I saw the cabin suitcase when I was in the shop in London and loved it. I wasn't able to buy it then and fly home with it. The assistant in the shop gave me the website details and when I got home I ordered it. It arrived in a couple of days so very prompt delivery.

Ordered online as can't get out to the shops as the moment, the website said there may be delays due to the situation with coronavirus but my order turned up within 2 days. Brilliant! Thank you.

A late order, upgraded to next day Saturday delivery at no extra charge so it arrived in time for Xmas. Very much appreciated.

i had problems with my online ordering - all at the last moment as not getting paid until the last friday - i called them up after the stated time, they were friendly helpful & easy to order & my order arrived the next day, my items were top quality & liked by everyone - all together just wonderful thank you

I had a problem with my credit card, but didn’t realise until my order didn’t arrive, phoned up spoke to a lovely,very helpful lady, sorted out straight away, order arrived the next day????.

really nice things - but their delivery company are awful - I took the morning off work to recieve items I had ordered from CG and other companies - all the other companies delivered as planned but the CG company confirmed the time of delviery, then changed their mind on the day and decided they were going to deliver in the afternoon instead. So I went online and changed the delivery day to the follolwing day when I was working at home all day. This change was confirmed via email - but the company later decided to renage on that arrangement and revert to trying to deliver on the afternoon they initially planned (but they didn't notify me of that). They left the item a long way away from my home and I had to pay someone to collect it for me. Upshot was - unecessary frustration and cost. Almost the same thing happened last time I ordered from Caroline Gardner - I thought this was a one off so gave it another chance, but they do not have seemeed to have improved their poor delivery arrangemends so reluctantly I shall not be ordering from them again. Like I say, very nice stuff, but an unpleasant, inconvenient and expensive shopping experience.

I love the shop in Marylebone and this is the first time I have ordered online.
The parcel arrived in 2 days with regular postage and was well wrapped.

I love Caroline Gardner products, there is nothing like them in the US so it's worth it to me to order online and pay the shipping costs.

Website states 5-7 working days for free delivery so I paid £6.50 for next day deliver on a small piece of fabric (Jewellery roll) only to be told after the order was paid that free delivery would have only taken 2-5 days. Robbed blind.

Incomplete order as no stock left to which customer service advised a refund on the unavailable product and was also discontinued but no option to swap for something else then when delivery arrived another item missing which I have emailed by return to customer services and am still waiting a reply sent a second email via their website still no response very poor... I have since managed to source one of the discontinued items via another gift site and must say there service has been a lot better than what I have experienced directly from Caroline Gardner it is a real shame as I believe the brand and products are lovely but the customer service I have experienced has not been forthcoming.
