would have to give the refund, otherwise why am I deleting it? They persisted and won't give me my money back unless I delete the review first. So unprofessional, this website is a full scam. Their products are not at all as advertised - dirty, terrible quality and totally not useable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered quite a few different products through this company and when they arrived the quality was terrible. I purchased the more expensive versions that were supposed be crease-free and they had deep creases making them unusable. In addition, the printing was pixelated so could never be used for photo shoots.

This company pretends to be UK based but it is NOT!!! It is in China, so I also got a customs bill for around 23 pounds that I was not expecting.

I complained and requested a refund and Buy Backdrops refused to do anything so I had to escalate the claim via PayPal.

PayPal eventually agreed a refund would be issued if I returned the backdrops, which I did following all the guidelines and uploaded documents proving this to PayPal as requested. The postage fee was over £50 but I decided it was better than losing all the money and get some back. I was WRONG! Buy backdrops refused to accept delivery of the package and refused to provide customs documents. Therefore customs destroyed the package.

I contact buy backdrops forwarding them the information from the delivery company and asked them why they refused to accept delivery and they pretended they knew nothing about it and denied this even though I attached proof to the email.

I informed PayPal and said I have proof from the carrier however my claim was denied because they said they only paid out if the package was returned. What a joke! PayPal don't support their customers instead they support con artists.

Not only are the products and services provide by Buy Backdrops crap, they also made me spend an extra £50 returning goods they had no intention of accepting! Bringing the total money I have lost to over £200!

Do not trust this company!

I ordered 6 polyester and 2 vinyl backdrops. I paid extra for express shipping to get them before Christmas. My only issue was it took them a week to ship the package even though it said it was ready to ship 2 days after placing the order. I received everything that I ordered 4 days after it shipped, within the 3 - 5 day express window. All of my backdrops are beautiful and bright and I am so excited to use them. I set up a small shoot this past weekend with family to test them. I haven't processed the photos yet but so far am extremely happy with purchase.

If I could have given ZERO stars I would have. With the lockdown and pandemic going on right now I couldn't have photos done for my daughters first birthday so I decided to order two backdrops. I never received a code to track.. and then had to email them a week later for it.. when I followed the link everything is in Chinese and you cannot translate. I asked about the status.. now keep in mind I ordered on April 13 and 14 ( yes I made not one but two orders) and I still have not received the items. Everytime I send an email I get it needs a few more days.. it needs a few more days but the tracking site hasn't changed or been active at all. Complete scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I will be contacting my bank to have the money returned to me as this company is awful.

ZERO customer service ! The email on the website is fake and not in service and the live chat is also fake. You get an email from someone claiming to work there and is absolutely useless as well.

The products in this shop are all of high quality and professional packaging. Please be assured of the purchase. Don't be misled by those bad comments. I have ordered lots of things for work from this shop, the actual items are more beautiful than photos. If it's your first time to buy, I advise you to buy polyester material.

Ordered two backdrops, still hadn't received confirmation nine days later. They said without asking my order details, that they would send it out next week! They said they will refund as they didn't actually even have the products.

The Flower Wall Wood Floor Backdrop I received was very beautiful. It was used at the wedding party. Many friends took photos standing in front of the background. That felt great! Thanks to customer service Bella for taking care of my message about deleting the brown wood floor. The quality is very good! And the company's price is great, it is worth recommending to anyone!

I hate when companies aren't upfront about the manufacturing of products. The generic replies "your product has been shipped" smh I'm uploading tracking information from buy-backdrop and Patpat.com an amazing clothing manufacturer. Look at the difference in service and noth company's are located in the same town. There is no excuse for buy-backdrop to take this long, unless they're ordering from Alibaba.

A backdrop arrived 9 days after ordering it.

The negatives:
Ordered the thin vinyl, but delivered polyester.

1. Where it's folded the print has come off, so white lines vertically and horizontally.

2. What look like drops of oily liquid across the whole fabric.

3. Totally different colour/design to the one on the website.

Have emailed and awaiting a response from the seller.

Pay more elsewhere and actually get something you can use.

Beautiful background, no difference from the website description. It is professional package, you don't need to worry about damaged. The package arrive in promised time, and sent rolled without wrinkles! Timely and effective email ensure my correct order. With my purchase experience this time, I have no reason not to recommend this seller.

The custom background from this vendor is awesome. This is my fifth purchase. Both vinyl material and polyester material are good. Packed are professional. Don't worry about damage during transportation. The most friendly thing is that all size of backdrops are seamless background, which is absolutely commendable! I love it and will buy again!

I have been charged twice for same products and weeks later no sign of it. Can't speak to anyone and only able to message. I have requested full refund and order be cancelled but no confirmation yet. Do not buy from this company.
