I am very happy with the service that I received. After placing the order I realised that there was a different length of cable available that I wanted instead of what I ordered. So I emailed to change the order and it was changed quickly and the amount charged to my credit card was correct to the new order. I received the order the next day so very happy with the prompt service received.

I've got to admit that it's a bit hard to find an online store specialized in cables of most kinds until I found Cables Direct. I gave it a try and was rewarded with an awesome customer service and quick delivery. I placed an order on a Friday afternoon and received it early a Monday morning which showed that it had processed over the weekend. Kudos Cables Direct!!!

I did have a problem in placing my order but that was due to internet issues at our end. First I tried to find a phone number to contact Cables Direct but they do not provide any phone numbers and when experiencing difficulties with internet that means no communication possible with Cables Direct. This could be a problem. Also I am often on clients site and some of these sites have no internet that I can access. In those locations I cannot reach Cables Direct. All our other suppliers do provide phone access.

Great service but strange the order arrives 4 days before the emailed shipping advice. Cables Direct seems not to be a NZ Company but operates under another entity, Accounting Direct NZ Limited. The "fullfilment Team" is probably a PC? Also strange this Survey form does not have New Zealand as an option in the Country field. All this puts a suspicious edge to a very good service.

When purchasing and paying, delivery etc all was great. The only hiccup I had was last week when I attempted to make payment and the session timed out so the payment was taken and no confirmation or order was placed. Contacted you, said the bank will release the payment in 24 hours and my card was at fault. I work for Kiwibank so there was a few errors in your statement. The authorisation can stay in place for up to 8 working days and your company has to fax the bank to get the auth lifted sooner. I did not request this but just so you know before you promise 24 hour release and then a person is stuck between calling their bank and emailing you and getting two different responses. Also the card was not at fault, it was your pages fault for timing out before I had entered my card information. Your response was prompt and apologetic whilst placing the error on me with inaccurate information on how authorisations work. You need to educate your staff a bit better. But apart from that, when it went smoothly it was great. Fast delivery, good information. Happy with product. No qualms about trading again. Thanks! :)

Thank you for your prompt attention to this order, which was speedily dispatched and the cables are now in place and working as I had hoped for. Unfortunately, the Courier company let you down by not delivering till 48 hours after your dispatach. The tracking record had the parcel in Wellington early Wednesday morning and with a van by 11:57am. It never arrived Wednesday and was reallocated to a van on Thursday afternoon. Excellent service. I had previously ordered this item from a major Australian-owned chain but they canceled my order and only told me when I rang nearly 2 weeks later! I found Cables Direct through Google, ordered and had my cable less than 20 hours later! Fantastic, I will definitely use again and recommend to everyone!

Didn't get "items shipped" email until a few days after they arrived, suspect weekend comms delay between sales & warehouse teams. Next day delivery is fine by me however, email's a nice backup if something goes wrong, so being a couple of days late doesn't matter much.

I have been dealing with Cables Direct for several years. Every time it's the same great experience. Price, service and delivery is the best. The website is easy to navigate and what you see is what you get.

Having used Cablesdirect several times , I can sum up my experience with them as excellent. They stock a wide variety of great products, have a website which is extremely easy to navigate and I have never had to wait more than a day for delivery. They certainly provide great value for money.

My only complaint is that the email advising the shipping information only arrived 10 minutes before the courier delivered the item! Apart from that everything was great, the product works perfectly, the price was very reasonable, and I ordered it early afternoon, and it was delivered the next morning - so well done!

I ordered on line at 2 pm. Before I went home I had received 2 emails advising that the order had been received and that the order was being packed. Order was sitting at my desk when I came in this morning. That's what I call great service AND at a really good price. I have already recommended cablesdirect to others

I walked all over town visiting the usual tech shops looking for a cable that no one had! I spent 15 mins ordering a cable from you guys that arrived the next day! My only criticism was that the internet site was a bit low on specifics and a good pic would have helped. I know there are different grades of cables etc. and it would have just made the purchase easier and I would have known what to expect. Many thanks.

Well laid out website, prices that blow away their competition, quality products. And amazing ship times, ordered in the weekend expected order to be processed around shipping deadline Monday (2:30pm), the cables arrived ~1:40pm. I always get fast shipping from cablesdirect.co.nz.

I have used Cables Direct several times now as they always have exactly the cable I want in the length I need and at a very reasonable price compared to normal retailers. Delivery is always very prompt and their website is super easy to order from. I wouldn't bother going anywhere else for my cable needs.

The negative review is only due to the fact that I needed to cancel the order literally minutes after placing it. I had accidentally ordered stranded network cable but needed solid cable instead. Much to my surprise - there is actually no way to do this. I emailed... three times... with no success and unsuccessfully tried to find a phone number so that I could quickly call and remedy my mistake. Now I have a product on the way that I do not need and will have to go through the painful process of returning it. I get that it ultimately was my mistake... but how hard is it to have a cancel button next to the order in my profile? Or how can you operate an online shop with no phone number to call?
