these are the third pair but not a quality as the first 3 pairs, would nt buy again

No problem ordering or receiving promptly, BUT package was in a clear royal mail bag that contained the original packaging completed ripped in two and some one has had a go at plastic packet with a sharp instrument! Not actually used opener yet so cannot say if it has been damaged in transit or how it performs.

The item arrived on time even though it was a couple of days before Christmas. Ordering online was easy, it was my first order but I was made to feel a valued customer.

I placed a next day delivery order on Thursday 28th December & I received it on Tuesday 2nd January. I was refunded £3.00 for the next day delivery & was told by customer service that there was no 24hour service on Thursday when I called to see where my order was 24 hours after placing it.
There was also no notification from the delivery service. For a first experience it wasn’t great. The product was great though!

I've used this site several times when getting supplies for my Granddad and out of 6 orders only once have I been given the correct order or not had to follow up with a phone call (I should have learnt my lesson sooner!). My current situation with them is, I placed an order on the 4th April - I received part of my order by the 25th of April (which is a ridiculously long time when you are ordering CARE SUPPLIES) and its now the 3rd May and I and still waiting for the remainder. I've been hung up on twice when calling, I've not received any information on when I will get the supplies and its beyond a joke! Would never use them again and would not recommend this site to anyone caring for a loved one. If its not hard enough being a carer - having to argue to get what you've paid for and been promised is ridiculous - they are not luxury goods were ordering, these are things necessary when caring for someone but each time I've called the staff have been less than sympathetic to the issues being caused by the constant delay!
